Danny was great to keep in constant communication with us. He was here when he said he would be. He worked closely with his wife and son and they were very professional, courteous and friendly. He was a perfectionist and precise in his work. If something wasn't to my liking, he was quick to rectify it. It was a pleasure having them in my home. I lived in my previous home for 24 years and had Carpet Discounter to carpet several rooms (more than once) They are great to work with and their price is comparable. The flooring is absolutely beautiful!!!!! I couldn't be happier.

Carpet was as promised and installation was on time and completed as promised. Cleanup could have been a little more thorough but there was nothing big enough that caused me to complain to the company.
I was concerned about the living room as it is extra wide and had to be spliced. The company listened in depth to my concerns and offered professional opinion however was willing to do whatever I wanted. Went with company advise on the splice location. The installation looks good today a year later as when installed. No issues with the splice and carpet has performed very well in high traffic area.

The installers were terrible. They cut it too short and did not lay it correctly. When I bought it he unrolled the big roll and told me it was nylon, but it was polyester. i was not happy. If your looking for an odd piece it is ok there, but it depends on what installers there is at the time there. I bought carpet from a very small independent person and it was much better. This company is known to hire a fly by night crew to install it for you. I did not get what I payed for with them. He assured me I got a good deal, but it was not nylon like I wanted in my house.

The Reeces were on time every single day that they were on the job--10 days. They called every evening to let us know what time they would arrive the next morning. They were installing 1300 feet of hardwood and had to deal with carpet, old Pergo, old parquet and tile removal throughout the first floor of the house. They were extremely organized and cleaned as they went--hauling debris away daily, and making sure that all their tools were secure. We hit a snag on day 6 of the project when it came time to begin the tile removal. The tile was a true bear to remove. Danny and Donna didn't lose their composure--even though it was clear that the job was going to take a lot longer. They kept their sense of humor and called in more help. They did their best to mitigate the dust.
It was a joy to watch the Reece's work together. You can tell they've been a team for a long time. They both love what they do--it is obvious--and they have fun laying the floor--making sure the variegation of color is pleasing, watching seams, etc. I don't think we fully appreciated the amount of talent and skill that are involved in installing wood floors. We have an open floor plan and a lot of thought had to go into how the wood would flow from room to room seamlessly. It was fascinating. When it came time to pay, they ended up coming in $200-lower than the original estimate! This, after essentially losing two days to tile removal. Plus, they were so efficient with the wood (and we used good wood with minimal loss) that we have three boxes left over that we can return for a refund.
They are just friendly, down to earth people who love what they do and do it for a fair price. We will be using them again. I would recommend them highly without reservation.

UPON GETTING THE FLOORING HOME, WE MADE A NECESSARY CUT ONLY TO UNROLL THE FLOORING AND FIND THEY HAD TAKEN A SQUARE SAMPLE OUT OF THE OTHER END! WE RETURNED IT TO THE STORE AND THEY GRACIOUSLY REPLACED THE FLOORING WITH A NEW PIECE WITHOUT ANY CUT-OUTS!

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SELECTION OF CARPET AND HELPFULNESS OF THE STAFF. THE INSTALLERS ALSO WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND WERE ABLE TO ACCOMODATE MY SCHEDULE IN INSTALLING THE CARPET.
