Very unreliable.
Description of Work: We had an appointment confirmed for 10 AM in the morning and at 10:30 when they did not show up nor call we called them. We were advised that they didn't have time for our appointment, The person we spoke with thought we might've been schedule maybe later in the afternoon.They were very busy with all the calls on emergency basis. We told them we understood that, however they didn't even have the decency to call to let us know that they wouldn't be out until later in the day or maybe not at all. Thus the reason for the rating of F in certain areas.

Description of Work: The contractors who completed my floor were GREAT! They were prompt and communicated with me constantly. Jim Murphy was great! He came out to get the project started after the original person to give me an estimate, Randy, disappeared on me and stopped responding to my emails inquiring when the project would get started. If it wasn't for Jim and the contractors, Platinum Restoration would get a much lower rating!

Description of Work: service is not completed yet...But there is not a better company to deal with if you have something as tragic as a fire or any other disaster. They are professional and CAN BE TRUSTED - but what is most important is they are kind and patient at a time when you will need it most in your life. We are almost done rebuilding from a fire that took my beloved husband and dog. |

Description of Work: We had a flooded family room due to defective sink faucet. Called them and they were at our home in a matter of hours in order to clean up the water, and set up dehumidifiers and fans. Had to remove flooring and carpeting in order to do so. Made a very stressful time bearable and had complete confidence in them.

Description of Work: They kept telling me they would be here on a certain date and then reschedule my appointment for a future date. They happened several times. Then I was given to someone else that was supposed to give me an estimate and he did the same thing. He finally gave my appointment to another company who showed up when they promised and fixed my piece of gutter that had fallen.
