He gave me the best estimate and we really liked them. We have decided not use them because we are going to sell all our furniture in Ohio but we would have used them. Andrew was great.

They overcharged me. They packed up and lost the remote for my sleep number bed So I've had to sleep on the air mattress for the last couple of weeks. There is not a remote on the side of the bed you have to use the remote and I had to pay $160 a piece for them so I could get my bedroom finished. Their truck broke down in the driveway so the hydraulic lift wouldn't work. I thought they were packing my stuff and putting it on the truck. They had stuff lined up the length of the hallway which is a real long hallway all of the way to the elevator. There were 7 guys there, and I don't know who was watching my stuff, but they said they had written down everything that was in the boxes. My stuff was left alone there from 9:00 in the morning until about 2:30 in the afternoon. They said that the guy driving the truck was waiting for the guys on this end to show up. The guys were dirty, their clothes were tattered and were unsavory characters.

Very fast and efficient. They packed all of our belongings as agreed but would not buy back any of the boxes after we completed the move and didn't hook-up the clothes dryer. They did graciously agree to come back a couple of days later and take care of the dryer and even moved a piece of furniture and took back those boxes that we had unpacked but we still had/have a lot of boxes to unpack (and try to get rid of) and I didn't get the feeling that they would have come back again at a later date and time. I would recommend that they have a box buy-back program to be more fair to the customer. They also were a bit pricey after we had a chance to evaluate all that was done and the money we had to pay but the staff was very friendly although sometimes they put boxes in the wrong room but so much was going on at the same time. They were very fast.

The service went great and I thought it was a really good deal. The 2 movers they sent over did an excellent job. They completed the move in about an hour and a half. They were very hard workers. They were very responsive and scheduling the deal was easy.

The move went perfectly .They were timely on both ends, efficient and friendly. I enjoyed working with both gentlemen.....very upbeat. Nothing was damaged or marred and they offered to go above and beyond. Thank you

I was told that Matt Schrader would be here between 3-4pm today for an estimate on moving. It is now 5pm. I called and cancelled. My husband came home from work early to be here for him. If you can't be here on time, the least you could do is call.

Terrible... They were 6 hours late and the 2 movers argued the entire time. 1 of them was over weight and out of shape which prevented him from being able to assist as he should. Therefore leaving the other guy to do twice as much work. Ultimately this caused them to take twice as long as it should have (maybe that's why they ran so late) but then they had the nerve to try and charge me for an extra hour! NEVER AGAIN...

They arrived right on time and worked very efficiently and quickly. The guys were very professional and helpful throughout the move. They even rearranged the bedroom twice and helped carry an area rug out of the basement. I will be moving the rest of my furniture after we have our wood floors refinished in 2 weeks. I plan to use their service again and request Paul and Jered. I was very pleased with this service.

The team was excellent! They were professional and took care of our belongings as if they were their own. The customer service to set up the appointment was terrific too. The respond quickly and delivered exactly what they promised. They were about 35 minutes late for the start time but it was not a problem for us.

They showed up on time and were pleasant to work with. They were careful with my items and followed my direction on where to move items. They didn't slow down the entire time they were here.

They were quick, efficient, careful and professional. There were 3 and they had to work in the cold and sleet and still did a great job. There pricing compared to others was cheaper than anyone one else we called.

It was ok. There were no serious problems. There was some breakage and I might consider another company if I were moving again. The price was good but I felt the moving might have been done just a little better.

The move from apt to home went well – 3 movers came and did the job same day. The move from the town 70 miles away to same new home did not go well – some items were damaged in transit, and storage facility and movers each blamed each other for the damage. Since I could not make the trip taking items out of storage, I was left resource less for repairs.

They were really affordable. They were very organized and I have moved several times in my life and they were by far the best moving crew I have worked with. They were all stand up guys and great to my kids. They went above and beyond and moved my furniture around for me to get it where I wanted it. It was actually cheaper to hire them than to rent a U-Haul and do the move ourselves. They were very easy to communicate with and there was no damage to my furniture or anything else.

They did a good job. They did everything efficiently and nothing was broken.

They did everything they were supposed to do. They were on time and did everything correctly and carefully. This was the second time that I used them. Their pricing was very fair. The movers complied with all my requests and the care that I wanted for it.

It turned out pretty good. They helped us move a lot of stuff. They were accommodating. We did not have any major issues with them. They sent 4-5 movers out to help with the move and we used 2 trucks for the move. Their price was reasonable and they were competitive.

My experience was fine. They were very respectful of the contents of the house. They were flexible on where things were placed and where we wanted them. They were good to work with and we had no damage to our things.

They were very quick. They were on time and punctual, maybe even ahead of schedule. They were all professional, professionally dressed and they were a great company to work with.

These guys were awesome. They helped move all of my large furniture (Bedroom sets, couch, grill, ext). They made the move look easy, worked fast and efficiently. They also made sure to complete the move in the 2 hour window so that I wouldn?t get charged for any time over the 2 hours. Would definitely use this company again!

They were great and really wonderful to work with. They packed up everything very nicely. They did not change the price on me in the end. Even afterwards, there was some confusion with the final bill and they addressed the issue and refunded me immediately.
