Description of Work: I had quite a few things done, it was a while ago so I don't remember everything. Of course, being a dealer, things tend to be more expensive. I appreciate the work and the people at this shop vs the ones at Easton. I do travel farther but it's worth it if I want something done correctly.

Description of Work: I went to by a vehicle(used), I put money down though within 24 hours, my wife found a slightly better optioned vehicle. We cancelled the deal, received full refund. Salesman was very professional and helpful throughout the process.

 + -1 moreI needed to get new tires after returning from vacation. There were only a few places open on Sunday, so I had little choice. While the local tire shop was changing my tires, I asked them for a quote on front and rear pads. They told me that the rotors would also need replaced and could not be resurfaced. I told them, skip the brakes and I called Germain Lexus the next day. I AM SO GLAD I DID. Germain told me that as long as your pads are not below 3mm (and they were not - 5mm front and 4mm back), then the rotors could be resurfaced. Actually, the rotors could be resurfaced a few times. This tire shop tried to scam me for extra money. I had Germain replace the back rotors and will have them replace the front at my 50K service appt. Germain's honestly and advice saves me $700! I have been, but now will be a bigger fan of Germain Lexus of Dublin.
Description of Work: Germain Lexus of Dublin replaced rear brake pads and resurfaced rotors on my RX330.

IT WAS THE LEAST EXPENSIVE MODEL, SO I WASNT SPENDING OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNTS OF MONEY. THEY GAVE ME A GOOD DEAL AND I ALWAYS BELIEVE THAT I GOT A GOOD DEAL UNTIL YOU GET HOME. THEN, I WAS TOLD BY OTHER PEOPLE THAT I DID GET A GOOD DEAL. THE OWNER TOOK THE TIME TO SAY HI AND MAKE SURE I WAS OKAY. I WAS BUYING THE CHEAP CAR, BUT I GOT THE SAME SERVICE AS IF I WAS BUYING A MORE EXPENSIVE CAR.
