Elliott Landscape

I used Elliott Landscaping for one job in 2009 for a lawn cut and edging. It went fine. I hired him in 2010 to cut my lawn for the season. There were billing issues with a paypal type system that billed me something like $100,00.00. I found him very prompt via email and got it all worked out. About 2 weeks ago we noticed that the lawn was going longer in between cuttings than we liked but we understood that in the spring we would have only 1 time a week cutting so didn't worrry much about it. Last week we left to go out of town on a Thursday and the lawn hadn't been cut. We figured it would be cut by the time we got back. We pulled in the driveway on the next Monday evening and the yard was still uncut. But all our neighbor's lawns had been cut including those who have hired services to do the work. I checked my email and my phone; there were no messages left by Elliott Landscaping describing weather related issues or equipment issues. A call or email would have at least allowed us to give him another chance. We have asked for our final bill and terminated services.
