They were able to get me an appointment within a few days and were punctual from start to finish. The office is very clean and the doctors are professional and courteous.

New RX, caring & interested assistants, though Dr was in and out fairly quick.

Nothing serious. Age causes these.

It went very well and I definitely recommend them. They are very nice and I didn't have trouble getting in for an appointment. If I were going to tell a friend or family member Id say they will have a good experience. Overall It was a great experience.

It was awesome.  We can always get in.  He makes it painless.  He is good with kids and adults.  We have been going to him for several years. They have free Wi-Fi.

Dr. Malerich is simply the best dermatologist I have ever visited.  She is easy to talk with, and listens carefully.  She takes time to explain any procedures, and talks over any concerns.  Her office is quite a drive from my home, but I would travel further is need be.  The office staff keeps everthing running smoothly, and are very polite and helpful.

He removed it in the same appt. and apparently got it all. Another dermatologist wanted me to get the MOHS surgery to be sure and I did. I wish I would have not listened to the other guy. Dr. Frank left me with a tiny scar and the MOHS left me with a large one.

Very well. Dr. Mary Jo Kerns looked over my skin and discussed my option of treatment. I chose topical over pills and she provided the prescriptions. It was a very quick, matter of fact appointment. I was sent to do blood work which was also very quick. I spent at most an hour for the appointment and the bloodwork to be drawn.

There was a problem billing my insurance co - I gave outdated information.  When I called the office, they were very gracious and took care of the issue very efficently.

Dr. Malerich takes the time to answer all your questions. She's also a mother and so she treats me like her daughter. She gives alternatives when I am not able to find her prescription. She is very personable. I had an emergency and they took me right in. She speaks in layman's terms.

My daughter had a case of diaper rash so prolonged and severe, her pediatrician referred us to Dr. Malerich for additional treatment. My daughter was only 13 months and very scared, but Dr. Malerich was very gentle with her. We were always seen very close to the appointment time, and were out of the office within 15-20 minutes each time. Despite the short appointments, I never felt rushed or thought my daughter was getting anything less than the best care. Instead, I would say the office, and Dr. Malerich, are very efficient with their time, and respectful of their patient's time. I also got the impression that Dr. Malerich continued to ponder my daughter's case between visits, as she was always ready with a new medication to try, or a theory on the cause of the rash. She also provided multiple medication samples, so that I only had to purchase one prescription, and was able to try out others to see if they worked.
It took 4 total visits before her skin condition completely resolved, but during the healing time I could see that my daughter's treatment plan had been thoughtfully considered and was ultimately very effective.

I called the office of Dr. Malerich on Monday, 5/21/12, & I was given an appointment for 5/24/12. I arrived on time & was called into her office about 10 minutes later. The reception staff was very pleasant & helpful.  Dr. Malerich was very prompt, pleasant, knowledgable, precise & efficient, as was her staff. I was treated with dignity & efficienticy. I received treatment promptly as well as information regarding my condition, so I could better understand it.  I made a follow-up appointment & the staff in that area, also, was very helpful & efficient.
I highly recommend Dr. Malerich and her staff to anyone who needs an excellent Dermatologist.

Arrived at the office, receptionist very nice and efficient.  Waited about 10 minutes before being called back.  Dr. Conroy's assistant came in and did case history.  She was very warm and friendly.  Dr. Conroy came in a few minutes after she left.  He did the exam, talked to us about options, seemed to use a systematic approach to discussing options, then informed us of his recommended course of treatment.  He was not rushed, gave us the time we needed to answer questions, and was able to do an excellent job of developing rapport with my daughter.  All of the initial testing was performed at their office at the appointment and his assistant went over the iPledge program, required to do this treatment.  This took a good part of an hour and no one seemed rushed, offering suggestions about how to handle understanding this program, how to log on, tips for scheduiing the monthly labwork, etc.  Even the person that checked us out and talked about billing was upbeat and very helpful.  Very pleasant office experience with what appears to be a very competent and caring physician; too early to tell effectiveness of treatment as she cannot even begin until at least 30 days after this appointment due to the significant regulation surrounding this treatment.

Overall, it's a fine experience.

Called on a Thursday and had an appointment on Friday morning at 7am. I arrived, the first patient. The receptionist was unfriendly and even though i was the only patient in there at the time, still waited over 30 min. No apologies were made. The doctor's manner was a real turn-off. I would prefer to wait a few weeks for an appointment rather than see any doctors in this practice. The unfriendly, unhelpful manner was shared by every point of contact.

My 3 children see Dr. Yoder for acne problems. I am 54 now and I started seeing him when I was in my early 20?s. I would highly recommend him. He is good at anything affiliated with acne, skin cancer or anything that needs to be checked out. His punctuality isn?t bad.

Dr Yoder is a one of a kind physician. He explains things in a way that I can understand and the possible options that are best for me. I highly recommend him.

She is new to the practice. She is very thorough, reassuring, took care of the problem, and I would recommend her to anyone. She is young, knowledgeable, and kind--she is excellent. She takes the time to listen and really gives her patients a good experience.
