Truck was in the shop for 2 days - diagnostics and repairs completed as promised, true to estimate. The service center had to drive the vehicle several times in order to hear the shudder noise that was caused by the worn parking brake cable. They took the time to listen to the customer's description of the problem, remained in communication with all stages of the repair. Easy drop off and pick up.

Excellent service and easy access. They also do car repairs, etc. and after talking to them, I would take my car there, when needed. This is in an industrial area, very near the local Delaware airport.

I had an appointment for a full-synthetic oil change and it took a little over a half-hour...about 10 minutes longer than other places where I have had my oil changed. The waiting area is your typical garage/shop waiting area. The staff member I spoke to was very friendly. I marked the price down some because they charged me for windshield washer solvent at a price that was equivalent to buying an entire gallon and I'm sure that they didn't use that much as my car has a warning light if the solvent is low and it had not been triggered. But that is pretty trivial compared to the good service I received. If there was an A- for price that would really be more accurate. I will definitely go back to them again and will probably tell them not to top off the washer solvent--I usually do that myself.

Stout's Muffler actually does all kinds of auto repair. Well, the difference was I didn't need what the first place said I needed and I knew I didn't need it. I wanted to hear what they had to say. Stout's is honest and trustworthy. The best exhaust system for the dollar in a hundred miles of their store. I've worked on and off with them for 25 years. I would recommend no other place for an exhaust system.

I would recommend then to a family member or a friend. I would rate them highly. I will use them again in the future.

Accommodated my schedule. Replaced the entire exhaust system behind the manifold. The job was professional. Cost was 40% to 55% less than estimates I received from national franchises.
