The staff were very responsive, and called back very quickly, and made an appt to come to our home as quickly as they could. One of the owners came out and assessed the situation, gave some excellent recommendations for additional services we may need aside from his company, and gave us a plan by the end of the consultation. All technicians and staff were professional and prompt. The co-owner called us several times to check in or to let us know how things were going. We were very happy with the service.

I had recently had my basement finished and to my dismay, after 24 hours of heavy rains, the carpet was drenched with water adjacent to the Sump Pump. I called Tony Carrelli of Paul Davis Emergency Services and was assured that his team would arrive within 90 minutes. The team showed up after about 60 minutes! They arrived with all of the equipment necessary begin the process of removing the water. The team carefully moved all furniture from the affected area with great care and proceeded to fully explain their restoration process and answered all of my questions and concerns. After the water extraction they placed 6 large fans and a very large industrial de-humidifier in my basement. These were left in place for 48 hours. When Tony and his crew arrived 48 hours later, they performed numerous moisture tests including thermal imaging on my carpet, walls and wood trim to confirm the removal of the water and moisture. Tony and his crew carefully replaced all of the moved furniture and left my home in the condition it was in prior to the water issue. I feel that the whole process went as well as it could have. After calming down from the initial shock of having water all over the floor of my new basement, I was relieved to know that Tony Carrelli and his crew arrived quickly and restored my basement to a completely dry state. I could not have asked for a better experience considering the situation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!
