Description of Work: James and Robert came out to do a door tune-up on my uncooperative garage door. They oiled the rollers and tightened the spring so that it no longer slams down on my head. I was also having troubles getting the remote to work reliably. It turned out there were two things wrong with it. They fixed the first problem and were already getting in their truck to leave when I discovered a weird second problem was still there. They got out of their truck and figured that one out too. They were super. I'd definitely use them again.

We could not tune the door or balance it with a broken spring. I explained the stress it places on the opener. I would be willing to replace spring at a reduced rate. We take great pride in the fact that we didnt have negative feedback till now and if there is anything we can do to change that please let us know.
