Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List Coupon to have my garage door inspected. They were on time, friendly, seemed to be knowledgeable, and did not really need to do anything much except oil the door. They said it was in great shape. I guess we'll see.

Description of Work: They came to perform a tune-up, but garage door opener had stopped working before they arrived. They arranged to come back the next morning with a new opener, installed it, and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional.

Thankfully your garage door is in good condition and it did not need any adjustments other than the lubrication. As a part of our tune and lube special we also inspect each item of the garage door, balance. sensitivity, rollers, cables....to name a few; there are up to 21 inspection points (depending on type of system) that we inspect. Your door balanced correctly,and did not require any other adjustments. We greatly appreciate the feedback; and hope that we can earn your business again if you are ever in need of services in the future.

Description of Work: They were awesome, our garage got broke on labour day and our cars were stuck inside the garage, but as soon as we called them they came in just 45 minutes and fixed everything, they fixed the broken spring as well as got us a new motor. They were quick and efficient in their work and were very polite. I would highly recommend them for any garage services

Description of Work: I had a broken spring and bought a coupon from Angie's list for 2 springs replacement. After they replaced the springs they brought to my attention that the door was pulling apart where it was connected to the opener so I ended up getting a new door instead. They were able to replace the door the same day which was great for me since I had to take time off work in the first place. |James & Robert performed the service and they had the new door on in no time! |There was just one thing I was not happy about. Robert started to peel off a competitors sticker from the old door and I told him to leave it on. When they left to get the new door, I took the sticker off and put it on the seat of an exercise bike I had in the garage. After they were finished installing the new door and they left, I noticed the sticker was gone. I am very upset that he took that sticker off and I'm sure he threw it away. He never should have touched it because it wasn't near the door at all. I just wish I had noticed it before they left. That is why the B in professionalism. |
