Description of Work: Replaced the spring on door. Very quick and professional. Gave me full explanation on what is happening. Had to cancel original date because they double booked. I was pressed for time on the reschedule date, but everything was done very promptly so it wasn't a big deal.

Description of Work: Bought the $39 tune up knowing I needed new springs installed. Charged $275 for new springs, er spring, on a two car garage door. They only installed one. (Two came off). I also specifically asked to have the sensors adjusted as the door stops and goes back up all the time. Did not happen. Don't bother with this company.

Mr. [Member Name Removed], We have tried to contact you regarding the services that were provided, via: phone, email, and text messaging: and have not received a response from you. It troubles us as a company to have a customer that is unhappy with our services. We would like to explain the circumstances of your garage door issue: Your garage door is a Wayne Dalton brand door: this required us to do a complete torsion conversion. With your door being manufactured with such a light weight gauge of steel it is impossible to use two torsion springs in order for the door to balance correctly. This spring does still carry a lifetime warranty if it should ever fail in the future. The sensors were checked and tightened; however the problem with the operation of the door was due to continued use with the broken spring not anything to do with the safety sensors. We are confused as to why you would purchase the $39.00 tune and lube, knowing that you had a broken spring, and continuing to use the door from 09/01 until 12/11 when the service was completed. We had messaged and called several times in order to schedule when the initial purchase was made, however you chose to hold off on the service until December. When completing a torsion conversion our everyday cost is $325.00, being an Angie's List member we provided you with a $50.00 discount. As quoted from one of our previous customers "After discussing my situation I believed I needed a complete conversion to a spring system and the cost was going to be $275. I called around and other estimates came in higher or the same cost BUT didn't have the lifetime warranty.Once Robert arrived, he decided I didn't need a conversion after all. I needed a new spring and the cost would be $165." If at anytime a customer has any type of further issue with the work provided; we are more than happy to return to rectify the situation (thank goodness this rarely happens), at no additional cost. Once again we would greatly appreciate if you could give us a call @ 614-527-1176

Description of Work: They lubed all the rollers and springs. The garage door would not stay closed all the time. They adjusted the down travel on the door. I was told that the force on the door was so hard it would shake the rails. Now it works like new. Great job. Replaced the rubber seral on the door as well.
