I'm not sure I got what I paid for.

Replaced broken garage door springs. Easy appointment set up. Delivered as expected. Very competitive job pricing. Exceeded expectations with garage door weather seal replacement - they were unable to come as scheduled and came first time with wrong part, but we cannot complain with their management of a bad situation since they accommodated our re-schedule and proactively reduced job price to make up for the hassle. They didn't force wrong part, they got the exact part for a door they don't normally carry and we appreciate the job well done. They traveled with 3 workers which we liked instead of seeing 1 soul dealing with these issues. They did not always call ahead as promised to call 30 min before arrival within the agreed appointment window. This company seems to want business and earn it with good work and good word of mouth - which we are happy to provide. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Fine, I assume they did all contracted to do. I wasn't with them the entire time.

The service men arrived on time and were very professional, courteous, uniformed, and knowledgeable. They were straight up as to what they were about to do regarding the garage door service. During the service they pointed out two cracked and broken hinges. They also showed me some old and worn out rollers, about 15 years old. They replaced the broken hinges and worn out rollers at a very reasonably cost, far lower than I expected. After the work was completed they took the time to show me where and how often to spray lubricate on parts of my door as preventive maintenance. These guys were great and I would not hesitate to call them again. These service men are a great asset to Columbus Ohio Garage Door Co.

My garage door was making an awful clicking sound. They came and diagnoses the problem in 5 minutes - my spring was broken and probably undersized for my door. They replaced it with a more robust system the next day at the time I was available. It only took them about 45 minutes. My garage door has never opened so quickly and quietly! Also, the office was incredibly responsive and helpful in making appointment arrangements. All around a very good experience.

Everything went well. The technicians were professional and courteous. We would recommend James and Robert to any homeowner. They did a fabulous job for us. We did recommend to James and Robert that their company should offer a service where they contact customers once a year to see if the customer needs a tune-up. It went pretty good. Three guys showed up and it went pretty good.

We had asked that they call when they were on their way. The service was scheduled for the afternoon. They called at noon and said they would be at the house in 15 minutes. They arrived exactly on time and were very friendly and professional. I explained that we had never had a garage let alone a garage door and opener. Robert and James were very helpful as they checked over the door. They explained what they were doing and what they look for to detect possible problems. They also provided excellent information on what we should do quarterly to keep everything in good condition. They found no issues and were on their way in about 15-20 minutes. We will certainly call them again should we need help with our garage door.

I purchased the Big Deal for a garage door tuneup. Was contacted promptly and scheduled right away. They made an special effort to accommodate my time frame on the day I rrquested. Robert and James arrived promptly. They were very professional and completed the tuneup as advertised. They also replaced the rollers to correct a problem we had been experiencing fior a nominal additional charge. Very pleased with the service for both scheduling and worked performed.

Everything went very well. Garage door works fine once they replaced the faulty circuit board.

Office emailed within 24 hours of my purchasing the Angie's List Big Deal and service appointment was set up. Technicians arrived on time and completed garage door service per offer purchase.

We bought the $39 garage door tune up special. Anthony and James arrived on schedule and did a very thorough job of inspecting the door operation, lubricating all the working parts, and making minor adjustments. They also provided useful information about what to do and how often to perform periodic maintenance and tips on how to replace parts when that becomes necessary

They came out on a Saturday morning after I contacted them just the night before. After assessing the situation they determined that they needed to replace the entire system instead of just the springs. The repairman did an excellent job of explaining the problem and everything they needed to do. They came back first thing on Monday and installed the new spring system, and additionally gave us some maintenance tips. They also installed struts to support two cracked panels on the door at minimal cost. I'd absolutely recommend them going forward (and already have to a co-worker).

The two service techs were patient and instructive. I believe their names were Mike and Brad. They explained the type of mechanism I had and how to maintain it with WD40. They also replaced my battery in the keypad and it's amaxing how it work now (LOL!). I appreciated their professionalism and felt they serviced the door and did not try to sell me something else but rather explain what I might do in the event it stops working in the future.

They came on time and the whole tuneup process went very well.

Crew of 3 arrived at the time expected. Garage door and opener was checked for any mechanical problems and then was greased and oiled. They gave me helpful tips on keeping the garage door in good working order. My keypad was not working so they showed me how to reset the pass code so that it was operational. All were courteous and professional. This was a good value for my money. I would use this company again.
