We purchased the $79.00 Angie's List deal to have the weather stripping replaced on our double garage door. Scheduling was very easy. Anthony and his partners arrived right on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. Anthony also gave these two seniors some advice and help with an issue were having with our remote garage door opener. Anthony also noticed that the 20 year old spring on our garage door might need replacement in the near future. Plus he gave us safety advice on what we should do if the springs do suddenly fail. Good and practical advice.

So far so good. Polite, punctual, and professional.

They were on time and were able to replace the spring in about half an hour. Very good deal and I felt comfortable with the work.

I had contacted them on Monday and they setup an appointment for Wednesday. I received a call on Tuesday that they were on their way. I said it's not until Wednesday. They said they will come on Wednesday. Appointment was scheduled between 8am-12pm. After 12:15pm, I didn't get a call from anyone, so I contacted to know about their whereabouts. I was told that they don't have me on their records ever calling them or making any appointments even though I had talked to the same person on Monday and Tuesday. This is within 3 days time span. I told them that I will report this incident on Angie's List and hung up. I received a call back immediately from the person stating that they would come out. I had told them that I lost their trust at this point so I declined and hung up. I started receiving threat text messages from stating that I was making a threat and that they will contact police and Angie's list on me. Wow! I think I made a right choice for declining their service. I wouldn't want anyone coming to my house that would be so unprofessional and tell customers that they are threatening them. Be aware of this company. I would stay away from them.

The two of them came and were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They were friendly but very professional, I really enjoyed them.

This service for $39.00 is basically an inspection and a lube of the springs and door rollers with a can of WD 40. Something most people can do themselves. They told me the door couldn't be re-balanced because the springs I had replace about 10 years ago was the wrong spring for the door. I had the weather stripping replaced on one side of the door for and additional $40.00.

I hired them to install a garage door opener. They were able to schedule within a few days of purchasing the deal on Angies List and on the day of the installation they called ahead and were able to come out even earlier then scheduled. They were professional and were able to get the installation done within an hour. I haven't had any issues with the opener and would recommend them to others.

Wonderful. I called one afternoon and Robert was there first thing the next morning. He quickly found and repaired the problem, made a thorough check of the door, springs, rollers, and other parts, and lubricated the moving parts. He also pointed out things to look for in the future.

The 2 men discovered that my door was very old and my remote had been Factory installed so they couldn't program a new one. I decided on a new Motor. They worked very hard and got the new motor installed under some Very difficult situations but got the job done. I am very happy with the results And would recommend this company to my friends.
