+ -1 moreHad not used this company before but prior company used in the past no longer serviced garage doors, just supplied parts. Called and got voicemail, so I left a detailed message about the problem. Then called another highly-rated company, who was able to schedule the appointment the next day. However, James called me back within 30 mins and I advised appointment had been scheduled with another company. He thanked me and hung up, but called back a few mins later to tell me what it seemed the problem was based on my message. He wanted to make sure other company did not try to overcharge or push other services. I thanked him for his guidance. This is the type of high integrity that the service industry should have and I would not hesitate to use this company, based on the owner's proactive help.
Description of Work: Tenant's garage door was opening, but not closing using remotes or wall unit. Would close only if wall unit button was held down. Needed a technician asap to repair.

+ -1 moreExtremely well. I chose the more expensive garage door system because it is very quiet, comes with two remotes and can be monitored via cell phone. If I knew how easy this would be I would have had this done a year ago.
Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List discount for a garage door tune-up. When the company contacted me to set up an appointment I was able to schedule for the following day. I received a confirmation email stating they would arrive between 11am-1pm. They arrived promptly at noon. I advised them of issues I was having with my garage door. They checked all aspects of my existing system, explaining what they were doing and what they were finding as they went along. At the end they gave me an estimate for repair costs and also the price for a new system. My garage door system was very old and I decided to buy a new one. I was surprised that they had a new garage door package with them and they were able to install it immediately. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and worked very quickly. The diagnostics and installation were completed within an hour and I had a whole new garage door system by 1pm. In addition, they explained the process to monitor/open/close my garage door via my cell phone and even changed the light bulbs for me! I will definitely recommend this company.
