Great! They were easy to contact, scheduled me for the same day, and arrived right on time. They knew what the problem was right away and had it fixed in 15 minutes!

These guys are amazing! They were kind, efficient and hard workers. Their response to my call was fast and within 2 weeks I had my special order garage door installed and it looks beautiful. They hauled away the old garage and cleaned up after themselves fully. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and they have used them and contacted me to thank me for the referral. They also said how fast and efficient they were. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to refer them to my friends and family.

They sprayed WD-40...tightened up some nuts on the door, then left. Less than 5 minutes later, they were gone. I did not need to spend $40 for WD-40 and be told I could buy a new door from them.

I called them Saturday night because they had a 24 hour answering service. I told them I had seen them on Groupon. I also told them what time to call me back on Sunday because I was busy in the morning. They called and texted me. I texted back and forth. They setup the appointment at 7 a.m. on Monday morning, but contacted me by text around 6:45 a.m. and said they would be out at 7:30 a.m. It was not a big deal in my day because I had enough time to get to work, but I had to drop them just a little bit on punctuality, but not enough for a "B." Still, I know things happen and in the end, everything worked out as I had hoped. They had it fixed within about 15 minutes.

James and Robert came back out to reset the door. They were prompt, professional and did a great job. Highly recommend

It went TERRIFIC!!! James and Robert came out on Tuesday and showed me how to check to see if my door was aligned/in balance. Which I did know, but had forgotten - so thanks guys! They replaced all the rollers and lubed up all the working parts and springs. We talked about what I could do as far as general upkeep and they gave me lots of great advice - including WD40 seasonally on any part that had a yellowish colored grease. Heck, I can do that! Thanks again guys!

Initially fixed the problem. Then had them come back - issue with door closing (opened just fine). The garage door opener is failing (after all it is almost 23 years old). Will have to probably replace it.

Well, it didn't go as planned. The guys from Columbus Garage Door Company were up front and frankly told us we didn't need a tune up; we needed a completely new garage door opener. Since they couldn't provide the service we had anticipated, they suggested we ask you (Angie's List) to refund the payment made. We weren't expecting the cost of a completely new garage door opener. How about a credit for the services we paid for but didn't get?

The crew was on time and conducted an evaluation. They had to make a couple of trips to get everything assembled correctly and were dealing with an older garage with very low ceilings. Was a little disappointing that they added a few unnecessary screw holes into the door, were inconsistent with the placement of the handles and sawed a small line into the top of the door when they hacked out one of the overhead beam's which they also mis-cut on the first attempt. Just seemed to rush through the installation. Also left their banding from the doors, cigarette butts, a can of redbull, bolts and screws laying around and other misc trash. Also they did not install the latches that I asked to be installed to allow the doors to be locked

They contacted me right after I purchased the service through Angie's List. We set up a day and time. They arrived within the timeframe set. They changed all the rollers and lubricated everything. They then checked to make sure everything was working properly.

On time and explained the issues concerns with older door and springs for the door. Chatted over ideas for new door and oiled springs and rollers on current door

Everything went great from the price to the scheduling and installation. The folks were very accommodating in getting me on the schedule very quickly. The guys performing the installation were prompt, courteous and professional. Removed the old unit and installed the new one in no time. The Angie's list deal was better than anything else I found too! Would highly recommend their service.

We contacted this company on a Friday evening via email and arranged for them to fix the broken garage door spring on Saturday. No additional fees for weekend repair service. They were prompt on arrival and very efficient in repairing our broken spring. They were courteous. They did not try to sell extra services. We were very happy with their service and would happily call them again if our garage door springs break again.

I bought an Angie's List offer for this service. I was contacted within 24 hours to schedule the job, which was completed within 2 business days. Two very polite and professional young men came to do the job. They not only replaced both the upper and lower weatherstripping, they provided excellent information on caring for the hinges and springs, too. Highly recommend!

Great - our door was different than normal but an adaptation was made with perfect results
