I liked the price and the quality was good.

Too expensive for the brief work but it was good.

It was great. Very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Answered my questions and questions I didn't know I should ask. Very thorough. Went over everything with me. Warranties, how long parts should last, when to do what, etc etc. overall awesome!

Called at 4pm. Job was complete an hour later, Wayne Dalton unit.

Excellent. Door was having issues riding on track. This was fixed as well as sensors adjusted. Been working perfectly since then.

They were very professional. They were on time. They answered any questions about the garage door, and that sort of thing.

Tech would have been done in 5 minutes but for repair to light in garage door opener. This at least made me feel I got some value, even for the promotional $39 price.

The opener was lubricated and the tension on the door was adjusted. The work was done promptly and well.

The garage door repair guy said at first that we just needed to lubricate the tracks, but later said that several things needed adjusted. He did the adjustment, but at an extra cost. It took him less than 15 minutes.

The vendor came on time, inspected my garage door entirely and recommended getting it replaced if it has any problems closing. For now, the door is functional.

They adjusted the tension on the chain and lubricated the hinges. They pointed out what I needed to do to maintain the door and that the spring across the door was Not a heavy duty one (with the spring on the outside) and mentioned that these smaller springs only last around ten years. They also showed me what to do in case it breaks. The garage door now goes up quietly and smoothly. The visit only lasted about ten minutes but seemed to be very thorough, and they didn't charge me anything! They left their card and I will definitely call them if my spring breaks or if I need a new motor etc.

It went better than I expected. He arrived prior to appointment time (which is a good thing), as he performed the maintenance, pointed out to me what needs to be lubricated so that I know where to spray to keep it maintained myself. Very satisfied.

I purchased the $39 garage door service deal. He oiled all the hinges, etc. but the door continued to be very noisy as it opened. He did some extra checking and found the source of the problem. He adjusted something but the noise was the same. He oiled it a few times until it finally opened without noise. He even took time to show me all the places he had oiled so I will be able to do it myself in the future. I am very happy with the work.

Every aspect of the process was great. James answered my call after normal business ours, was flexible to my schedule, arrived when scheduled, and had the opener working in a short time frame. I thought the service was great!

James and his crew are wonderful! The communication is fantastic! We have an odd size door so it had to be special ordered. From the time the estimate was given to the install was approximately 2 weeks. We were always kept in the loop on what was going on. They came out to install the door on time! We have a very low overhead clearance and were given 2 options on how to install, which was greatly appreciated. After door was installed, I was shown what to maintenance 4 times a year to keep everything operating properly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!
