All rollers and tracks lubricated and door adjusted. Work done in less than an hour. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: I purchased added garage insulation (skirting). The workmen told me that my particular door would not work with their product. They called the manufacturer to see if one could be obtained, but were unable. They refunded my money. Very professional.

He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and after he completed the work, even sprayed everything with lubricant which should be done regularly but had been neglected. Description of Work: My garage door was completely inoperable. I gave Columbus Ohio Garage Door a call late at night (11pm on a Friday). The phone call was immediately answered to my surprise. The gentleman who answered (the owner I assume) scheduled a team to be out there at 7am the next day as I had family coming into town and needed quick service. This is actually the second time I have had them come out for minor issues that I couldn't fix myself. I will need to replace my entire door soon and will absolutely be giving them a call. My neighbor needed a name remembering I had to have my garage serviced. As no surprise they fixed his garage and save him over $100 from a quote he received from another company,

 + -1 moreThey were very responsive .. came right away, very nice and got the work done quickly. Our garage door stopped working. We love our new keyless entry pad. They took the time to be sure we knew how and how often to lubricate the door in the future. Our house is older so the garage door options are set-up differently than the original and they had to run an extension cord to an outlet in the garage. Not sure this would pass code so that is why not all "As".
