John was the technician. He was very helpful. He explained what he was doing and how the door works for me.

John explained everything he was doing and why, gave specific instructions on how to keep garage door running smoothly between tune-ups. Will definitely use the company again and ask for John specifically!

went fine, although I expected more for a "garage door tune-up" than I received. Primarily, they lubed and quieted the door operation, which was what I specifically needed, but there wasn't really anything else done other than an inspection regarding a "tune-up".

They were on time and professional. They kept making adjustments until you could no longer see daylight--the garage was sealed. Thanks, guys!

It was very difficult to get this scheduled, but the end result was great. I want to commend the technician that showed up, named John. Very professional. Called ahead twice to let me know when to expect him. Performed services efficiently and explained maintenance tips and suggested some possible repairs. Decided to go ahead and have him install a door seal on the bottom of the door. He worked quickly but took the time to make sure that the job was done right. Prices for work that was performed were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company, especially John!

After paying for the service, I received an email asking me for dates that was good for us. Sent requested dates and immediately received confirmation on one of our dates. Two days later Columbus Ohio Garage came to install the weather stripping. Workers were friendly, professional and very quick to get the job done. Would not hesitate to hire again.

I was contacted within 24 hours to schedule my appointment which was done so about a week out from date of scheduling. In reading over the services included with the tune-up; I had high expectations. The service technician called ahead of arriving and was very polite and courteous. I rate this review low because the service performed weren't even worth the $39. Spraying my metal hinges and silicon wheels with lubricant (aka WD-40) and telling me to do this every quarter was not worth the $39 paid. Columbus Ohio Garage Door Co. seems like a reputable company; however, the $39 garage door tune-up is not worth the time or the money.

First I must applaud the company because I missed my original appointment due to a calendar mix up. They rescheduled quickly and arrived during the time they said the would. The technicians were efficient and were done less than 20 minutes after they started. They even swept my driveway to clear the debris created by the repair.

Excellent. We did not have to have any repairs at this time, but James did point out that one of the parts is starting to show wear, and may have to be replaced in the future.
