They were prompt and did what I expected; however they neglected to tell me that the limits that they set on my opener would be cancelled when I changed my back-up battery (which I told them I was going to be doing in the very near future). After I changed the battery and the limits were cancelled, I called them and told them about the issue. They came right back out and corrected the problem which is when they told me about what effect that changing the battery would have.

They were very professional. They got here right when they said. I thought they did a great job for what I paid. They just kind of went around and checked everything and made sure everything was lubricated and kind of told me what I needed to do every so often. They did put a new threshold on the bottom of the door, which was really nice because they had it with them. They did a great job. Stuff was flying in the garage, and little animals could get in, and we don't have that problem anymore. I think they did a lot for the price. Just coming over and making sure everything was working right. I thought it was well worth the money.

I bought the Angie's deal that was out there and I am delighted with John's work. I received a reply quickly to my questions, made arrangements and the tech, John, came on my first available day which was a Saturday. I again have a working garage door....Yea!

I liked them quite a bit. they did some additional work and it was still reasonable as far as I know. I will use them again in the future. The garage door would come down and it would come back up, I tried to do the adjustments myself and it wouldn't work. They also did the springs and all that stuff, like your special said,but then my husband had hit the garage door and he kind of knocked it out of whack a little bit. They had to put what they called them stabilizers, or struts, they added a couple of struts. They said that it is a temporary fix, but we know later on we are going to have to replace it. I will use them again.

Went very well and happy with the work. One complaint, I specifically requested a day when I could be the first appointment. They scheduled me for a 8-10am and arrived at 9:58am. Needless to say I wasn't the first appointment.

I am very happy with the work that was done. The young man showed up in the specified time frame, did the job efficiently, and was very polite and respectful. He cleaned up after himself. The new gasket looks and works great. I had looked into replacing it myself and the cheapest gasket I found was $25. I would consider the gasket they used to be pretty good quality, so even if it cost only $30, the hassle to remove the old one and attach the new was worth $50 in labor! I'll be happy to recommend Ohio Garage Door Co. to friends and family. Thanks for a great job!

Did not take long and the clean up well.

Anthony was great!! Added a couple bolts on each side for extra support, secured ceiling bolts, lubed and adjusted cables. It's much smoother and quieter. Very happy with service and price!

They arrived promptly, oiled the spring, and showed me a few things to look for to keep it in good shape. They did seem surprised that I had called them without a major problem to report, so that type of service call may be unusual.

Needed same day repair of a garage door spring that broke on a Sunday. I was able to schedule a same day appointment easily and the cost was reasonable for a weekend emergency repair. Technicians were punctual and professional. They replaced the broken spring quickly and checked door function to make sure nothing else was broken. I would definitely hire this company again.
