I took few hours off work to meet with him. never showed up and never called.

The workman from the company was on it. He was on time, got the work done and completed improvements in less than an hour.

I was notified that they would not honor the Big Deal because I was not in their service area. I am only one county over, about 30 miles. The Deal showed up (and continues to be) on my account page for several days. Does not state their service area. I really was disappointed in Columbus Ohio Garage Door Company and Angie's List because of this. My money was refunded quickly but I wanted the service offered.

Good some questions weren't answered. Worker seemed to be in a hurry. Should not bring personal friends when working.

Call lasted approx. 15 minutes. All rollers and hinges greased. Spoke about options for replacing door bottom gasket. Punctuality graded D because appointment scheduled for between 9 and 10 and James did not arrive until 10:45.

My garage kept lurching to a stop when it was going up. I called up this company to check on it. Of course, the door failed to misbehave for him when he responded. The technician did some tuning up and charged a reasonable fee (with an Angie's List coupon) for his response considering the time he put into it. The adjustments made did not fix the problem, so the company returned to confirm that my operator circuit board was shot. They replaced the entire operator unit, sensors, keypad, wall switch, and remotes in about 30 minutes. I thought the price was reasonable considering everything that was completed. This company was prompt and courteous. I would use them again.

They were almost an hour late and all they did was spray WD-40 on the track and roller. I only had 15 minutes to give them as I had to leave for another meeting. Again, they called and said they would be at the property within 15 minutes and actually came almost an hour later. It was not worth the price I paid. I could have spent $5.00 for a can of WD-40 and did what they did.
