Very professional, did great work. Replaced a hot water heater that I purchased. Also replaced 4 valves, one of which was included in the installation. They were flexible with my schedule, and we’re able to arrive when they said they would. Also gave advice and tips for what to do moving forward. Couldn’t ask for much more.

I had an excellent experience with Amanda. Unlike many of the other contractors, they provided me with a quote right over the phone, after asking me some questions regarding what I needed. They were the most affordable of the vendors I contacted. The technician that arrived to do the work was punctual, polite, and very experienced. He made the tank replacement look trivial and he handled all of the customizations he had to do because of the differences in the tank designs easily. He had no problems with me hovering and asking all sorts of questions. I would definitely use Amanda again for anything plumbing related.

They gave me an estimate to repair the leak in my bathtub, came back as scheduled, completed the work in the time estimated, and I got my bathroom back!

Tried to get two other local (Marysville) plumbers to fix a faucet on my shower. Could not even get a call back from them! After a week, I called Amanda's Plumbing. Scheduled for a couple days out. They called ahead of time, and showed up on time. Looked at the shower, and gave me a quote. Took about an hour, and he was done! Parts were a bit high (list price I would suggest), but they carry full sets of parts on the truck and have the overhead. I was ecstatic! Quick, professional, and quality work. Highly recommend them.

My water heating stopped heating. Called Amanda Plumbing on Sat and they sent John within 90 mins. He fixed the heater temporarily and recommended certain options and was open to working with my choice. Would hire again

Steve and Bob were very polite, professional and easy to talk to. They really had a mess on their hands with the 60 year old rotten main septic line. As they were fixing that, they found out why that wall of the basement was always wet. I had a major leak in the sump pump line. And, even though they had been here all day working on the main septic line. They wouldn't leave until the sump pump was fixed too. You just don't find companies or workers that care that much these days. I really made the right choice in AMANDA PLUMBING! If you need a GREAT Plumber that knows what they are doing Call Amanda! All the other guys are just guys looking for a big pay check! You're going to have to get in line though. Cause I've got two more jobs for them.

Excellent, found the leaks, 3 faucets, 2 toilets, made recommendations, some needed to be replaced, others were fixed.

Amanda Plumbing thoroughly assessed possible causes and found that our main sewer was clogged between house and septic. Cable through kitchen sink drain used to break clog. We highly recommend Amanda Plumbing. Our plumbing emergency was on a Saturday morning, and we received courteous and professional service from the intake person at the office and from the plumber, Hayden. Hayden arrived within the hour, fixed the problem within an hour. Fee for service was very reasonable.

Called the main office and they said only 1 guy does estimates on exterior drain. I provided my information and what I needed. The guy called me back the next day and said he was out of the office, but would follow up. I called him the next day and he said call him on Monday. I called him on Monday and he had none of my information and said he would come out Tuesday AM. Then, 5 minutes later a woman from the office called asking for my address and information. He called me on Tuesday at 10:30 AM and said he was getting gas and on his way. Then he called me at 11 AM and I was in a meeting, so I could not answer. I called him back at 11:20 AM and he said he moved on to his next appointment because I did not call him back soon enough. He said he would be back in 90 minutes. He called me and said he was outside, I was in a meeting and could not talk. I texted him the information and said look at the dug up hole out front and drain line that runs to side street. He left me a voicemail and said he had to leave because I was not there to discuss. I received 2 other estimates from reputable Angie's List providers very quickly with no hassle. I think Amanda's Plumbing needs to review their estimate process for important jobs like this or they will continue to lose good busy.

Came out the next day even though it wasn't urgent. Called ahead and showed on time. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Even helped me with another issue with a bathroom faucet. The cost noted was nearly all to cover the cost of the pump. Would recommend and will use again. Great experience all around!

Extremely personal as well as professional from estimate to the two workers that installed the drains and pump. Like working with local business and they are out of Delaware, OH. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering the same type of work - their knowledge and price were the best.

Recently, my kitchen Insta-Hot stopped working. I purchased a replacement Insta-hot on Amazon and needed a plumber to remove the broken one and install the new one. I had called another plumber (NOT AMANDA) who informed me that I needed a 3/8 inch connector and 3/8 in OD Poly (not sure what that means) which this other plumber did not have and was going to charge me $45 to go and get and $87.50 for a return trip and a total of $572 for the job, which included removal of my disposal to install the Insta-Hot (which he said was in the way) and mentioned that my disposal may be defective as well. I sent them away and call Amanda Plumbing. Amanda came out, installed the insta-hot, did nothing to my disposal, which is in perfect working condition, and were in and out in under two hours for $176 with no removal of my disposal. The new unit is working perfectly. Kudos to Amanda plumbing yet again. Lesson learned, I will not call another plumber again.

Amanda Plumbing was only company that made time available to repair our sump pump on the weekend of 1/13/18 during a Level 2 winter storm. Our basement was flooded. Nate was prompt and professional. He fixed the main pump on Saturday and returned on Tuesday to finish the battery backup. The price was higher due to the emergency service call, but their service was timely and much appreciated.

Everything went great. Service tech was at my home on time and very polite and professional. Job came in less than estimate which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitly use again and recommend to others.
