Very well. Donnie was very responsive, and performed the work very quickly. He adapted his schedule to my needs, and did an excellent job. I will definitely call him the next time I need some work done.

The house looks great after the wash. Also had the deck repainted. Had some bushes trimmed and one removed, Donnie did a great job with everything and completed it all in one day. He was very responsive via text message, would do business with again.

Donnie and his crew showed up right on time and got to work on the large job. They worked well and cleaned up when done. Price was fair I felt and I plan to hire them next season again. Thanks guys.

They did a good job overall, and I would hire them again. The negative things I could say is that they didn't always have the tools needed and either had to delay to get a tool, or use mine. One of the fence posts didn't set well and stated to sack within a week, but they came right out to fix it when I called. I can say that they stand behind their work because they took care of the problem I had right away.

I gave Donnie a call and he was already in the area and stopped by within an hour. In less than 30 minutes he was done and had also let me know about some house maintenance issues I should address before they get out of hand, such as gutter height and pitch, some paint issues, and some power washing. I'll definitely be working with Donnie more in the future to take care of those.

This is the second time I have had Donnie and his crew for work done last spring. His fee was the same as last year. Who else does that?! Did I say they also did ALL TAKEAWAY. As last spring, they were fast, professional and polite. You get more than you pay for with these pros. I also take note that Donnie had his same crew/team as last year. Showing me a solid employee/employer relationship. These guys are the real deal. ALSO, I told Donnie I was getting new gutters replacement (I had already gotten an estimate from a "qualified" gutter co.) Donnie inspected ALL gutter conditions and told me I already have good quality gutters that showed no Damage! Imagine that. I promptly cancelled my previous order with the gutter Co. Also, when the original gutter guy inspected my perfectly good gutters, he also tried to tell me I needed a new roof and he knew a roofer for me. I also needed trim painting for a cleaner look. He said he had a paint guy for that. I also had contacted someone else to paint trim and wrought iron porch fence. Guess what. Donnie can do ALL this work. We have already made the deal and he is going with me to home improvement store to choose proper products for the job. THE.BOTTOM LINE IS: Donnie and his crew are a one stop shop service. He saved me a lot of money with unnecessary repairs. From now on, Donnie is my go to guy for all me handyman needs, period.

One item they deferred on was a minor appliance repair. They said that the lid switch on my washing machine would be a speedier repair if I hired an appliance specialist. Things we got done included the faucet replacement in my kitchen; installing a door stop and a door stopper (kickstand); alignment of my shower doors, although the part I had provided for installation was too tall to be used (which created some extra effort); and some repair of my storm door where the sliding panels were installed improperly (and I thought we would make a screen-kit screen, but they pointed out it's not the right type of door for that). That actually went a little past the hour mark so I tipped extra well. I do not know what else they do. The handyman post was kind of nonspecific. I love my new faucet and they made that installation happen so that was terrific. I also thought they were efficient. The most minor suggestion I have is on a rainy day to try to leave clean tracks.

met Donnie and his crew at Lowe's to pick out paint, kitchen cabinet, sink, stain, etc. I paid for the materials separate from his work, this amounted to $957. His work was $850. He loaded up materials and came to my house and started right away and from 9-6 worked right through. Even took thrash out of a closet and fixed clasp on door in addition to work. Beautiful job, new lights in bedroom ceiling , stainless kitchen sink and new cabinet. I will replace other kitchen cabinets later--had only doors replaced on old metal cabinets years ago, and the metal cabinets are rusting--which I didn't realize until put in sink and its cabinet. The mist green for my rooms upstairs is great. I was surprised that I was able to get electrical work as well as painting, sink put in etc. in one day. I definitely will have him come back to do much more things that need to be done--haven't even thought about basement yet, but will have to wait till my next income tax refund, if any.

Giant hogweed is toxic. It causes bad - disfiguring bllisters if you get the sap on you and then are exposed to sunlight. The hogweed was growing amoung a pile of old railroad ties I had out back, so they had to remove the ties as well so that I would be able to mow the area and keep the hogweed from growing back.

The crew worked extremely fast and did a good job of cleaning gutters. They pointed out that at least one of the down spouts was clogged which was causing backup in the gutters. Mr Holland offered to fix the problem and estimated it would cost between 300 and 500 dollars to extend the underground drain pipe to a gravel pit dug further downhill in the front yard. Ultimately I was able to fix the problem myself.

I really can't you that since I wasn't home. I bought the gutter cleaning thru a deal. The business was overwhelmed with response and it took him a while to get to my home. To his credit, he did call a couple of times to update me on when he would be out. I can't vouch for his work since I was out of town when he came to clean out the gutters. There is one area on the gutters that overflows when not cleaned properly and it is still is overflowing.

They showed up on time, were polite, hard working, and cleaned up thoroughly. Their work was excellent. Pricing was very competitive. Owner Donnie Holland was easy to work with and did absolutely everything he said they would. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

AMAZING!!! Donnie and Rick came over Monday afternoon for an estimate, we said let?s do it...they went right to Lowe?s to get materials, brought them over Monday night so they had materials on the job to start on Tuesday. Donnie, Rick, Gonzo, and Chris started first thing Tuesday morning and worked every day including Saturday to finish the job! They built a wall, patched walls, stomped the ceiling of the whole house (1800 sq ft) and painted the entire house, along with removing tile backsplash and old flooring?and I?m sure I?m missing something else. They truly are skilled professionals and hard workers. I can?t put enough into words to express my appreciation for the wonderful job they did in the amount of time they had and for the price that was quoted. They are my new go to guys for any type of work needing done as I don?t think there would be much they wouldn?t or couldn?t do. Matter of fact, I?ll definitely be calling when Spring rolls around to get some landscaping work done!! THANKS to Donnie, Rick, Gonzo, and Chris for a fantastic job! :-)

Here are my texts to him; you'll be able to see how it went from these two texts: I'm sure you speak with quite a few people throughout your week so I wanted to be certain that you remember all that we've discussed. The first week that I called you, you stated that you were really busy that week and that you would call me by the middle of the following week to set up the estimate. However, you failed to call me back before the middle of the week. You called me Monday morning and stated that you were really busy the previous week and could not get to me; however, you had time that week (last week) to come out for the estimate if I hadn't already had the job done. I called you back at 3 that afternoon, I had been in the hospital all day (As I previously told you I'm a combat Wounded Warrior so I spend quite a bit of time on Dr's appointments), any way once I called you stated that your schedule for the week had just been booked up with two big jobs so you would not be able to get to me that week; however, you promised if I called on the following Monday, which is today, you'd make sure to get out to my house for an estimate. At that point I said to you that I have quite a bit of work that needs to get done and I can't do it in my condition. I then asked if you were certain you wanted to do the work, to which you exclaimed, "yes"! At that point I said that I called you because people seemed to really like the work that you had done for them, because they had given you such great reviews on Angie's list. I also said as long as you want to do the work and your fair with your pricing then I want you to do the job and I'm willing to wait for you to free up your schedule, but I absolutely needed you to come out for the estimate no later than this week. You then said, that's no problem I will make it happen. Now when I called today you said that you were just too busy this week to come out to do a free estimate. However, once I stated that you had promised me the following week that you would get out this week and make it happen, you did say you would stand by your promise. That said, you still stated that you did not remember making the promise. Some things to note: 1) I appreciate that you're willing to stand by your promise, even if you don't remember making it. 2) As a potential customer it would be nice if you took notes of our conversations so that you know how many times you've rescheduled an estimate and what you told the customer. 3) When you said to me that you just didn't have time to come out to my house and do an estimate, you prefaced it with free and put emphasis on the word free. I'm sure it's frustrating to go to someone's house and perform a free estimate and not get the work but the reality is that, that most likely means they found someone who offered to do the same job at a lower price. That person may or may not get the same value but they really have no way of comparing the quality of your work to the person who's offering a lower price. That just the nature of the business that your in. That being said I thought that I made myself clear when I said that if you really wanted to do the work then I would more than likely take you on. The only thing that would stop me was whether or not your pricing was fair, to which you replied you're pricing was definitely fair. So my point is, provided your pricing is fair, your not coming to my house to do a free estimate, you're coming to let me know what the cost will be and to determine what it's going to take for you to do the job. As a matter of fact, after reading some of your reviews on Angie's List I didn't even contact a second person to estimate the job and I normally get three estimates. So I will end with this if you want to do the work you can demonstrate that by getting this estimate done and setting a date for when you'll be ready to start the job. If you've got so many jobs that you don't need any more work please tell me now and I will seek out another provider. Sorry to say but my wife just got home and asked what was going on with the quote and I explained where we were at and she is very dissatisfied and had asked that I let you know that we'll be seeking someone else to perform the work.

Went very well. There was an initial communication problem when I purchased the deal ( I had to contact the provider at the 72 hour point 12/21/2015 when I bought the deal 12/19/2015 ) and the provider was extremely busy so I had a to wait 2 weeks for the service. But once we got coordinated, everything was completed professionally. I will use Donnie and his business Superior Lawn Care and Home Improvements.

Superior Lawn and Home Improvement excelled in resolving all the many repair challenges this project presented, such as detecting and repairing a barrage of broken pipes throughout the house. There was extensive damage and debris from the ceiling cave-ins, and I assumed that even with the repairs completed, additional cleanup would be required to make the house livable. However, Donnie and his crew not only took care of numerous unforeseen problems (e.g. - dishwasher, garage door, etc.) he and his crew went well beyond the call of duty to clean up the house and grounds to the extent that it is virtually in "ready to rent" condition again. Donnie also made a point to keep me informed on a daily basis, hence avoiding misunderstandings that can tend to crop up with a job of this magnitude. This is my second project with Superior, and I would definitely call on them again. Their rates are very reasonable and Donnie and his team really went out of their way to make everything "right" with this property. I would highly recommend them for all your home improvement and repair projects.

Donnie and his group were wonderful. They arrived promptly, worked hard until complete and left the area clean. The group even met me at the store to transport the door to the house because I didn't have a truck.

Everything went well as always. I have used Donnie's services quite a few times and he and his team are always very professional.

I am very fussy about the fencing work done on my property. Particularly I look for straight fence lines and high tension "poles" on the fence. Mr. Holland and his crew did exactly as I asked in all aspects. The entire job was complete in two days... I could not be more pleased.

The guy who owns the company was a little overwhelmed by the response that he got i think. He came out. I almost canceled it. He came out several weeks after multiple phone calls and after not following up on a couple of phone calls. The work was okay. It wasn't nothing fantastic. It was adequate. He was not the timeliest. There were no additional fees.

Contacted provider on Angie's List message feature that I needed gutters and windows cleaned on a two story house. Got a reply same day and was asked to call and set up for an estimate. I called and we set up for next day. Donnie Holland came out and then gave me a call with his estimate. I agreed and he came back same day and did the job. Service was prompt and work was excellent. Offered to help with putting screens back in and any other help I needed. Cleaned up after himself and now we no longer have dandelions growing out of our gutter.

Not only did Donnie Holland and his team install a large amount of stone along one of our boulevards, the work was quite difficult: tight working space and a lot of surface roots from nearby trees. Every part of the job met expectations. His price was more than competitive, He started within a few days and got the job done in a single day. The quality of the work was excellent and he and his team even did a great job cleaning up the the work area. I wouldn't hesitate using Superior Lawn Care again, or, for that matter, any of the other services that Donnie provides
