He adjusted his schedule and came to complete the job. It was quick and I can already tell my house is more soundproof and warm from the insulation blown into the attic. He gave suggestions about some other changes which I am going to take.

This, of course, is elementary, but even if additional details are discussed during the initial proposal, make sure they are set down in writing. The associates sent to do the work were not privy to the original conversation so therefore cannot be expected to do any additional work unless they had been told to do so. If there is nothing stated in the contract, no additional work can be done.

The men did a great job, and were so nice and friendly. The price was very sensible and Robert was very knowledgeable and explained many things before hand. I would recommend them to others and I would call them again if I needed anything more done.

Robert is exactly the kind of person that I want to deal with. He is quite knowledgeable of insulation, straight-forward with his presentation, is not high-pressure, and his crew performs extremely well, doing their job neatly--pleasant dispositions and are great representatives for their company.

I highly recommend this company. Rob and his crew were very knowledgeable about the products and procedures needed for our particular application. Steps were taken to ensure no damage was done to our home in the process and when the job was done, there were no signs that they were ever here. Within an hour of the completed job, I could feel a huge difference in my home and in the following days I noticed that the furnace wasn't running nearly as often. Great company. Rob came out to give me an estimate, he explained the types of insulation and answered all my questions, during his inspection he explained how he determines how insulated a house is by using a sensor and showed me the "cold spots" My schedulef time for service was at 0900 the service showed up at 0855. Chris and Dave were very professional, Paul showed up and was very professional and thorough. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend the company.

I enjoyed the entire process from the walk thru of my home and not trying to sell expensive services or things I don't need, to, a quick finish. The quote came as promised, it was very competitive and they were able to get the work done quickly. We had the attic and a small crawl space to work on and they were able to complete in one day. The owner came out the next day and did a walk through and was there to answer any questions. I would highly recommend.

Rob is very communicative... he answers you right away and he is thorough with his information. He's on time. His crew is on time. He did what he said he was going to do to the letter. I believe we overpaid for this service but my biggest issue is the bad customer service. They didn?t call ahead, just showed up to do the work first thing in the morning. Additionally, I had an empty wine bottle case outside near where they were working that I was planning on reusing. One of them decided to use the box and spray a bunch of foam into it. We also had a roll of wire edging near the back porch. Apparently it was in their way because one of them decided to throw it out into the yard. Very unprofessional and I would NOT recommend this company at all.
