I received great service from Miami Valley Insulation LLC. They completed full attic additional insulation. Also, they added an under-layer of ceiling drywall in my garage to the original ceiling which was cracking and collapsing in spots. I was pleased with their work and their great customer relationship.

My home was in need of a full blown-in insulation job, walls, attics, full weatherization, and duel attic ventilation. HomeAdvisor gave me the contact to Miami Valley Insulation LLC. To my surprise, nearly 2 hours away wasn't a problem for them at all having just dealt with insulation groups, less then 35-45 min away claiming "too far". The owner, Robert DeBord came personally to do the estimate and was present, working with his crew for most of the job. The job was expensive as expected, but they well outbid multiple local companies I had contacted regarding the job. We went with blown cellulose in the attics, packed blown cellulose in the walls, and wind turbines for the ventilation. We waited a awhile to review and see the difference where it counts, the utility bill. Our furnace barely needs to run at all and home utilities have dropped 40%!!! They are fast, but not rushed, professional, clean up their work very well after the job is done, and check back to ensure you're satisfied with their work. They answered every question prior to the job and educated me on the best options for my type of home. When the job was finished, it felt like a completely different home. A job like ours isn't cheap, and you want the company to do it right. This is the right company. Highly highly highly recommended!

If I could give Rob, and Miami Valley Insulation 10 stars I would. As a single female I often times feel pressured or duped when hiring out services. From the start Rob asked me what I wanted out of the insulation project, how long I was planning to live in my home, and customized my project to my wants and needs. Other companies who came out to give me estimates spent time bashing one another and their methods. Rob and his crew never asked about any other companies I had come out. He was focused on my project, and explained in detail how he would do it, and why, in terms I understood. Miami Valley Insulation has the do it right the first time work ethic that is hard to find! The whole crew was polite, professional, and left my house cleaner than they found it. I wish I would have found them sooner, and can t wait to see the improvement in my energy bills! Highly recommend!

Great people to work with. Only criticism would be I wish they would have tarped the clothes in my closet, told me to remove them or told me to cover them. They are now covered with insulation.

Had blown in insulation done in attic and exterior walls. Also did small crawl space under an added on bedroom. Crew was polite and friendly. They finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves.

After a small glitch in setting the appointment, Rob came immediately and we were impressed with his knowledge and pricing we hired Miami Valley that very evening. Phoned day of the install to say they were running a bit late due to an equipment issue but arrived at the new time for the appointment. The crew was pleasant, courteous and did an excellent job, completing the work in less time than originally thought. We would highly recommend Rob and Miami Valley Insulation to everyone and would call them again if needed.

This company is amazing. We found all the employees that we came in to contact with to be very professional, friendly, and hard working. Zoe, our initial contact, answered most of our questions, and got back to us right away on others. The 2 guys that did the walls did a great job on a 96 degree day. They did their work, and cleaned up after themselves. Mr DeBord tackled the attic on a very hot August morning. I think the work they did was excellent, and their customer service is excellent as well! It's been 2 weeks and so far I have raised the thermostat from 74 to 76. I'm so excited!
