We were very disappointed with the service we were given. We had to clean up the mess, replant grass seed from where a pile of dirt was left from the crew, clean the siding on the house where handprints were left, and then had to decide whether the job was done correctly because Robert didn't want to drive to our house to examine it. We won't be able to determine if the work that was done will benefit us until the weather turns cold. Robert assured us he would be on site when this project was being done because "it's a process"; we saw him 1 time after the work had been done. I would never recommend this company for any type of work.

Robert and his employees did a very good job of blown in attic insulation, foaming the rim joists in my basement and installing radiant barrier and foam in my crawl space. Very professional, was a great install, and cleaned up the job site.These guys know what they are doing.. would highly recommend them.

Of course I will not know all about this job until it gets cold. However, Robert was very knowledgeable, and seemed to know just what I needed . He and helper were very willing to do what I wanted. The installation was today, and I am very happy with how things went.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! At time of estimate, Rob actually LISTENED to the issues we were having with heat in the summer months. He suggested & provided solutions, including solar fans, radiant barriers ,and insulation. In addition, they took care of issues they encountered in the attic - replaced pipe boots, sealing, and rerouting bathroom exhaust vents. During installation, it was apparent that Chris & Paul were skilled & professional. Thank You!

After nearly giving up tracking Robert down I contacted Home Advisor to learn if they could provide his contact information. To my big surprise, Mark responded the next day. He reached out on my behalf and was able to put Robert and I together on a 3 way phone call. I had no idea that Home Advisor was so very diligent about high standards of service from their members. With Mark listening in, Robert and I agreed on an acceptable remedy. Robert showed up on time to the minute and was, just as before, polite, respectful and quick. The whole job was finished in 30 minutes. Now I can give Miami Valley Insulation a 5 star rating.

They removed the old insulation and blew in new insulation and explained why the old insulation was wrong for an attic. they were easy to talk to and did an excellent job for me. I would recommend them to anyone .

They did a great job in a timely fashion. They pointed out a few additional problems and corrected them like proper venting in attic. Good to work with and worked hard on a very cold day to complete job. I would consider hiring them again.

Everything was explained in detail of what he was going to do. After work was completed, I was told what he found and what he did. Very pleasant experience.
