It went great it took longer than Kyle expected because all the nuts under the sink bad been there for quite a while and didn’t want to come loose. But overall Kyle gave me an estimate explained what he was going to do and said that he might have to leave to get parts but would let me know if he would have to do that. He did have to go and get new supply lines and was gone maybe 15 minutes. After he got back he finished the job had me look at it as he explained he he did and had me test everything out.

Robby was quite knowledge. Explained all options. Very efficient and professional.

The guys showed up when stated. They were very professional and informative. They were replacing one of our sewer lines. They were able to complete the digging and replacing the piping in one day. They are coming back today for the inspection and to put gravel under the pipes before putting back all of the dirt. They worked tirelessly in the constant rain yesterday. Andrew did a fantastic job finding the source of my wet basement. We thought it was a faulty water heater initially based on location of water. However, after inspecting the water heater, he discovered the water softener discharge lines came loose and where spraying water during recharge. After fixing the lines, Andrew went over water heater maintenance and answered all my questions. I will definitely use Eco Plumbing in the future and ask for Andrew. Eco is a fair and honest company! Had multiple jobs that needed done. Replaced water heater, unclogged pipes & replaced rusty pipe. Everything was explained to understanding and work done to perfection. Even repair cement floor that needed jackhammered. All 4 guys that were here for each job was professional, courteous and non-judgmental to my situation. And I wish I would’ve known about them when my pipe Busted in the kitchen last Christmas because the company I got to repair that situation. Left me with a more stressful situation because they didn’t put the counter back or anything left me with another situation that I had to hire someone to come in and put back.

And even told about a few other things that could potentially be a problem in the future. I can honestly say this has been the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. I am happy with the work that Nathan has done. Since my water heater was leaking from the bottom, and I was so worried that water would go into my living room, they did get here first thing in the morning as promised. The work was done in a professional manner and Nathan did an excellent job. My new heater was installed today but hopefully all will be well. A big thank you to both Jeff and Nathan.

I had washer water coming up into my kitchen sink. I requested 3 quotes from BBB on 11/15/23 & ECO Plumbers contacted very quickly that same day. I was able to set up a time & date on 11/21/23 & Mark came out. He was very pleasant, easy to talk to & he understood my concerns. He explained everything very well before getting to work on that drain problem. An auger was used to clean out the pipes, but when it was retrieved, there was mud on it. He was very thurough in explaining why he felt that it would be best for another technician to examine the pipes in my crawl space hoping that there was no broken pipe, but mud from an earlier job. We were able to set that appointment up for 11/24/23. ECO does take into account senior citizens with a limited income & also, offers payment plans. I'm extremely happy with Mark's careful but thurough service & wil definitely use them again. I would recommend using this comapny.

Happy with what Andrew repaired for me he was fast and efficient was very friendly showed me what he had as far as pop up stopper fir my sink and what color he has as well for tye match of my brushed nickel faucet I was fine with the silver metal he did his job well ty andrew.
