Kyle did a fantastic job today, I have a German Shepherd and a Great Dane, Kyle did not excite the dogs and the dogs excepted him quicker than I have seen with any other repairman!! He was very polite and knew how to explain everything so I would understand it.Great Manners and politeness to myself and my dogs . I would especially recommend him for older customers and those who have pets “especially protective dogs 🐶” .I would recommend him to anyone….

Aaron was awesome. He was very personable and professional. He explained all of the options to me and gave me a choice. He did try to snake my drain. He was able to get it unclogged a little bit but not completely. So there was no charge and they have me scheduled for someone to come out with a camera so we can see what's causing the blockage.

Needed to get an estimate on replacing fuse panel, and other electrical work done. Logan was awesome, didn't pressure/up sell me into getting other work done. He was very honest and professional. I received a very fair and reasonable estimate

ECO is awesome! I called at 1010 about a furnace issue. Michael got here at 1100. He was professional, so knowledgeable, fast, efficient and a joy to work with! He was done in 20 min and showed me pictures of the problem and the was done...a great business model. I use ECO for all my electrical, HVAC and plumbing. They are always great! Praise also to the receptionist/scheduler! She too was professional, informative and great to wok with. Highest praise for ECO!!!

Jim and his partner were very kind and professional. They explained the issues that were going on and gave me all of the options that I had to fix it. They helped me to understand the problem and the solutions as I was clueless prior to them coming out. They were very respectful of my home and didn’t mind my small animals greeting them.

Due to Kyle's experience installing smart toilets, he was able to alert me to an issue with the diameter of the water line. He was able to accurately predict how long the installation would take. The finished project looked fantastic. Kyle was professional and left the jobsite pristine.

Lucas and his crew did a great job! They were very professional and courteous. They were thorough in explaining the new system. They protected the inside work area and cleaned up well.

Lucas and Christian did a great job installing a new furnace and air conditioner. They worked continuously (without a break) and efficiently. They were polite, professional, and friendly. They were able to answer all my questions and ensured everything was operating correctly. They were considerate and kept the work areas clean. They took all of the trash and old parts. I'm very satisfied.

I couldn’t be happier with my team service from eco plumbers. That’s saying a lot considering I needed to have a 2x2 hole made in my living room to clear a drain filled with over 7’ of solid sludge. (It’s a slab house) After the initial evaluation and quote I even called out another reputable plumber for a second opinion. They said everything that eco plumbers said was correct and to use eco because they were less expensive. I say team service because 4 highly qualified professionals worked together to make this happen: Brea on the phone in Columbus, Robert the Drain Expert, Robbie the Troubleshooter, and Nate the Fabulous Installer who did the entire job from start to finish without leaving a particle of dust or dirt anywhere. Robert did his best to find other options for me at terrific prices during this process. While Robbie came by the job several times to lend his expertise. I’m already an Eco customer so this job just confirmed my faith in them.

Kyle did a great job installing my water softener and lines running to it. Great customer service and a fair price. Price I was quoted was what I paid. They even filled it with salt to get me started.
