Many thanks to Mike Scott, I now have an additional attached garage, the likes of which I had been told for 33 years would never be permitted to be built. I have a custom-built, full-sized extended length wheelchair van which is too tall to fit in my original garage. Thus it had to remain outside in all kinds of weather for 5 years. On occasions of freezing weather following rain the under-vehicle wheelchair lift would freeze up, causing me to miss medical appointments. My new garage allows the lift to be deployed for boarding while the van is safely stored inside. Mike initially met with me several times to establish how my complex needs could be met within the constraints of strict township zoning codes as well as county and state building codes. This was all done before any payment or commitment was requested. For the duration of the project Mike repeatedly demonstrated a strong concern for meeting my needs and a joy in doing the work he was doing. He took care of all drawings, permits and inspections while keeping me informed every step along the way and addressing my concerns. The project also involved major upgrading of my home's electrical system from a 100 amp fuse type main panel to a 200 amp circuit breaker type main panel and 100 amp sub panel in the new garage. This also involved moving the meter location to an outside wall and adding a mast for the service entrance. The original garage door was also replaced with a new one matching those on the new garage. The gable ends of the house roof were covered with siding matching the siding on the new garage. The roofing on the new garage was selected to match the house roofing. A new concrete driveway with an additional curb cut for the new garage was also added. The overall appearance is attractive and integrated. People would stop to look giving a thumbs-up as they drove away.

They did excellent quality work. We are very happy with our addition and our new roof. We would definitely hire them again for future projects. Thanks Mike.

Other than one minor incident with the drywall crew, this entire job was a pleasure from start to finish. We added a soundproof (well sound reduced) room to the basement for our son's love of music. Mike Scott was very thorough, came to look at the area BEFORE giving an estimate (not all do, I've learned), and we agreed on a price. We were told it would take about three weeks, and the job was finished in just over two weeks. We can now watch (and hear) TV while the drums are going in the basement. I consider the remodel very successful and will consult Mike Scott and Citywide again if another project comes up.

Price was very competitive. Installer was on time and did everything as promised.

Price/value was good. All but one subcontractor provided quality work and clean up. The finish sub was short on quality, in a hurry to get out. Citywide general provided great service and reacted immediately to issues or changes. I'd recommend.

Mike worked with me from the start to finish to get the job done how we wanted it. They did an excellent job on a basement remodel that included some framing, electrical, drywall and woodwork. I was happy with the job and would use Citywide again. The only two things that could be improved were scheduling/communication on when they would or would not be there and I thought the drywall finishing could be slightly better (still good just not perfect).

We knew Mike was the one we would go with from the start.He is very knowledgable, as with any basement remodel there were some issue but Mike knew how to overcome those issues. The crew was very polite, curtious and very friendly!! We would reconmend him to anyone.

They did a very good and clean cut job. They are proud of their work and how they do it too. I am very very pleased on the outcome of my house. I do not think i could of found anyone better to do the job.
