I contacted Bugs or Us from Angie's List. He set the appointment to come out the next day. Ken was very friendly. He sprayed the whole house and set poison for mice. He did a great job. Hopefully I won't have a bug or mouse problem anymore.

They always show up on time. They have always treated whatever problem we had, and they never had to come back a second time once they treated it. I would recommend them to others. They weren’t the cheapest by any means, but they weren’t the most expensive either.

They spray and set traps. He was very thorough, polite, professional, and friendly. He went through every room, crawlspace, and attic. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I give him high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

I got their name off of Angie's List. I've just used them twice. I'm satisfied with them. Their price was very fair.

Ken is a gem! I really liked how he explained what he was doing, what bugs I saw, and how to get rid of them. He also offered future services but was not in the least pushy or aggressive. I will definitely use him for any and all exterminating needs.

Ken from Bugs or Us Pest Control is a very thoughtful and caring professional. He made sure the chemicals he used dis not harm my cat or dog and after being impressed with his service and response, we signed on for quarterly spraying to make sure the bugs stayed outside where they belong instead of inside. Went great. Yellow jackets had become a real problem and required immediate solution. I contacted Orkin who has been a long term provider for me at my house and got an outrageously high bid and statement that they can make it some time tomorrow. Got essentially the same response from A-Able. Then I called Ken. He responded to phone call personally, and despite it being late told me he would work it in after he completed current call in Huber Heights. Within an hour, Ken called me back to say he was on his way. I met him at the house, we both inspected the porch (from a distance I might add), and he described what he would spray and how he would do it so no one would be stung. I hired him. He did the job. No more yellow jackets. Now, I'm considering dropping Orkin and hiring Ken for my continuing service.

Ken was a nice and knowledgeable gentlemen. He checked my entire house, garage,basement, inside and out. Sprayed everywhere. But before he did I had to get my 8 birds out of my house. He waited for me and actually helped me catch one that flew into the basement!!! I would definitely call Ken again.

Ken was wonderful, I could not say more about what a wonderful individual he is! He came out to spray my house for all bugs, and a small ant problem I was having. Well my small ant problem turned into a nightmare. With all the rain we had, these ants just kept coming in my house, in many different rooms. We could not figure out were they were coming from, Ken never gave up, he came out more times than I can count. It took around 3 months to get rid of them, but I think they are finally gone. If you have to hire someone Ken is your guy, I promise you will not be disappointed. Not only are his prices fair, but it is really hard to find customer service like this anymore. I am very pleased with him, and highly recommend him!! If only all companies were like Bugs R Us!!!!!

I'm very pleased with this company. Bugs Or Us got rid of my moles and voles in about a 2 week time span.

BUGS OR US charged us reasonably. He was very personable and on time. he respected the fact that I was concerned about my pets and kids.

I had several moles digging up my yard and this company got rid of them all. I was very impressed with the service.

We brought a few roaches back with us after a brief trip to East Texas. He wouldn't come until I had a sample, explaining that to treat it not knowing what he was dealing with would be pointless. (apparently, different bugs are treated with different methods) I really appreciated that. He was very thorough, taking kitchen drawers out, going in every closet, every window, etc. We tried another well known company and they were here 3 times before we found this guy on Angie's List. The difference was obvious. Because we signed up for a quarterly plan with Bugs or Us, the initial visit was only $63.90. We'll definitely use him again and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs an exterminator.

He arrived on time, surveyed the issue, explained what he was going to do, and sprayed for bugs all around the house. Very polite and informative. Killed the ants. Would use him again.

Ken called me back within a few minutes of me leaving a message on his phone. He offered to come out and do it after hours, but I told him I could wait till monday. He came promptly on time monday and checked around the whole house for any more nests. Then treated the area where the Y. Jackets were. He said that if they are still coming in and out after a couple days then to call him. My husband and I went out of town for a few days and when we came back there were still a couple flying in and out so I called and informed him, and first thing the next business day, he was out there taking care of it. Since then I have not seen any activity. Ken is very helpful and friendly and gave us tips for exterminating paper wasps up in our attic (my husband wanted to do it himself) and even our dogs liked him. You can tell this is his family business and he cares about it's success. I will be using him in the future if need be. I have his magnet on my fridge. There is a reason he has such good ratings on AngiesList . I gave him a "B" for price , I am not actually sure how much the competition is, I thought it was reasonable considering the risk involved.

Ken came out to our home because I had seen ants, spiders, and a fewsmall brown roaches inside. We live out in the woods so our house is prone to bugs simply because of the setting. Ken offerred me a few choices on times/days to have him come out and I scheduled him to come out two days later. He arrived very promptly and was clean cut and professional looking. He walked around the house with me asking me questions about where I was seeing the bugs and for how long. He is very knowledable and I felt comfortable to ask him questions and did not feel rushed at all. We had just gotten a new puppy & I had a bunch of questions for him about if we needed to stay out of the house etc...and I felt comfortable that he was taking precautions to keep my children and pet safe during his application. He performed what I felt was a very thourough job all over the house even treating our garage, sunroom, full basement, and power spraying the foundation. He went around every window outside and around the garage doors too. His price was fair in my opinion because we have a home that is quite large. Ken was personable and friendly and did a great job. He guarenteed his work also and said to call back if we still saw any bugs after 7-10 days and if so he would re-spray for free if it was within 30 days. I inquired about having him come out more often to stay on top of things and he was not a pushy salesman with me at all. I am seriously considering signing up for his quarterly contract services as the price seemed very reasonable and he would guarantee that if we had any bugs ever he'd come out and take care of it for us without an extra fee. I have recommended him to our neighbors and I will continue to call on his services.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my question conerning kids, pets, etc.

Ken is polite, clean, arrives promptly at his scheduled time and does a great job. He sprays the outside of the house's foundation more throughly than other companies. He sprayed the baseboards around the house and did a fogger for our basement and garage. We bought a house that was vacant for several years and it had lots of bug problems. He took care of everything very well. I read a lot about carpenter ant treatments on the internet and Ken was more agressive with his approach than other estimates I had gotten. He was careful around my 5 yr. old daughter and asked about pets in the home. I will definately call Ken again if we need more bug spraying in the future.

I called Bugs or US for a bee problem in Fall '06. I chose them primarily because I have been part of a small, family business for over 20 years and I like using the same. The scheduler was very polite and got me on the books very quickly. I believe it was the very same day. The young man that came out to spray for the bees was also very polite, as well as knowledgeable. While he was there, I also asked about a termite inspection because my neighbor had had a problem that summer. His advice was to check with my neighbor about their treatment and that I might not need any treatment's if his was done correctly. I thought this was very honest advice, as they didn't have to tell me that. They could've done or scheduled a termite inspection and made a few extra dollars. If I ever need pest control again, I will definitely use the company again. A+!
