They arrived on time and immediately went to work. Found yellow jacket nest, treated it, taped off vent to prevent yellow jackets from entering and explained everything we needed to do. We were told that in 48 hours the yellow jackets would all be gone except for the hatchlings and these would die also. It has been around 3 weeks and we have no signs of anymore yellow jackets! We will use again.

He did a good job. He came when he said he would and I would recommend him to others.

Very personable and friendly. Did a thorough spray of the exterior, interior, basement, crawlspace and garage for spiders and other insects while doing a termite inspection then sprayed a Yellow jacket nest between the brick and frame of the house. Results were excellent and don't see many spiders anymore and Yellow jackets have not returned.

We had a huge number of yellow jackets living in the brick and siding of our home. Some were starting to enter the home, and it was difficult to enter or exit the back door. I had tried treating it on my own for several days but was not successful. I had called several national bug removal companies who wanted exorbitant amounts of money and a year's contract. I always prefer to use local businesses when possible and decided to use Angie's List. Ken scheduled an appt. the same day I spoke with him. He arrived promptly, answered all my questions and assured me the yellow jackets would be gone in 48 hours. His price was extremely reasonable. He was very professional and am extremely pleased! I have already recommended him to several friends.

He called after I contacted and came on time on Saturday morning to take care of the yellow jackets nesting in my garage. He checked all around the house to make sure there were no more nests. I was pleased with his work, his explanations and his professionalism. I would use again.

Did a great job! he even checked the rest of the house for any other issues, but wasn't looking for ways to make more money because he didn't charge for for a wasp nest that he found and sprayed. He did a great job explaining when it would be safe for our cats to go outside and how and when we needed to seal the spot on the house where the yellow jackets were getting in. He was great to work with and really did a good job!

We called for a termite inspection. He wanted $75.00 plus tax to do the inspection. He lists inspections as free here on Angie's List. This was false advertising. We did not do business with him and we never will when thats the result of the first contact with the company.

Provider arrived on time. In fact, he called and wanted to come an hour early because of a previous cancellation. I showed him the location of the nest, which was between the aluminum siding and brick. He immediately identified the insect nest. The nest location was approx. 2 ft. away from my back door. He asked me to go inside and close off the back entrance and he will come in the front entrance when finished. The job was completed in approx. 20 mins. He told me to wait about 24 to 48 hrs. before I would see results and if after 48 hrs. the nest is still active, to call him immediately. Needless to say I did not have to make that call after 48 hrs. The problem was taken care of. The provider is a friendly and professional individual!

Ken arrived a few minutes late, Promptly got to work, spent most of the day trenching around the house ,drilling holes in the cement steps and carport, being careful to minimize damage to our custom steps.He applied chemical, frequently checking to be sure none was seeping into the basement and wearing protective booties every time he came in the house. Haven't seen a termite since.

Contacted Bugs or Us do to high ratings on Angie's List, Ken came out same day and provided a quote. Approx 2 weeks later scheduled a treatment date, Ken showed up on time and completed the treatment. Have not seen any more signs of termites since.

It went well, we noticed a decrease in ant activity almost immediately. It did require a 'touch up' visit, but, Ken, the person we worked with was prompt and courteous.

He came out the same day. The pricing was great. He was good. He was professional. We were supposed to meet at 5 and I got home at 4:55 and he was sitting in the driveway waiting on me. He spent about 1 1/2 hours on it. I would recommend him to anybody.

Operator arrived promptly as scheduled. Work done very professionally and thoroughly. Applicator wore shoe coverings, and was friendly and answered all of my questions. He found large ant colony down in gravel behind water heater where concrete had been left out by home builder to bring in plumbing extensions. Hard to find and get to, but applicator made extra effort to locate nest and then reach it with insecticide application nozzle. All in all, here about an hour.

Ken was very knowledgable and informative about the risks associated with the nests and the potential for them to come into my house. He gave us an appointment within a few days and arrived on time. He treated the nests and the next day we were yellow jacket free. I feel his charge was very reasonable. I will absolutely use him again for any pest problems. I trust that he is honest and professional.

Ken was courteous, and prompt. He's very friendly honest and straightforward, with no high pressure or pushy sales tactics. What I thought was possible termite damage, turned out to be water damaged wood and some small ants. Ken was also a good teacher explaining how termites, and other wood boring insects feed and what to look for in identifying a problem. He spent an hour inspecting my property and didn't even charge me a modest fee. I love how he does business and if I ever do have a pest problem, I'll be contacting him again.

Ken was very professional. We called him late on Friday, he stated he would be here on Monday @1:00; he was exactly on time. We are going to continue using this service on a quarterly basis.

He was very nice, clean and thorough. He was also very informative and knowledgeable on the different types of ants they had.
