Description of Work: I have used Bugs or Us to treat for ants.

Description of Work: Ken treated landscaping and deck area for ant problem. Had large ants climbing all over deck furniture, potted plants, deck railings and throughout flower beds. Ken was very punctual and professional. Treated problem as discussed on phone, at agreed upon price: no surprises. No ants issues following treatment. Would definitely call again if needed services.

Description of Work: We asked for a general spray on the outside of our home to control the increasing number of spiders and beetles. We have a heavily wooded property with small forest behind us which means we always have insects, but this year has been worse. The spray was done a week ago and worked very well without disrupting the bird population at our feeder. Bugs or Us does excellent work in an efficient and timely manner.

Description of Work: A+, He was very nice, he was honest. I had them treat some carpenter bee holes that I have, they did a great job on that. I will likely calling them again soon.

Description of Work: Active hornet nest hanging in tree in front yard. |Bugs-or-US sprayed the nest with a water-based liquid that soaked the nest and killed all the hornets that were in the nest or on the nest afterwards. Bottom of nest fell to the ground from the weight of the liquid. No danger to people walking by the house at the time of application or afterwards. All hornets were gone within 2 days. Rest of nest fell out of tree within 1 week after the application and subsequent rains.

Description of Work: Called this service plus several others in anticipation of our annual ant infestation (which has actually yet to occur this year). Bugs or Us appeared very knowledgeable and were very professional over the phone in explaining their various treatment programs and costs. If we need service in the future, we will try Bugs or Us.

Description of Work: Called this company and spoke with ken. He was very knowledgable, responsive and helpful. I had a flying ant problem which he explained to me and wasn't trying to get money from me unnecessarily. Got lots of advice and assurance and didn't cost me a dime. But! I will go to him when I need an exterminator. Thanks for your help

Description of Work: We thought we had a possible carpenter ant nest forming in our house. We first called terminix who insisted there was a nest (over the phone) and convinced us to sign up for multiple treatments over a year. After doing so, but before they came out, I called Bugs Or Us based on the reviews here, and I'm glad I did! First of all, he offered to come out the next day, as opposed to a 3-day lead time from Terminix. Also, he inspected the house thoroughly, and as it turned out, there was no carpenter ant issue - not even carpenter ants! They were a different kind of ant, and he said it was fairly normal for them to come in sporadically during spring. Anyway, he fixed us up with one spray, guaranteed his work, was courteous and punctual. We haven't had an issue since. The only negative part of the experience was that he didn't tell us that he'd be spraying the entire inside perimeter of the house, and we have small children. A heads up would've been nice, because we would've had everyone out of the house, as opposed to a spur-of-the-moment exit in an exodus-type fashion.

Description of Work: Came and surveyed for rodents in attic and crawl space because of oder in house. Did not find anything related but did notice leak in chimney. Called chimney repair service previously used in spring. Concluded that odor is coming from wet ceiling. Did not perform any service but was helpful anyway.
