BUDDY'S CARPET & FLOORING

Sales, measurements and service were excellent. They worked with me to reschedule when the remodeling went longer than expected. They subcontract installation, so all I can say is the installers I had did an excellent job. And, do to the plushness of carpet and thick pad we ordered, he went the extra mile and added extra staples to carpet to hold better on the tack strips. The Installer was John Ferryman of Ferryman Floor Coverings.

Overall good service until they ordered and laid the wrong color laminate. They fixed their mistake, but with no service recovery. Just told me how much money they would lose in the deal. Boo. Not going back. Now my husband who works night shift will have to try to sleep through pounding for the 3rd night this week.

They did a good job. When the installers came what they explained they only get half of the instillation charge and I did not like hearing that. That was the only negative aspect of the service I did not like. Because the installers were here for a couple days and they did a good job.

Overall it was a positive experience and I would do business with Buddy's again.

This company is so easy to work with. One day we walked into the store and had an abundance of choices and a helpful sales associate. We picked what we wanted and they gave us a quote. They came out to measure in the exact window of time that they quoted. It was quick and not painful at all. I called that night after work and they were still open. They confirmed the room measurements and the quote. Meanwhile, I had been on their website and found that they had a sale on the carpet. He immediately adjusted the bid and I accepted the sale. My credit card was billed for that exact amount. They quoted that the carpet would come in within 10 days. It came in sooner. They squeezed my install in that week it came in (it was one room). I now have beautiful carpet in my son's room and I love it.

Overall, I had a good experience with Buddy's. The salespeople I worked with were very nice, friendly and knowledgable. The only real issues I had were with the sub contractors used to perform the installation. I felt that it was done in haste and that some short-cuts were taken to get the carpet installed quickly. Some seams did not look good after a few days of wear and the contractors left some of their trash (pop cans, food wrappers, etc) in my home. They also left some padding and trash on the driveway.

THEY SEEMED TO HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB FOR US AND THEY HAVE COMPETITIVE PRICES. THEY FINISHED ON TIME AND CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THERE IS SOME ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT THOUGH.

THEY WERE UNCLEAR ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE BEFOREHAND FOR PREPARATION. THE INSTALLERS WERE GOOD BUT THE SALESPERSON WAS MORE INTERESTED IN MAKING A SALE. I WOULD HAVE DONE IT A LONG TIME AGO IF I KNEW IT WAS THAT EASY AND INEXPENSIVE.

THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE CARPET LAID RIGHT AWAY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ARRIVED RIGHT AT THE TIME THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

We were very pleased on our overall experience with Buddy's Carpet. Their inside sales team was very professional and patient and assisted us with all of our questions and needs. They had an excellent payment program in which we participated in. The gentleman who installed the carpet did an excellent job and was very personable.

THE STORE SALESMAN DID A GREAT JOB LISTENING TO OUR NEEDS/EXPECTATIONS. WE DISCUSSED WHERE THE CARPET WAS GOING TO BE INSTALLED (BASEMENT,) AND HE MADE SEVERAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BOTH TYPE OF CARPET AND PAD. THEN IT WAS UP TO US TO PICK A COLOR! THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN 2 DAYS. THE STAIRS WERE THE MOST DIFFICULT. THEY STARTED ON FRIDAY, AND CAME BACK ON SATURDAY MORNING TO COMPLETE THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK AND ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS. A FEW WEEKS LATER, I HAD SOME BAR CABINETS INSTALLED. THE CARPET HAD TO BE TAKEN UP WHERE THE CABINETS WERE TO BE PLACED. I CALLED BUDDY'S CARPET TO CUT AND RESET THE CARPET IN PLACE. THEY CAME OUT AND COMPLETED THE WORK AT NO CHARGE! GREAT SERVICE!
