The two young men, Coy and Keith D., were exceptionally professional and helpful. They took very good care of the furniture and made sure that all walls and corners were protected. Very friendly and conscientious. I would definitely recommend this company.

The guys were on time, friendly and very cautious with our furniture. They worked hard from the minute they walked into the house to the minute they left. They stacked everything in the storage unit very neatly. Great experience and we will definitely keep them in mind for our big move after we sell our house.

The guys were great. Minus some trick troubles , called to say they would be late. Guys showed up and they were very nice, covered our floors and all. My only issue was the truck they used had a lift that slowed them down. Luckily the manager was nice and took off two of the hours. My concern was how long the move took - same amount of stuff and same situation as last move and this love too 8 hours... That's a long time for a 1300 apartment to house. The guys were great though.

The two movers did everything right. They showed up when promised, the entire job took about as long as they said it would, and they were unfailingly careful and cheerful. We are happy to recommend this service.

The movers were very professional. We used the special offer for $111 for two men and moving truck for 2 hours (+ extra two hours as per the offer requirements). Unfortunately, due to weather and our driveway, it was impossible to get their truck up our lane. They were willing to load and unload a smaller truck that we rented and did so in a very efficient fashion. They took great care with our belongings. Even if we hadn't used the offer, it still was cheaper than the estimate we had from another company. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

Fabulous! Coy and Tom were super conscientious and efficient . They truly cared about our belongings and getting the job done as quickly as possible to remain within the estimate. Working with Move It Now on the front end was simple as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know and will use them again when needed.m

The move went great! The guys were there on time, friendly and very professional. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move. I would definitely use them again in the future.

From owner to movers they were all professional and performance was smooth. Bad weather did not interfere with their work. Used a coupon that was offered and was very pleased with the final cost. Thank you for a job well done!

Everything appeared to go fine. Arrived a bit late but not a big deal. There were 4 guys and 2 trucks. Took about 9 hours. The guys worked hard and were pleasant throughout the day. Days later I found 2 issues. One large mirror was cracked and one antique highboy had some veneer chipped off on the side. They made a repair to the highboy which wasn't perfect but definitely adequate. The damage wasn't in a very obvious place. They took the mirror somewhere to see if it could be repaired which it couldn't. Since the mirror wasn't in perfect condition to begin with I accepted $90 from them and used it to purchase another mirror even though the cracked mirror cost my about $225 (Pottery Barn) many years ago. Since I accepted their service without the replacement insurance, I felt I had to take some responsibility for the damage. On the other hand, I had pointed out the highboy and mirror where of particular concern to me and I feel if they had taken greater care with those things, they would not have become damaged. Overall I'd have to say the did a good job. If I use them in the future, I would watch them like a hawk with delicate items.

Keith was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He helped me get started on a move taking place in May. He advised how to calculate how much time would be needed and answered all my questions. I originally called him from work and he was very efficient with the information. I called back the next day, and he remembered everything we discussed, gave me more detailed information, and genuinely seemed like he wanted to look out for my needs. I haven't made the move yet, but if the movers are as good as the office staff, I will be extremely pleased.

3 movers very cold out worked fast and efficient fair price took care of all my stuff. No damage to anything. First time with a moving company will go with them in the future will recommend them to friends and family

It was a two day process. On Saturday, they came in and packed everything. It was pretty impressive because we hadn't packed ANYTHING prior to that day and they did everything for us. We had a 4 member crew and they each took different rooms and finished a lot of work. They also prepped boxes and partially moved them towards the door so they can load the trucks more efficiently the next day. The next day, the crew arrived promptly at 8:30 and loaded the truck in about 3 hours. They unloaded and reassembled at our new place in about 4 hours. We had 4 bedrooms so it was quite a bit of furniture and it costed us about 2500 bucks for the total job. A couple of things did break (which I expected anyway) and they promptly took note of it and fixed one of them and paid cash equivalent for the other item. It was a perfect and stress free experience. I would definitely hire them if I have to move again.

What I didn't realize was that there was a minimum 4 hours required which made it an additional $91 per hour.

They movers were exactly on time. Determined what should be moved from the first location. Moved all of it. Went to next location and moved everything from there to my new home. They were very careful with everything. Very professional and did the job quickly not wasting any time. Several things were difficult to fit into or out of rooms but they worked carefully until everything could fit where I needed it. They did such an excellent job that we used them again in January when my brother needed to move.

It went wonderful. They were absolutely five-star. They were all professional and courteous. I have absolutely no complaints. It was scheduled to be a day and a half but they did it in one. I could not say enough about them. I would strongly recommend them. The price was very fair.

The whole process was pretty smooth. The coordination of the move was easy. Ken explained the process very well and scheduling was easy. We got a bit of a late start due to truck mechanical issues but once the team arrived it went smooth. We were moving in January in a snowstorm but our movers, Devan, Ryan and Keith (Little) were great through it all. They were courteous, as clean as humanly possible in a snow storm and worked extremely hard. I have dozens of employees that work for me and I can tell you that these three guys could work for me at any time! They were superb. When we were faced with challenges, they figured it out. When we needed additional stuff moved, they handled it. When it was freezing cold, dark and snowing, they got the job done, and they never lost their great attitude. I would use this company again, as long as they got me those three guys!

They were not real careful when they moved certain items. They said they had insurance and a few things were damaged and I called 3 times and the last time talked to the owner and he said he would call me and come out and take a look at the items and make it right but I never heard back from him. For that reason I don't believe they will be there for you if something goes wrong and would not use them again.

They were all very prompt and personable. It was a very big move and a lot of items requiring six men and three trucks, and they were wonderful. It was an emotionally difficult move and they made it very easy because they were very kind and funny. It was a very long day and they stayed professional and patient. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, and I would use them again .

The movers showed up and said that the 111.00 is for angle's list and that I owed them an Additional 182.00. This is clearly a scam. RUN from this--or it will cost you $293.00 for the 2 hour deal. More than any other mover in the area. They use angle's list to get you hooked into thinking you are getting a deal for 111.00; but when they arrive they don't honor their deal. Clearly bait and switch. They have 2 conflicting statements in their "deal's" fine print. The first sentence reads the 2 professional movers work for a minimum of 2 hours and the last sentence says the deal is for 4 hours. Clearly 2 conflicting statements. Also, 4 hour minimum isn't on the front page. Furthermore, I talked to the owner who claims he can't control what Angie's list says. OR, does he choose not to since he gets a lot of people interested at 111.00. Classic Bait and Switch. He should be stating what you will actually pay for 4 hours of work (drop the first sentence that says 2 hour minimum since their isn't a 2 hour minimum with this deal). THIS IS EXTREMELY DISHONEST and UNETHICAL. Use a company that quotes you the real price so that you know what you are paying up front. Ken the owner claims he doesn't know how to fix the wording in Angie's and blames Angie's list. REALLY? The movers did a fine job but this is NOT A DEAL. And, the company admits it happens all of the time--so they are aware of it but still take advantage of it.

They showed up to move my furniture. They are now saying that I owe them an additional $182. They only used up less than two hours. I am canceling the deal and just paying them the amount owed.

When I first called Move It Now I was very impressed. I let them know that my husband and I were moving from across the country to Twinsburg and would need our two PODS unloaded into our new house. The lady on the phone was very responsive, answered all of my questions, and even let me know of a special coupon they were offering to Angie's List members. I asked about our furniture being put back together, like bed frames, etc, and she said that yes, that was part of the service. I was super excited. I have moved many times in my life, so I know how to prep both the boxes and the house for moving. Every box was clearly labeled with the specific room name that it needed to go, and then the rooms were also labeled. The movers on Side A knew this and packed accordingly so that the movers on Side B could unpack accordingly. To say that I am organized is an understatement. Then came the move date. Jason and Keith were the movers that worked our move. The first sign of something being wrong was that they decided to unload the PODS container with all of the boxes before the container with all of our furniture. The boxes were placed in the rooms lining the walls and then the furniture was placed in the middle of the room. They informed my husband that they do not assemble any furniture that they did not take apart. I immediately placed a call to their main office and spoke to the receptionist who said she would call her boss and have him call the guys to sort this out. I thanked her and we hung up. Shortly thereafter, the guys left, and I never heard from the main office again. Since that time we have been unpacking, and sorting. Boxes have been placed all over the place. It seems that the labels were more of a suggestion to the guys. Boxes that said "DO NOT STACK" had 4 boxes on top. This has been extremely disappointing as this company has received extremely good reviews from many happy customers. At first I thought maybe it was just this crew... then the office ignored me and never called me back regarding the furniture assembly, and that is a management issue. I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience with them.

They were fantastic. 3 young guys Josh, and two other young men who's names also started with a J! They were so quick and motivated. They took apart all the beds and put them back together. Took some heavy home made shelves off wall for us. Moved some very heavy hand made cabinets and saws! Could not believe how fast they got everything moved. They were very polite and took great care with all our "things"! I recommend them highly!
