Considering how dirty the windows were, the number involved, and the speed at which they were cleaned, I am more than satisfied with the service.

We had our windows cleaned, and also gave a gift of window cleaning. The actual window cleaning was done expertly. Unfortunately everything else was a disaster. They were unreachable before service & hard to communicate with when trying to set up service. Although we set up a 7 a.m. appointment one month out, they didn't show up that day. I tried to call the day before to confirm, and that morning, and email through Angie's list. They emailed my home account after I had left (after a four hour wait) to say they could come that afternoon. No explanation was givine as to why the appointment was missed. Had they called as I had requested via the email appointment I could have made arrangements. When they did call their English skills were minimal and communication was difficult. They moved furniture to clean the windows and didn't move it back. They cleaned off dust/dirt from the window sills and just brushed it on the floor. Although the windows looked great I had to clean every room behind them. The gift cleaning was equally difficult.

THEY CLEANED ALL MY WINDOWS INSIDE AND OUT AS WELL AS MY GLASS DOORS. THEY DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I AM HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK.

Provider was scheduled for November 6 but did not show. I will be requesting a refund. This is the third time I have purchased a Big Deal from Angies List when the provider either didn't show up or didn't repsond to my request to schedule. I will not be buying a Big Deal again.

They did a good job and the price was very good. We don’t have any complaints. It was good because we were getting our house ready to sell. We asked if they could come sooner than we originally set up the appointment for. They worked with us to move the appointment date up and that was very considerate of them.

I purchased the Big Deal for them to clean my windows. I had set up an appointment and they rescheduled. I kept calling them and always received a voicemail they did return my calls after about a day and half or so but today it was full.. I am just getting a refund on my Big Deal and using another company.

We scheduled 3 times and she did not show up. First time, she said on the day she was supposed to come that her husband was sick. Second time, she said she came and no one was there, I was there all day in my home, clearly she cheated. Why won't she call. Third time, she said I'm available on Tuesday the 29th of October and I said, I will be there whole day. I took a day off and they did not show up and did not even reply that they are sorry. PATHETIC Angie's List - Please don't encourage these kind of people to do business even though they have couple of A rated service out of 10 services. It gives a bad remark on Angie's List as well.

Bought a Big Deal (window cleaning) from this company. I called them several times to schedule the work. Nobody answered their phone so I left my number for them to call me back. They never returned any of my phone calls. I complained to Angie's List who also called the company with the same lack of results - phone calls not returned. Therefore, Angie's List has offered to refund the money to me that I paid for the Big Deal.

Scheduling was a little difficult since it was done by emails back and forth. Finally a date and time they were to come were agreed upon. A man and woman showed up at the exact time agreed upon. We walked out to the kitchen. They started cleaning right away without any discussion.They had brought their own supplies. I don't know what solution they used . It wasn't in a labeled bottle. I realized later that they did not speak English at all. The owner of the company came later. I didn't realize when she actually came into the house ( For which I feel foolish..) All three worked in various parts of the kitchen. Eventually the owner and the man left. without saying anything. The third person continued to clean. She packed up around 12:30 and went out to the front porch to wait for the others to pick her up. I had observed her from a distance as she cleaned. She seemed to work constantly and spent a lot of time cleaning the refrigerator. She was here the entire time. So I tipped her without really checking the work that was done.(Another foolish step on my part) My sister and I looked around the kitchen. Several things had not been cleaned such as the microwave and refrigerator door handle. This was pointed out to the owner when she returned. It was corrected. The refrigerator was not put back together correctly. When they took drawers apart, they did not pay attention on how to get them back together correctly. Some things were not put back in drawers at all. A jar of silver polish that had been opened that morning was empty. The owner asked the other lady about it but neither seemed to know anything about it. I am not sure that I got what I paid for( two big deals) My sister went over the kitchen thoroughly and found areas that had not been cleaned. It didn't turn out to be a satisfactory purchase.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. I think they did a fairly good job cleaning but they used the same cloth over and over and at one point, they sat the spray bottle down on a piece of wood furniture which I immediately called them that it was not such a good idea. They came in barefoot in my house. They had flip flops but they left them outside. The woman was very short so she was standing in my sunroom for the balance between 2 chairs, one foot on one and one on the other to reach the window. I thought that was not really professional. They should have brought a stool. The end result, I guess, was pretty good. I guess they cleaned the screens, I didn't watch them the whole time. I probably wouldn't have them again. The price was cheap. They were very timely. They got back with me right away. They're really hard workers. The woman couldn't even speak English. The guy did, that was fine but I couldn't communicate with her. They are working. They're out there trying to do their best. I just think they probably need a little more training. The guy was fine, I could communicate with him, no problem, but walking around in their bare feet and then standing up between 2 chairs to reach the window made me nervous. "My God, she was going to fall."

The job, when they came, was excellent. One young man showed up and after showing him the windows to be cleaned, he did a very good job. He was finished in 1 1/2 hours. The only thing we didn't like was they did not show up on the date we arranged for them to come. The only communication we had with them was on the message sight on Angie's List. They did not seem to understand what dates we asked them to come, as they agreed then, changed the dates twice. They did good work, but it was frustrating trying to schedule a work date.

The company never contacted me as was indicated. It took e-mails and several calls to get a date scheduled. They didn't show for an "afternoon appointment" and then called when it started to rain late in the afternoon to reschedule. I rescheduled for 1:00 pm on Monday the 21st. I arrived home at 12:30, and they never came. I later found a card on the door that said he was lost and had came, the doorbell never rang and no knock on the door (I was here all afternoon). I don't know when he came. I tried multiple times to try and reschedule, but no return call and an answering machine every time. I don't believe that the provider understands English, so could be the reason for the mix ups. I've wasted two days waiting, and don't intend to further frustrate myself.

I purchased a Big Deal for window washing. I was contacted via an Angie's List website message by the company offering the service and set up a mutually agreed upon date and time for the service to be performed. Around 7:30pm that night (the work was suppose to begin at 4pm), I emailed my contact to say that since it was now dark outside I assumed no one was coming. The next day I received a reply apologizing that the window washers got lost and that's why no one showed up. We set up another mutually agreed upon date and time and I was again stood up. At this point, I decided it would be better to just request a refund rather than risk waiting around and getting stood up a third time.

Stay away from this "business." They will not keep appointments and communication is almost impossible.

I expected to have services done in a week or two. She could not schedule out for a month or so. The appointment time came and went and she missed the appointment. She did email me that she could not make it, but never placed a call to me. The thing that is upsetting is that I did not know she had cancelled prior too the missed appointment. The communication was poor which means I waited all day for an appointment that was otherwise already cancelled.

They came and washed my windows and cleaned the tracks and did a great job

I have called them 3 times and e-mailed the provider to get my service scheduled and they will not call me back or e-mail me.

When originally reviewing Spotless Cleaners in mid September they seemed to have a decent record and so we booked a Big Deal for window cleaning. It was difficult to arrange a service date because they do not do business over the phone. After a number of emails we agreed on a date 3 weeks in the future. Nothing was heard from them after the email promising to be at our house at 12:30 on 10-16-13. Two days before I reviewed their current status and saw that they were often no-shows and had numerous other complaints. I would not have booked them had their reviews been as bad in September as they were on my second review. They showed up 1 hr 10 min late and did not call or email to say they would be late. We had other things to do and advised then we were cancelling the Big Deal.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was great. Our garage hadn't been cleaned in years and years; it was beyond bad looking at their expressions when they looked into the garage. We had been working on it for a couple of hours before they came and we continued with them. They did some of the stuff that we couldn't have done as easily. They were here for about an hour. They had pretty much done all they could do and we told them we would take care of the rest of the stuff. They helped to motivate us to get it clean, which was the biggest thing and then they helped with some things. We would probably call them again but we're not sure they would want to come out.

It went terribly. First, when I called to schedule in mid-September, I was told the next available date was October 12, at 10:30 am. Since I had already purchased the deal, I went ahead and scheduled for that date even though I wanted the work done sooner. I spent the week before the 12th cleaning out boxes from the garage as I had just moved, and arranged for someone to watch my baby on the morning of the 12th so I could be available for the cleaning. The 12th came, and 10:30 came and went. I got on Angie's List and saw that this provider was doing this (not showing up and making excuses as to why not) a lot. By 11 am I called and left a message for the provider. I got a text back with an excuse as to why they had to reschedule; allegedly the providers husband was in the hospital and she was going to visit him. If that was the case I would have expected a call to let me know in advance. However, I sincerely do not believe that was true, as I'll explain. So I actually did get a text back, when I said I needed a firm date for a reschedule, saying they could come the morning of the 14th. They came this morning, and it was the provider's husband and some other woman. They were 30 minutes late and no one answered when I called to see where they were. Anyway, I was so happy they showed up. They did not seem to speak any English, and they started to set up the ladder outside of my house. I realized that they must not have known they were supposed to do the garage. I gestured and tried to explain and they then moved to do the garage. I left them to their work. Less than an hour after starting they said they were done. I went and looked, but they had clearly not touched some shelves or the garage door, which, per the deal, was supposed to be cleaned and sanitized. I tried to explain, and the man did wipe some of the shelves and part of the garage door. Since it was so early in the morning, it was still pretty dark in the garage, and it was clear they didn't understand me enough to answer questions about what had and had not been done. Well, I went out after the sun was up, and I'm sooooo disappointed. The garage door is still dirty, there are still a ton of cobwebs in the garage, and the floor of the garage, while a bit cleaner, is still dirty. $144 for two people for less than an hour? No thank you. I could have done what they did in an hour myself, what was the point? I will not use this provider again, and I actually feel like I should get at least half of what I paid refunded because they did not do what the deal said they would do. So sad because it was earlier reviews about their attention to detail that made me buy the deal. My hunt for a good cleaning company in Columbus continues.....

Communicating with this company was very difficult. We scheduled for today but they never provided a time, which presumes that we can be here all day waiting for them. I prefer not to do business this way.

I set up two dates to have them come and clean windows as advertised. One was in Sept., the other today, October 7th. They did not show up or notify me they were not coming. I waited both days with no one coming.

Provider would not schedule a firm time a couple weeks out. Only would schedule for the day or next day and would not respond by phone just by e-mail. finally scheduled a next day appt and they didn't show up or call. Tried to get them to communicate by phone instead of e-mail to schedule but got no response.

The appointment was set for 4 PM and at 4 PM they called to say they would be 30-45 minutes late. He apologized on the phone. It proved not to be an issue as I was home for the day. They arrived at 4:55 and immediately went to work. The gentleman introduced himself and his "helper" but they were somewhat difficult to understand. They proceeded to clean all windows in the house. The work was done with focus and detail. There was no follow up mess, all the windows were done in a professional manner and I was very pleased with the results. The only issue was that some windows they counted as double windows and others were singles. I actually had a smaller bathroom window count as 2 windows and a large bedroom window count as one. I had approximately 30 windows and they told me at 25 windows that they were done. I need agreed to pay for transom windows, sidelights, etc... I was very pleased with the work done, the price and their focus and detail. they worked hard and quickly the entire time they were here. I have a big house and they just "went at it". I would use this company again and will recommend them to friends. I am pleased. Only the lateness/delay in starting keeps me from giving them ALL A's.
