They did a very nice job and worked hard.

One thing I didn’t like was that we had a hard time communicating with them through email. There may have been a language problem and it was hard to define a time they would come. When they came, they did a good job and did more than I paid for. They brought in ladders to clean the windows on the cathedral ceiling.

Sirlys and Ivam clean my house for 5 years, are family people l know that their children are 4, and the first time we were at my house the cost of cleaning was for $ 500, They did a job without stains, moved all things of the place and cleaned ago, my house was new, I already had another company clea my house until you hear this home company Spotless Home Cleaners Llc, and they were too, cleaned all the windows inside and out, new bathrooms were my kitchen I ran words, cleaned up inside the cooker inside the refrigerator they are too much my house has 5 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths today they clean my house for $ 180 a week, are people of trust, has the key to my house, people who are everyone would like to have your house cleaning

They never showed up and they never responded. I am upset.

I finally cancelled the Deal after days of not hearing from them!

There was a slight communication difficulty in setting up the appointment because of language barriers. But she was very accommodating in making new appointment. Two men came right on time to clean & went right to work. They were very professional in their behavior. They took everything out of my cabinets and cleaned them, inside my refrigerator/freezer, and did other general cleaning of the kitchen. They did not clean the outside of my cabinets nor the inside of windows that are in the kitchen. I thought that this would be included with a deep cleaning. The price I paid was for a deal from Angie's List for deep cleaning of 2 bathrooms or the kitchen. I gave a B because of small details that were not clean and because the outside of cabinets weren't cleaned.

They did a good job. It took a long time to schedule.

It turned out fairly well. They cleaned about 22 windows and they were pretty efficient.

Scheduling was very difficult. When I purchased the deal, I suggested a couple of times, but we ended up communicating through the message board, often with by long lapses in between messages. The provider tended to contact me and suggest the next day, but I wouldn't, get the message until too late, and then a week might pass again. In the end, we took one of those last-minute Appointments. Once the cleaners arrived, everything was fine. They were courteous, worked steadily, and did a very good job with the windows. But getting them here was too much trouble.

At first I was a bit apprehensive as they arrived about 15 minutes late, but when they arrived they got right to work. Two people worked for about 90 minutes to get the garage area looking clean and organized. The English is a bit broken, but we were able to communicate effectively. Very nice conscientious workers. Very respectful of my time and household.

One man came to wash windows outside. He had difficulty understanding English. We own two homes, and he showed up at the wrong one. But, we had him do the windows at the wrong house anyway. We have a two-story great room and he tried to use a very big ladder by himself to clean the high windows. My husband ended up helping him with the ladder. We were afraid he would knock something over with it or scratch the walls. He had a bottle of window cleaner and a rag to do the windows. When he was finished, the windows looked hazy and smeary.

We were very happy with them! They were very responsive; went to work and did a great job. We were very happy with the kitchen. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

They were both good and not good. I was taking advantage of an Angie Big Deal to deep clean my kitchen. The crew worked hard but there were gaps. They missed an entire cabinet and the fridge was not finished. If the crew did not have time to do it all, I wish they would have asked me to decide what I needed done the most. I would use them again but be more insistant about knowing what will be done.

The service was ordered September 21. Vendor requested and I offered 3 dates in October. Vendor contacted me November 7 to schedule for November 12. I took off work and the vendor cancelled due to weather. Later November 12, vendor suggested November 16. I missed the message and did not respond. November 18 vendor sent message and showed up same day while I was at work. Last message was that she would reschedule in March 2014. I would like to cancel the service.

It was excellent. He did a great job.

Did well. Communication was a bit difficult. Broke a glass bowl which didn't bother me but I would have appreciated a note with anexplanation.

Washed all windows interior and exterior and also cleaned window sills. Did a excellent job.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for inside and outside window cleaning. Two cleaners showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time and got right to work. The female cleaner worked on the inside and the male cleaner worked on the outside. He finished first and then came in to help her finish up the inside. They spent over 2 hours cleaning the windows and did a fantastic job. I would definitely hire this company again for this service!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal. They showed up on time and cleaned all of our windows. They look great. Would recommend and use again. Some language difficulty in scheduling, but they did show up as scheduled and were professional.

They scheduled my appointment and never showed up and never got back with me. I am now going with a different company.

Begin communication 9/21 and did not hear any response from provider until 10/4 although provider was to respond to suggested dates during the first communications. We agreed on a date, and then when I followed up for a time range when they would come 10/9 they said with unclear communication 10/8 that they did not have time to clean my home then. I requested to cancel the cleaning services and then they responded that they could come in two weeks. Unclear email communication and no returned phone messages lead us to lose confidence in this provider.

When they finally showed up, the two window washers did a great job. The meticulously cleaned 22 window and sashes in approximately 40 minutes. They were polite and professional during their visit. Actually scheduling the appointment, however, was problematic. We corresponded via Angie's List email and set a date and time, but no one showed. I called (no response to my voice mail) and sent another message asking to reschedule. I heard back saying I didn't confirm the date and time, but the email string showed I did. We set another date and time and again they didn't show. Fortunately, the third time was a charm and they showed up on time and did a good job.

As is reflected in the previous evaluations, There was some lag time just after purchasing The Big Deal that I used. I did contact them rough Angie's list at which point I was contacted within 24 hours to schedule. I think that they got such a big response to the deal that it took a while for them to get to everyone. There is a small issue with communication but my call was returned by an English speaking person and there was no problem. A two person team arrived promptly at the given arrival time. They filled there buckets out of the spigot here then cleaned each window, sill and screen by hand one at a time. Keeping in mind (I'm embarrassed to admit) that they had not been cleaned in over 10 years. The result was amazing! They gathered up their supplies, gave me their card and thanked me for my business. I would definitely use them again. It was honestly one of the best work I've had done in a long time. I'm so glad I gave them a chance after a couple of recent poor reviews. I believe that this country was built on small businesses and the spirit of the entrepreneur . I'm happy to support them.
