Being a single guy, I admit that past basic vacuuming and dusting, I have not really clean the house in almost 6 years. These two ladies did a great job and was very professional. They did not take a break as far as I can tell for the 6 hrs. they were here. I have set up a monthly schedule.

They did a decent job cleaning the windows. However, they seemed to be in a hurry. After they left, I found several screens on the ground or out of place. I encourage them to take a closer look at their work before they leave a customer.

Windows were clean but they bent and broke all our screens.

It was no one's fault why I didn't use the deal. We just had a scheduling conflict where we weren't available at the same times.

Communication was an issue. They missed two appointments with me. He did send me a weird email for the last appointment saying he couldn't make it but never responded when I replied. I had taken off work for these appointments, this was very frustrating.

My experience was okay. There were four people here doing the work. They did a good job of cleaning the house but they could have done a better job of organizing the cabinets.

The only problem was that the lady over the phone doesn't understand very well. The service was excellent!

The service provider promptly responded to my initial contacts and quickly set up a date for the service. However, when the date/time for the service arrived, the service provider never showed up. I tried to call them but their message box was full. When trying to select a category above, there was no option of never showing up so I just chose that they did not honor the voucher as that seemed to be the closest fit.

I had a lot of trouble scheduling an appointment with this company due to communication issues (I could not understand their responses to me). Finally I was able to schedule an appointment for Thursday 10/8 at 3PM. I sent this company a message on Angie's list stating the following: "My home address is 825 N 4th St, Unit 316, Columbus OH 43215. Please use electronic directory/buzzer outside of building so I can buzz the door open." Their response was "Okay thanks". However, on the day of the service, they did not show up to my place and at 5 PM (2 hours later), I received a message in my inbox on Angie's list from this company stating the following "Hi ,I'm in front of his house and can not get the door asks for a code and I have, we will have to reschedule for another day, excuse me.Thank you". This experience has been nothing but frustration and I ended up cleaning the kitchen myself since my apartment move out date is one day away and I no longer need this service. I would like to get a full refund on the coupon I purchased. Thank you.

They will not respond to my messages.

It was excellent. I was very impressed. They were very thorough, on-time and cleaned the kitchen top to bottom. This included inside the oven, inside the refrigerator and microwave and removing the pots and pans and reorganizing them.

I actually misplaced this Big Deal because I was dealing with ill parents since the time I purchased it. I tried to communicate with the provider but we had problems understanding one another.

Exceeded my expectations. I had a last minute Doctor Appointment and my 34 year old daughter met with the provider. The provider looked over the areas and immediately started working. When I came home was blown away. All three rooms looked like different rooms. The kitchen was thoroughly cleaned and the cupboards were cleaned and items were replaced in such a manner that there was now space for more items. The appliances looked move-in ready. I would definitely use them again. Matter of fact felt a little guilty that I was not there to give them a larger tip. I plan on sending them a check, when my Social Security check comes in. The ONLY item that they should be aware of is calling when you are running a little late. I did provide both my home and cell numbers.

They were fabulous. They did a fine job. They came on time and did their job.

First of all I have to say that they did a very good job on the windows. That being said, I had to correspond with them only through the Angie's List message board. They didn't give me a phone number, but have a lot of back-and-forth messages, I thought a phone call might be better so I found their number in the phone book and called. Sadly, I was unable to communicate well with the person who spoke because of a language problem. I had trouble understanding him and he had trouble understanding me. Finally in frustration I just told them they could come any time. So they came one afternoon. The first lady who came in gestured that she was going upstairs, stepped out of her flip-flops at the bottom of the stairs, and went upstairs to work barefooted. I don't go around barefooted and I was disgusted by that. She had a lanyard with a lot of keys on it which she left on my top step while she cleaned the upstairs windows. I tripped over them when I went up the stairs. In my office, she kicked over a speaker. When she and another woman were working on the first floor, she went under my kitchen cabinet and used of my counter spray. Also, there was a box of Miracle Gro on a counter on the other side from the windows. After they left, I found it on the opposite counter. I have no idea why she moved it. Nor do I have any idea why she left the extra roll of bathroom tissue from the upstairs bathroom on the stairs.I think a contractor should put things back where they found them. The most annoying thing was that neither of them could understand or communicate with me. This crew needs some English lessons and a course in basic etiquette.

The two women were very nice,spoke little English and went to work right away. Did a good , through job.

They did a very thorough job of cleaning my kitchen. Everything was removed from cabinets and fridge and cleaned, the stove was cleaned, all surfaces, etc. They would have received a A...except that they were so thorough they broke the blade off of my ceiling fan. They did an excellent job of cleaning...but I'll have to find time I don't have to get an electrician in to replace the fan. They left a note explaining what happened and were willing to either refund my money or provide me a discount on additional cleaning. They handled the issue properly...which is why i would consider them in the future...possibly.

Their communications were terrible and after several emails still did not have a date of service.

The two person cleaning crew showed up promptly at 8 am. They were polite and went straight to work. Pro's- They did a very thorough job cleaning the kitchen. They took everything out and put it back neatly and they did a killer job on the refrigerator, which needed some TLC. Con's- They left some cleaning supplies behind and forgot to take out the garbage which was sitting outside the door. I'm glad I saw it before my dogs did. ;) I also specified that our tub had been refinished and I needed them to not use bleach or abrasives on it, because it will scratch the surface. Because they understood English about as well as I understand Spanish, I'm pretty sure they didn't clean it all. Overall, the deal for a kitchen cleanup was worth it, the bathrooms left something to be desired and they weren't nearly as much work as the kitchen should have been. Since the deal specified that they had 3 hours of bathroom cleaning and three hours of kitchen cleaning, I'm assuming that they would have worked a little harder on the bathrooms. They were here for just about four hours. I wouldn't recommend them as a first choice, but if you needed a backup crew they may be the people for the job. Overall, the kitchen looks fantastic, the bathrooms are meh.

It turned out very well. They were excellent to work with. They did a great job. There were two people here doing the work.

Two people showed up and went right to work. They were very efficient and did a good job of cleaning. They were a little bit difficult to communicate with because English is their second language. We started communicating via text in order to schedule and once we did that the communication was smooth. Overall they did a good job.

They did a really average job. I was expecting more because it was just one area, but they did the minimum to get by. So, I never considered using them again and I would not recommend their service.

After a bit of difficulty getting together (illness, traffic), they were able to make it. Once there, they were a whirlwind. They worked quickly and efficiently and in less time than estimated, they were finished. Both women were friendly, but work-oriented. I was so pleased with their work, that I have arranged for them to come back clean my entire house. Spotless Cleaners certainly lived up to their name.

Sirlys and her husband Ivan arrived promptly and after seeing the areas to be leaned, began immediately. I had recent surgery and have had back problems for months, so I was unable to do heavy housework, and the rooms to be cleaned were in definite need of the deep cleaning. They started in the bathrooms, scrubbing the fixtures, took things out of the cabinets and cleaned them inside and out, scrubbed the soap scum off the shower door, and finished by thoroughly scrubbing the floors. Everything that could,shine,sparkled! They immediately began on the kitchen, which really needed it! While Ivan cleaned the oven, Sirlys emptied the refrigerator and removed all of the glass shelves and bins and washed them, then started on the outside of the fridge, including the floor vent. They emptied the drawers and cabinets and cleaned them inside and out, scrubbed the stove vent, helped me rearrange the cabinet with my pans and baking sheets, washed the microwave, scrubbed the countertops and left the kitchen in the best shape it has been in years! I don't remember the oven ever being that clean! And the floors were so clean you literally could eat off them! I can't use the word "sparkle" enough to describe the cleaning Syrlis and Ivan did. They brought all their cleaning supp;ies, including towels, cleansers, and even their own vacuum. They gathered the trash from the area, including out=dated food in the fridge, as well as.emptying the waste baskets. The only thing I supplied was bottled water for them to drink. Their name, Spotless Home Cleaners LLC, says it all! I have engaged them to return and do general cleaning for me on a regular basis, and have only good things to say for their services. They were prompt to respond to my request for services, prompt to arrive, and very professional. At no time did I have to ask them to do any specific task which they had not done.
