Very well!

They were great. I liked the quality of work and they were on time. They did the work when scheduled. They cleaned up very well when they were finished. One of the owners walked around the house with me to inspect it after they were finished. They wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. They did what they said they would do. I had a couple of lower bids but the quality of paint and some of the methods they were going to use were not up to my standards. Precise Painting did those things. I told them that I wanted them to give me a quote for the inside before they left.

Brent came out to give us our estimate and was very polite and courteous. His quote was competitive with other estimates we had received. We chose him based on his references, price, and professional attitude. They came out to power wash when they said they would and started the painting on time. The end product was fantastic and helped us sell our house quickly!

Brent was very professional. He came to give us an estimate through our neighbor who was home. The estimate was reasonable and in line with the others we received. The advantage Precise Touch had on the others was that we had observed a number of their jobs over the past few years and were impressed with the final product. Couple that with a nice man representing the company (it actually was his company) who keeps his word and Precise Touch got the edge. Scheduling was a big concern for me as my son was graduating from high school in May and I was having a big party for him on the 24th. I really wanted to get this done before but knew my expectation wasn't very reasonable as we didn't contact for an estimate until the end of April. Brent was willing to work with us to try and make it happen. He shuffled a few jobs ...one being with my next door neighbor :) and started on a Wednesday at 1:00 after they completed another job. They worked hard for 2 1/2 days..... I was especially impressed with all the prep work: the scraping, the caulking, the priming. Friday evening I had a house that looked brand-spanking new!!! All the rotten wood was replaced, the decorative pieces carefully cut and installed, and everything carefully painted. They did a great job cleaning up, too and were very appreciative. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Precise Touch painting did an excellent job. We had previously had them paint the exterior of our house. They are professional, friendly and cooperative. The quality of their work is outstanding. I would use them again and would recommend them highly.

Not good at all. Half of what I hired them to do did not get done properly. The ceiling and the trim in the kitchen looked good. Otherwise, the project was a disaster! The first time they brought the doors back they came back with a high gloss finish that wasn't there before. They agreed to work on them again and this time the doors came back stained in a color that didn't match what we already had! It took them a few weeks to get this done and all they said that was that was the best they could do. They didn't even bother to sand the rough area at the bottom of the door so the stain didn't even take. They just tried to stain over it. The front door was not done properly either. It did not get a full coat of stain. You can see where spots were missed and they said they would come back and take care of it. After several calls to them and emails, they have yet to respond. I want the $211.12 back or the door fixed correctly.

They are 2 men co-owners. I used Brent Durbin, He arrived on time, spent the whole week getting the job done. Great guy. Handy with repairing dry rot. Experienced with repairs as well. They also do written estimates. I added on the house work and he gave me a written estimate for that too.
