DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR BED BUGS. I bought a house not knowing it had bed bugs. I wanted to treat ASAP so I could move in. The website says that they have chemical and heat options for the treatment of bed bugs and that they will inspect and make a recommendation based on the circumstances. This is false. They do NOT have heat treatment. The receptionist said that the chemical treatment should be good enough and that heat treatment is really expensive. What she did not mention is that chemical treatment does not solve the problem because it does not kill the eggs. I was not informed of this until after they had taken my payment and started treating. I asked how many treatments I will need and how long it will be before I can move my stuff in. The receptionist said the technician will make recommendations after he is finished. I was told the exterminator would let me know what he found. The only information I received was on the back of my receipt, which said “Bugs found. Treated.” They have a “text us” option on their web site. I was at work and could not talk on the phone, so I texted the number asking for clarification and a plan to exterminate the issue completely. I never received a text back or a call back. When at the house 2 days after treatment, I found a live bed bug. I hired a different company to heat treat, which immediately solves the issue because it kills bed bugs in all stages of life. The other company even has a 90 day warranty. The chemical treatment cost me $350, and the heat treatment cost me $1,350. But with needing multiple treatments, the chemical treatment would probably have cost the same or even more. And that doesn’t include having to pay at least an extra month of rent on top of my mortgage because I don’t want to move all of my belongings in to a house with bed bugs. I wasted $350 on something that didn’t work. Learn from my mistake.

They performed a general bug treatment that literally did nothing. They said I could call back within 60 days if bugs were still showing up and they would come back and retreat. I called 2 weeks past the 60 day period because life is extremely busy, and they said 'so sorry, but you're past the 60 days.' Thanks a lot, will never use you or refer you to anyone else.

They scheduled a appointment to visit to access the issue and gave us a cost. We agreed and they cam back promptly in less than 36 hours to place the traps. They will come back in 2 weeks to look at them and refill if necessary.

Ralph did a swift and thorough job. I pay approximately $250 a year for this service.

Came on one day notice to remove a brand new hornet next within 5 feet of our back door entrance to our house - deadly lethal to our pets and the household - the nest was huge!

First visit 170 better than terminix by far. We did need follow up bc of the baby hatched they did another trip charge $80

The first house was great in time did great job. Second house DOD go as smooth, no call back I had to use another company. I pull cabinets off and wanted them to spray before new cabinets went in.

Didn't catch gopher, but they did catch two racoons. Think gopher moved on.

They did a good job. Came out, sprayed and took care of the problem.

They did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

The service provider did not provide a local recommendation. And, if this was something you did not want to do, it should have been stated at the time of the call, not after we change our work schedule to be at home. The representative who answered the call did consult with someone twice while she was speaking with us. When she left the voice message, she said exactly what I originally stated in my initial review. And, let's be frank, you weren't trying to save us money, you just didn't want to bother with it. We are still having the issue. We know exactly what room is affected, and this is the only room that has the problem. So I'm not sure how hard it would be to track them. Without coming out to see the problem, I don't see how you could even say how difficult it would be. The bottom line is that you said you would come out, we changed our schedules, then get a voice message that you are not coming out. It was on a Friday and we didn't have time to make calls to get another company out on Monday.

The person who came out was very professional and respectful of our home, and his work took care of our ant problem. I would hire them again.

They came in the wee hours of the morning, and since I had prepaid, they didn't even need to wake me. When I checked later in the morning, the nest was gone.

It went great. They showed up on time, and got done earlier then expected. They will come out every year and check their baits.

They're people are very knowledgeable.

Their people are very knowledgeable and it's been a couple of time now that I think about it where the time didn't solve the problem and they come back and this one guy a lot of pride he was not gonna get let these curse ants he was gonna do whatever it took to get them out of there and sometimes it's just some creative approaches and everything, I though it was kind of funny, but he's professional pride that he's gotta figure out exactly where they are and how to get to them.

I wanted to talk to him, as I was not sure if it was a rodent hole or a sink hole. A couple weeks later, I got some dirt and filled in the holes. So far, nothing, I checked three days after I filled in the holes. I have no intention of paying for something for which I have seen no results. Had I even seen him or seen the traps, that would be one thing, but the only evidence that he was even here was the bill.

Very nice service man..but left the closet with the attic access a mess.. product spilled onto clothing, shoe prints on wall and assess trim knocked off

The technician did a great job getting behind our cabinets looking for pathways for the mice. He set new traps and re-baited traps I had from a couple years ago. He explained where they could be coming into the house and gave suggestions on how to close those paths.

I do not remember if I used this company or not. They may have referred me to another company. It was over 4 years ago. This company might be great. I do not know. Angie's List won't let me log in without asking me first to write a review of this company. So that is what this is. I hope it fixes the problem with Angie's List. I have had just about enough.

They showed up, but the guy that came refused to do it because he did not have an order for it to be done. They did not do what they promised, the whole point of getting the extension was to spray for the bees and ants but they did not go through with the work for what I had paid for. When I talked to them about it they said they did not have anything for me saying I got anything for bees and ants. I called the owner and told him what was going on about the guy being at my house and would call me back the next day. He would check into this. He never called me back and he did not answer any calls I made afterward. I was threatened that I did not keep appointment then they would cancel the contract and charge me for anymore date for two more treatment. She was nasty on the voicemail and talked like I was trying to break the contract. They kept trying to send someone over on date that I would not be home. I called and told this woman that I would call and set a date because I was having doctors appointment for my mother and self. I did not want to cancel contract, but wanted to the job done inside and outside the house. I was told they were going to send someone over. I told them to do as they wish but I did not have the money to pay. UPDATE: Senior citizens be warned, be careful when dealing with this company. They are lying, they were rude and threatened me. The did not complete the April service.

Originally serviceman went to wrong address, was sent to my mother's old home that she moved out of more than 5 years ago. Lady at the office said that since there was previous work done at my mother's and billed to my address, so he was sent to the other address. Angie's list website states 10 % senior discount, we were told sorry they don't have a senior discount. Lady at office said there is a 10% for Angie" list, I told her that is where I got name.. This was a fine business transaction from start to finish. Company communication was good. All appointments happened right as scheduled. Did not try to sell me products I did not need. The price was excellent. Service tech that showed up was professional and pleasant.

They were on time, professional and reasonable. This was the first time I have used them. Their price seemed reasonable in comparison to a couple of other companies.

Estimate went well. Price was fair, but not any less expensive than another quote I got for same job. Understand, that each episode we had to be home so the techs could get in the house. Scheduled day the techs showed up to tell us that it was too wet to complete. OK, i can accept that. We rescheduled for following Monday. Monday came and we were called towards the end of our 2 hour window to say that the company didn't have enough techs there that day to complete our job. We rescheduled for following afternoon. They apologized and appreciated our flexibility. Tuesday afternoon, (scheduled for 3-5pm) No call, no show. Called company about 5:15 to see where techs are - phones go to voicemail. Called company again at 6pm to leave message that techs were no show and we are not interested in rescheduling. At 6:10 techs show up, I tell them that I just left message stating the above. One tech throws his hands up and says "thats fine by me!" The other apologizes. Not impressed. Would bother with another estimate.
