I own an 60 year old home which I have lived in for 22 years. I have had numerous remodeling and repairs completed over the years and I can say by far the best experience I have had with a contractor has been with Newlook Sidings. Ed Beranek and his team are the type of contractors you always hope for. They are professional, they show up everyday at the same time and work diligently until the time to leave. They are there to answer questions but do not intrude upon your daily activities. When the unexpected comes up they handle it automatically and before your eyes you see you are getting a quality job. Plus they went above and beyond my expectations in order to please me. One specific example amongst many is that the metal being used for the gutters was a custom color. When the metal arrived it was not to Ed's standards so he rejected it. Knowing it would be an additional week without gutters he offered to put up white gutters until the custom painted metal arrived. We did not feel that was necessary but being offered that option should felt good. I am so proud of my home with the work that Newlook did because you can tell not only was the material superior but so was the workmanship installing it. I also felt the pricing was very fair. I did get several bids for the same work. I guarantee any work that I have in the future that is within the company's purview will be contracted to Newlook Sidings. I am so glad to have found them on Angie's list. It was a very positive experience.

I can't say enough good things about Newlook. Working with Ed was the most positive experience we have ever had with a contractor. He is a great to work with and is very detailed in planning out the work to be done. He is punctual and responsive and he takes care to make sure things are done right. The siding installation went smoothly and the installers were very professional. The price was extremely reasonable and I would use them again. I will refer and recommend Newlook to others without hesitation!

The owner explained everything prior to work starting and didn't try to talk me into things I didn't need. I am so pleased with this company that I would not only recommend New Look Siding to others but I will be using them for other houses we own. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the job. The crew was there every day the weather would allow. They removed the old siding, fixed a couple places where some windows use to be and kept the property as clean as possible.

I met with Ed, 2-3 days after I called for an estimate. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. He was very good at explaining how long the job would take, what was included in the price, and warranties. I had contacted two other companies, but was not impressed by their representatives nor their prices. My house was completed in 4 days. The workers were very friendly and professional. They did a fabulous job cleaning up my yard every night. Their goal was to make sure I was satisfied with their work. My house looks beautiful. My experience with Ed and Newlook has restored my faith that there are still companies that believe in excellent customer service. I have already referred some of my friends to Newlook and will continue to do so.

Ed came to my home and explained siding differences, what they would do including pillars and porch roof along with putting lights,mailbox and whatever needed to be done whether new or old fixtures. Attention to every detail was impressive. The same 2 workers worked on my home and were there all day long. Ed was very easy to work with and made this big home improvement step easy. I knew I picked the right company after my neighbors one street over stopped after seeing Ed's truck. They highly recommended the company and said they were pleased with the work done on their home. It looks so different and I love it.

Ed was very responsive to our needs, and we did not feel that he was trying to sell us anything we did not want or need. The work was very well done and the trim work around our windows just adds a beautiful finishing touch that would not have been done by other companies we interviewed for the job. The job site was cleaned up well daily and the crew leader obviously took pride in his work and was willing to answer my questions. Any time I called to speak with Ed to ask a question or clarify something, he was happy to talk with me as well and did not make me feel as if I was a bother when we changed our mind a couple of times regarding replacement of and the size of our shutters. We highly recommend Newlook Sidings if you want quality work done.

Ed Beranek, President of Newlook Sidings, came to our house. We explained that we had a leak that no other company could seem to find behind our vinyl siding. Ed looked over the problem area and assured us he could find and repair the leak. He gave us an estimate on the spot and we set up a time for his crew to come out and do the job. Everything went very well. Our siding and insulation was removed and the leak was found. It turned out to be a leaky drain pipe. The leak had rotted some of our wall studs and framing. The pipe was repaired, all of the rotted wood was cut out and replaced, the entire area was disinfected and fresh insulation was installed. Once the siding was put back on you couldn't tell any work had been done to the side of the house. My wife and I felt the price was very reasonable and we are very happy with the results. Lance Evans did the actual repair work, and I have to comment not only on the excellent quality of his work, but also on how friendly and professional he was. He was a pleasure to have worked with. .We would not hesitate to hire this company again, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of siding work.

I got an estimate from Ed on June 5. I got two other estimates with different ideas for replacing the wood and it took me some time to decide what I wanted to do. Newlook is a certified Hardie Plank installer and it showed in the detail that was proposed for this job. Moisture underlay for the corner boards was done as a matter of course as was the missing aluminum flashings needed to help direct water over the trim rather than behind the siding. The estimate even included replacing the house numbers on the porch post and re-installing some decorative porch trim. I appreciated this attention to detail and thoughtfulness. I especially appreciated the owner's communication. I added some ideas and had some questions after the initial estimate and he was very helpful. He also made sure to keep me in the loop about delays and timing of the project, which I really appreciated. The work is beautifully done and I am so glad that I decided on Hardie Plank rather than a less expensive option like PVC or aluminum wrapped wood. The Hardie Plank looks like wood, won't need painting for years and is woodpecker and bug proof, which is a problem we had been having with our wood trim. The porch ceiling looks great and makes such a difference instead of the painted plywood we had before. I was impressed by the expertise, communication and professionalism of this company and recommend them to others!

Ed was great from the start! I called him, gave him the manufacturer's name and color of the siding and he gave me an estimate on the spot without coming out to the house. Within a week, he came out himself and replaced the piece in 15 minutes. The color matched perfectly and he was no nonsense about the whole job. Another company I had asked for an estimate gave us the run around for 4 weeks and claimed I had to buy a whole box of the siding which then doubled the estimate! Ed was straight forward, honest and we will definitely call him if we have needs in the future. Stand up company!

Workers showed up when I was told they would. Very nice. Explained everything they were going to do and why they were doing it that way. They cleaned up every night before they left. The siding looks great. Even added a few touches around the windows, the hose spigot and electrical outlets. Really liked working with this company. Our salesman Ed was very nice. I will definitely use this company again. They are very professional.

Ed was fantastic from the start. I contacted NewLook for an estimate and there was no pressure sales pitch. He was very clear. I agreed and we set a start date. Due to weather, we could not start until a week later. Mark and Ramey were my siders. They treated my house like it was theirs. I would definitely use their services again.

It went great. From the first time I called them, they were helpful and responsive. They came out to look at our home on a Sunday, so that we could get a quote quickly. They brought over large samples so that we could show the homeowners association what we were going to install. Then, once we gave them the green light to start, they were there within a few days. The demo and install went great. The team was very professional, and they left the site perfectly clean at the end of everyday. We were very impressed and glad we found Newlook Siding!

Requested a quote and signed the contract. The job was done in a timely and professional manner and customer service was fantastic. Had some trim loosen from under the garage panel twice and they came out no question asked and fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any home improvements and repairs.

I had an amazingly wonderful experience with New Look Siding. In a recent wind storm, I lost a piece of the aluminum frame around a second story window. Since it was just one damaged piece, I was hoping that I could have it replaced pretty inexpensively. I called around to a lot of siding companies, and they all told me that they have a $250 minimum. I had almost given up, when I reached New Look Siding. The owner answered his phone right away and was incredibly responsive and accommodating, despite the fact that I called during his daughter?s birthday. He delivered EXACTLY what he promised and did it at no cost. It looks great, and I can?t be happier about my experience. When I have siding needs in the future, there is no doubt that I will call them again. I highly recommend this company.

Final product was of high quality with good craftsmanship. There were a few communication "hiccups" and delays along the way that were eventually made up for in the finished project.

They did a really good job. Some siding has fallen off and they have come out right away to fix it. They definitely did a good job for us. The insurance paid for it, so I do not know how much it cost. They had the product that I wanted and their price was better. The quality was good. They were here when they said they would and they are very professional. I would use them again.

The entire process met my expectations regarding quality and installation time, as we did not have any particular deadline for completion. There was some delay in communication, but the over all experience was fine.

The owner Nick came right out to measure & estimated the total job. Was very professional. Created a plan that my husband & I looked at. We called to make the appointment & got right in, to hire Newlook and to make a few changes. Nick kept us updated on the supply's that needed to be ordered per my request (siding color). They did a great job. They were very meticulous about their work. House looks great. Definitely would recommend them.

Replaced and repaired cedar siding damaged by woodpeckers, redesigned a second story gutter, repaired rodent damage to wood trim. The repairs look great and the gutter redesign seems to have solved the problem. Ed did a great job on the repairs and was a pleasure to work with on this job. He even reworked and reinstalled my mailbox after it was bumped by his truck. Great work and honest contractors.

Newlook was fantastic. They came out promptly when we called to get an estimate. Their estimate was very thorough and made sense. We were having a new patio put on the back of our house and they patiently waited for that job to get done before starting our job. Lance at Newlook did our job and he did a very thorough job - the repair looks great. Additionally, Nick kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Plus, our siding is 20 years old and it was hard to find a color match. Nick went out of his way to try and find as close to a color match as possible so we would not have to resort to painting it, and the color match worked 100%. If we ever need new siding or another repair job in the future, our 1st call will be to Newlook.

From the initial contact to the end of the job, Nick, company president, and his crew were prompt, courteous, and responsive. Our 24 year old home had vertical plywood siding that was failing - some rotten and de-laminated sections. There were also some unusual structural issues to work around and Nick did a great job designing a cost effective, yet appropriate plan that included tyvek wrap on the home and all maintenance free facings and siding top to bottom. Since it was not an "ordinary" job I expected a higher price and, in fact, received higher quotes from other companies. The crew worked carefully and took great pride in their workmanship. They did not rush or cut corners. We are very impressed with the result. I recommend Newlook to anyone in the market for new siding.

We ultimately decided to have the house restored and painted instead of sided with vinyl. However, should we go ahead with building a deck in the future, we would definitely contact Newlook.
