.The men who installed the siding were very professional and the match to the rest of the house is excellent! I hsad to go up on the roof to see if I could find a difference. I couldn't. The job was completed in the timeframe established even though the entire week was one of rain, high winds, cold etc. (typical Ohio weather). This is the type of company you hope to find when you look on Angie's List. Prompt , forthright, and professional.

Excellent service. Ed, owner of the company, came promptly to give an estimate and was just as prompt having one of his employees do the work as weather was a factor. The employee was meticulous with every detail of the job yet completed the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company as they take pride in their work and are extremely professional! Exactly what I was looking for.

Ed (the owner) was extremely responsive with following up and quoting the job after we called. He was attentive to my questions and easy to work with. His crew came out to our house in approximately two weeks of quote approval to replace the worn cedar siding on a couple side of our house. The work was done well and the crew cleaned up so you didn't even know they were there afterwards. It took them two full days to complete the job. After the work was completed, Ed visited the site again to ensure the work was done properly and called to make sure we were happy. They made a very positive impression. I find it refreshing to work with a company that only provides high quality service but also communicates effectively and promptly.

They did a great job. The siding around the front door was damaged and it was important to have it match. They took off other siding and moved the older siding closer to the door so the mismatch would not be s obvious. They also had to replace the frame around the door. They listened to my wishes and made it all look great. They were very nice to work with and did not push or try to oversell. They really worked hard to make it all look great. They really knew what they were doing.

Ed (President) and all of Newlook's crew are top notch. Highly professional and punctual. High quality work and great communication. Work completed in a very timely manner under very difficult weather related constraints. Treated our house as their own. Deeply committed to delivering on what is in the best interest of the homeowner. One of the best providers we have ever worked with. Cannot recommend anymore highly.

The owner and crew were courteous and professional. They started on time, finished on schedule, did a great job of keeping the site cleared away at the end of each day. The finished siding work looked great and the new gutters are a significant improvement. Definitely would recommend Newlook to anyone looking for siding or gutter replacement.

Ed came out quickly, was professional, reviewed the area for repair gave us an estimate, picked up debris(panel) and stated that someone would be back to start work on it Thurs, March 19, 2015, however that did not happen, and on Tues, March 24, 2015 I called him to inquiry about a status update when work would start, he stated that the rainy weather prevented them from starting . The next day Weds, March 25, 2015 , Lance came out introduced himself, was professional, competent and got the job done in less than an 1 hour. Here is why I rated responsiveness and punctuality a "B" .....So I completely understand how the unpredictable element of weather can impact and delay a project ,however it is also critically important from my customer service persepective that the contractor/vendor provide communication regarding any delays, to take a second to provide a status update to a customer helps build trust and respect with any customer . .

install went great! They performed work on a Saturday which was wonderful as my wife and I didn't have to miss work throughout the week. All workers were very pleasant and professional

When we discovered rot in our wood siding we looked on Angie's List for some guidance. We found Newlook sidings and shortly after Ed was able to come to our house to give us a quote. He was very friendly, easy to work with, and he did not push any sales pitch on us. After he quoted us he dropped off some samples for us to keep until we could decide on what we wanted. Once we made our choice he ordered the siding and kept us informed of the process. As soon as the siding came in, he scheduled the work and his employees had it done in a few days and left no mess. He came out to check it himself and asked if we had any concerns. When it was time for the final payment, he told us about an Angie's List discount he currently had running and went ahead and took it off our final bill. Overall, everything went really well and we would highly recommend this company. Newlook Sidings was both friendly and efficient and we will use them in the future if needed.

Ed Beranek is one of the best professional I have met in a long time. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, honest, helpful and dependable. He said what he was going to do and when and did exactly what he mapped out. I definitely would refer him and use him again if necessary.

Based on comments on Angie's List, we contacted Newlook Siding to discuss the replacement of the vinyl siding on our home (our house and attached three and a half car garage). Ed Beranek, President, met with us. He was informative, describing the materials and how they would proceed once work began. He took detailed measurements of our home and we selected the siding and other materials that we were interested in using. He met with us a few days later to discuss the estimated price and the options that were available. In addition, he provided a comprehensive list of recently completed projects, with names and addresses, for us to check out. We were able to reach an agreement on price and time table for the work. There was no high pressure, no phony offers, Ed was truly a pleasure to deal with for this work. The work began in mid-December and continued through most of January. Their two man crew (Danielson and his partner) kept at the project in spite of the weather, which was miserable at times. They were very meticulous, paid attention to details and did a great job. They cleaned up the work area each night and at the completion of the project. The house looks great. We would recommend Newlook to others who are considering new siding. Ed kept in touch with us throughout the job and answered any questions that we had about the project.

Shortly after I call Newlook Ed, the owner, stopped by and gave me an estimate. He was personable, obviously competent, and the estimate was fair. He said they would be out within two weeks, depending on the weather, and install a new vent. On the first good weather day after Ed was here, one of his crews came and installed a new vent. The vent looks great. The workers, who called before they came, were quick, polite, and cleaned up. I would use Newlook again and recommend them to others.

It went very well. Ed gave me an estimate that we agreed upon. He ordered in the replacement Fascia that matched the color of the home and had the work completed within a week.

Newlook Sidings were very professional and paid attention to detail. The siding looks perfect and I couldn't have asked for it to be done any better. They installed flashing on top of all my doors and windows. The guys that installed the siding worked long days and made sure it was done right the first time. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I chose Newlook Siding because I had used them before on two previous homes and had excellent service. The owner of Newlook Siding, Ed, arrived at my current home at the designated time. Ed is very personable and professional. We went around the outside of my home identifying all the repairs needed...Ed was very thorough and explained why some things needed repaired. He sent a proposal outlining everything we had discussed previously and quoted a price I found to be very reasonable. He completed the wolrk to my satisfaction and on time.

After a wind storm came through Marysville, I noticed the outside 2nd story trim and soffit had been ripped from the house. I contacted Ed at Newlook Siding. He said he would come out and take a look at the damage. Ed came out the very next day. When I came home, I was quite surprised to see the damage had been fixed. My son was at the house when Ed was there making repairs ...Ed said there would be no charge ... an early Christmas present!! I can't say enough good things about Ed and how he conducts business.

The owner of the business responded quickly to my estimate request-he actually was able to be at my house within minutes of my call. The emailed quote, I received later that day, was a good price, and he was very professional,courteous, and very knowledgeable. They were able to do the repair in a few days (even though it was Thanksgiving week) and did a great job. They took all of the damaged siding away, put 2 coats of paint in the shop before they were on site, and were finished in a just a couple of hours. The owner waited a few days for me to evaluate the work to call and make sure I was happy with the work before he mailed me the invoice and left the leftover paint for me as well. Excellent work, and excellent company to do business with as well. I strongly recommend using this company for any siding repair or any for any of the services they perform. I was completely satisfied. By the way, my other quote was $400 more, and they were unsure they could actually find my 40 year siding type. New Look sidings had no problem.

One word: Awesome! All the work was excellent. Ed explained everything he was going to do and then did it. How refreshing is that ? Best to have a piece of paper around in case he needs to draw it out so you can better understand what he's going to do. Workers did a fantastic job! Dan is a real craftsman who takes pride in his work and it shows. Instead of just flat wrapping the fascia, the wraps were hand formed from flat metal using a metal brake with an architectural detail to add dimension to the wrap that I've never seen on any house before and the work is superb. They arrived when they said and cleaned up everyday. Courteous, professional, detail oriented and also always took the time to explain anything you wanted to know. As an example, I needed some OSB to be replaced due to unseen damage and Newlook just did the work because it was the right way to do the job (included that OSB repair in the price too). I can't say enough good things about the work and ethics of this company. Will absolutely use Newlook the next time I need work done. I'll recommend them without hesitation. Excellent job! Attention to detail and quality work!! Ed continually updated me on the progress of the job. We discovered a minor problem during one update, Newlook immediately made the adjustment. Upon completion Ed and I reviewed the work, everything was perfect. Newlook delivered more than they promised.

It looks good and we were that Newlook guarantee there will be no leaking anymore.

We needed to replace the front facing on our house. The boarding had become weathered and the "tudor" style wood trim needed to be redone. We looked into replacing it all with the same materials but realized that using siding would be much more durable, cost effective and attractive. Ed was great! He was punctual with all appointments, shared all options with us in terms of material and color choices and was patient and helpful in assisting us to make our final decisions. Ed stressed to us that the project was not completed until we were 100% satisfied with the job. We would recommend Newlook Siding to others and would use them again for other project.

Ed said he would go out to view the problem and give me an estimate. I called on Monday and he said he would go out on Wednesday and call me with a price to repair. I had to call him and he said he would get back to me. He never followed up. Bad service. I would not call them again.

Newlook Siding is a fantastic company. From beginning to end, Ed went above and beyond for us. He worked nights and weekends, and around our busy schedule to make the work happen.
