All in all it went pretty well. Had a little trouble setting up the time for the service.

J & A Hauling is the best! They were flexible with my schedule, prompt, friendly, and curteous. I will recommend them as well as use their service again.

I used the Big Deal on the list . I wasn't sure if they could get everything on the truck . He assured me that it would not be a problem and everything worked out fine . I am so happy with this company . I would use them again in the future and recommend them highly . .

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had purchased a $119 Angie's List deal for hauling of a 1/4 truck full of items. They arrived on time and were extremely courteous and attentive as I noted what needed to be hauled away and what was to stay in a crowded garage area. I wasn't sure everything was going to "fit" within the deal I had purchased, but was assured prior to the loading that it wasn't a problem and they'd be able to take everything I wanted removed for the Angie's List deal price. In less than half an hour, everything was loaded and the garage area where the items were stacked was swept clean. Their punctuality, courteousness and attention to detail would make me select J & A Hauling, without hesitation, for my future hauling needs.

Jeff and co worker came to pick up 3 pieces of old furniture. They were friendly, helpful, and had everything gone in 5 minutes. One piece was a large, heavy sleeper sofa. It took 4-5 people to get into the house. I thought I'd have to sell the house with the couch still in it. They had it out of the house without any issues in a few minutes. Only one issue came up, the customer before my pickup held the guys over so they were about 30 minutes late for my pickup.

Just one employee came out and it took him about an hour. They were awesome. They were really good with.

They hauled away the things I wanted them to get rid of. It took them about 2 hours. Two employees came out to do the service. Jeff was really good, professional, gave me a quote upfront the day before. He then came out the next day to do the service and brought a helper with him.

I called him this am and he came out this afternoon to perform the tasks. He was so friendly and professional. I would definitely use this service again...in fact I plan to in the very near future.

I live out of town. J&A immediately responded to the request on the same day, offered to provide pictures before and after completion, and committed to completing the job the next day. The quality of their work was excellent and exceeded expectation. For this reason, I recommend this company for hauling, and I would use them again. The ?B? rating is based on the following: I inquired about using J&A?s great deal coupon. J&A said the deal does not include construction material. The deal description does include construction material, but could not be used. Next, making payment was challenging. J&A indicated they needed payment by 4pm on the completion date, and I agreed. They did not accept credit cards, and suggested PayPal. So I setup an account. Then on the day of completion, they said they didn?t have a PayPal account, and suggested Pod Money. After I setup a Pod Money account, they learned that Pod Money has a one business day for payout. This was not acceptable, so next we had to use Western Union. This back and forth was challenging for me and J&A.

They were really good and I liked them. They took care of everything. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. They sent one person out to do the job. The scheduling was great and they worked with me to get the service scheduled.

Jeff and his crew are top notch. Very polite and respectful. He knew exactly what he was doing and he was also giving good instructions to the other members of his crew who were a little new. Tore out an entire kitchen tile floor that was very stubborn to get off. Removed back splash, counters, tub, tile surround, vanity and some cabinets. The most reasonably priced out of three bids I received. Highly recommended.

My experience was great. He showed up when he said and made quick work of things. Did a fantastic job even in the pouring rain. Everything was neatly picked up, the yard and area was nicely raked and everything was taken away. I will definitely recommend him to others and will use J&A in the future.

I have used Jeff several times now and he is a very hard worker. He is always on time and he is very pleasant to work with. I will be using him again this summer when I finish cleaning out my garage!

I called Fri 6/6/14 at 8:30am. His wife answered and said, he would talk to me. Jeff listened to what I needed demo in the area.... (Tub & Tile walls removed and toilet). He was going to try to fit me in same day I called... Friday late afternoon or Sat. He said, I will call me either way to conf. day and time. He did want was on his buss. card Same Day Service!!!!!!! At 3:30pm Jeff called and said, I am on my way to your house to give you a est. and ready to do the job if you want. Well, I tell you its been a long time since I met a well round young nice man. His price was great-- he took his time with his co-work to make sure he did not damage any when he demo. the bathroom. Any other person might just rush and rip & have the job done in 45mins. and make a mess and damage something. NOT him. really nice work.. I have to say, Outstanding company to have in my home. If I was rich and full of $$$ I would pay in triple what he est. the cost... I am one picky person. and he was wonderful...I am ready to get started on my 2nd bathroom demo..

He was a little early which to me is better than being late. We prepared an area with all of the items we wanted hauled away as well as directed him to the "jungle" behind the garage. He did a great job working quickly and efficiently. I will use him again as well as refer any friends and family that may need this service.

My husband's family owns an empty lot within a neighborhood of Columbus that has been used as a "dumping ground" and J&A Hauling really took care of us! The lot had tree limbs, trash, bricks, and rocks and we had made 6-8 piles of it along the property line. They showed up on the scheduled date (ahead of time actually) and took care of everything. April was great! She had one of her employees go to the lot and take pictures beforehand for our quote and then sent pictures after the trash was picked up so we would be assured the lot was clean. WIll definitely call on them again and refer to our friends!

It went really well and very quickly. He had has trailer with him and had it all set up to securely remove the junk. He did all the work and it didn't take him very long to load up the junk. When he was done he swept up the area were the junk was piled. I would feel very comfortable with referring J & A Hauling to any of my friends or family that might need some junk hauled.

The collection was absolutely smooth. Arrangements were made in advance and adhered to strictly. All materials were removed by the company without assistance, despite the bulk of some items and the presence of nails in many board fragments. Cleanup was thorough. The provider was couteous. He listened carefully to what I wanted and did exactly what was requested.

They were professional and punctual.

J&A Hauling did a great job. They contacted me immediately after I purchased their deal to set up an appointment. They made sure we were both clear on what I wanted picked up and about the limitations of the deal, so that we wouldn't have any surprises when they showed up. They arrived on time and were very professional and efficient in their work.

It was fine. We've never been disappointed with anyone we've used from Angie's List. They came, they got it and left.

We were very satisfied with them and we would use them again. The guy that came was the owner of the business. He was really energetic and passionate about what he does. The price was very good as I was quoted a lot higher from other companies.

He fit us in for an appointment within 24 hours of calling, was very accommodating and prompt...we'll definitely be calling on him again!

I just had hip surgery so I had to delay the date of service for several months. During this time we communicated via email and eventually arranged a mutual agreeable date. Jeff showed up on time and after showing him the items to be removed, he told me he would do a review as he was loading the items and pull anything he thought might be valuable. Jeff started and must have made fifty trips from my basement to the truck. He was quick, personable and professional. He pulled a set of golf clubs and an electric keyboard that somehow was buried under other junk. Jeff never messed around and did not stop until the task was completed. He then cleaned up the vacated area. I was so impressed that I gave him a large tip and said I will call him to continue with the remaining areas of my large basement. Prior to the actual work he and I agreed to an extra charge as he would need to move the items from the basement rather than the garage. I will certainly use Jeff for the rest of the task. Retirement here I come, sooner rather than later thanks to Jeff's hard work.
