This company is the real deal! They were incredibly professional, prompt, and efficient. I purchased the Angie's List deal for 4 cubic yards of junk removal. We had a variety of demo materials in our garage from a bathroom update, along with wooden boards, broken fishing pools, etc. The company sent me a message within a couple hours of purchasing the deal, and they scheduled our pickup for 2 days later (they were available the same day, but the day I chose was my earliest availability). They came on time, loaded all the items into their truck, and even swept up (in under 30 minutes). I was uncertain if our items were below the 4 cubic yards, but Jeff said we were good to go. Awesome company. I highly recommend them.

J&A Hauling contacted me within a couple of hours after my purchase of an Angie's list deal. I sent them three different dates as options to come to my home. They actually came the very next day! Wonderful! The employees were prompt and (even called 20 min prior to arriva!), very polite,and efficient. The Angie's list deal price was accepted with no problems. I haven't have such an easy service call as the J&A Hauling appointment in a very long time. They were great!

I had two piles of construction material to be picked up plus and old, wooden, glider. One was an old pile of materials that had been in my alley for almost a year and was now partially covered with tree limbs and leaves. The second pile was wood removed from our deck remodel, including floor, railing and balusters (over 100). That pile was on my patio in the backyard. I contacted J & A Hauling to ask if they would pick up this kind of material. Jeff responded very quickly and said that it sounded like materials they would pick up. I asked him if he wanted to come look at the piles or if I could just send him pictures for an estimate. He said I could send the pictures and he could give me an estimate. I also told him that there would be the old deck steps added to the pile and scrap from the new steps also to be added. He gave me an estimate with a range from a low of $150 up to a high of $220 depending on what he found when he actually looked at the piles. I accepted and he sent me available dates for pick-up. He came on time and pulled into the alley. Jeff and his assistant were great! They were courteous and efficient and cleaned up when t they were done, actually sweeping the patio area. He also took a couple of landscape timbers that we asked him to throw in at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised when the actual cost turned out to be the lowest end of his estimate. It was only six days from initial contact to completed job! I couldn't be happier and will definitely reccomend him to anyone

I saw the Angie's list deal and called before purchasing to make sure they could do the work within 48 hours. April was very helpful on the phone and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. I then paid online. Jeff and a helper met me the next day at the scheduled time. They were very enthusiastic about the work and did a great job. They worked quickly and were done the job in no time at all, allowing me to get back to my day. Also they were happy to help move a few extra things into my vehicle so I could take them to donate at the dog shelter. I would definitely recommend J&A Hauling for any hauling needs you have. The price for their service is fair and reasonable. I will call them again when I get my garage and basement cleaned out. It was a pleasure doing business with people who have a passion for customer service and satisfaction!

This was great. I never felt so good to throw my junk away! I have to admit I was embarrassed to have anyone go down in my basement (it was that bad..LOL) He was so friendly, punctual, thorough and quick! Excellent service! He even asked me if I wanted to take another look around t make sure I got everything I needed to get rid of. If you need to clean up and want rid of your junk, don't hesitate to use J & A Hauling!

Called company and received a quote for hauling. Jeff came the next day and removed old hot tub and cleaned up all the debris.

An estimate was given off of picture that I sent to them. Very reasonable. Very prompt. Very professional.

They moved a side by side fridge from an office to our house. And moved the old side by side fridge from our kitchen to the basement. They did a great Job.

They showed up at the agreed time and did all the loading of our unneeded junk. All I had to do was let them know what to take.
