Service was great. I messaged them prior to purchasing deal and they were very courteous and were able to pick up very quickly. We put 2 toilets and 2 lawn mowers down by the road and they picked up everything the day they said they would.

It went great. Jeff was very patient as my wife and I made decisions about which items stay and which go and he cheerfully moved them out to his trailer. He had his materials and processes well organized; he charges by how much of his trailer he fills, and I watched as he carefully packed it to use all the available space. We used about two thirds of his small trailer. Very fair. Highly recommended.

They were professional, knew what they were doing, cleaned up afterwards and did a few things they didn't even have to do. Everything went smoothly and they did a great job. Even their receptionist was wonderful. They were also very prompt, I called on Friday and they came out Sunday.

Great. Came the next day and removed the items. Charged me their minimum which was $75 which was acceptable but a little expensive for the amount I needed removed.

Jeff and April are an absolute joy to work with! Not only are both very professional and friendly over the phone, they were able to work us in with very short notice the day of our request, which was extremely appreciated! Jeff and the young man who actually performed the work, were efficient, prompt and extremely professional upon arrival and WOW - did they work quickly!! They got in - got it done - and then cleaned/swept up the area after the junk had been removed. Very happy with their services and will definitely use them again in the future!!

Came Thursday. Gave me the $80 estimate. Truck was full so couldn't remove the stuff immediately. Returned Tuesday exactly at the appointed time and removed all the stuff quickly and efficiently.

I was getting my house ready to sell and I had a significant pile of junk in the basement for them to take. I filled a Bagster from Home Depot very easily and realized at $145 a pop it was going to cost me a fortune to have the rest of it removed. I wish I called J&A first because they hauled away probably a total of two or three more Bagsters worth of junk for less than the price of one. They also took electronics what you can't put in a Bagster. They were courteous professional and very easy to work with.

It went great, they showed up on time and hauled it all away. It was probably more than 4 cubic yards, but that didn't bother them. Two guys came and made sure they weren't taking anything they weren't supposed to. They took it all and drove away.

Came within hours of me requesting bulk pick-up of trash after a remodel in my bathroom. The gentleman was very friendly, loaded all the trash and swept my walk after. I highly recommend them for bulk removal and loading. I will use J&A Hauling again.
