Jeff Ding (the owner) was superb to work with. He was very prompt in establishing contact after I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for him to haul 3.5 cubic yards of junk. He was very accommodating in scheduling pick up and he was very prompt and professional when he came to pick up the junk. He was very pleasant to work with and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

They came out and did exactly what I needed done. They did a great job and I very happy with the service. I would use them again and recommend their services to others.

The young men were punctual, polite and very professional. They cleaned up the mess in just about an hour! The price for the work they did was quite reasonable, and I would definitely hire them again or recommend them to my friends. All in all a very positive experience! :)

He arrived right on time, gave me a quote and said he could take it right then and there! I was expecting him to come back, as this was only for an estimate. He hauled it all in the rain. Several trips. And as I said, he hauled things from inside the house that other haulers would not do. He is young, positive and hardworking. I was impressed with his enthusiasm for owning his own small company and his effort to impress his customers. All around a nice guy and a hard worker. I recommend him and will use him again.

Jeff and April cleaned up a huge mess in our backyard from a patio room demolition. They showed up on time. Both of them worked really hard the entire time, were very polite and did a great job cleaning up. They swept, raked and even took some old windows that weren't included in the original estimate for no additional charge. We look forward to hiring them again soon to help remove an old shed from our property.

I purchased a larger metal desk at a local online auction I knew would not fit in my van. I called Jeff the morning of the auction pickup (that was at 3:00 PM) and he was able to meet me at the pick up site, load the desk and transport it about 20 miles across town. I am very pleased with his friendliness, and willingness to help out with my same day request. I would and likely will use him again for this type of service. He was there promptly at 3:00 and did an excellent job with a very friendly attitude.Moving

I've worked with J & A in the past, and was aware of the speed and quality of work that they perform, so I didn't hesitate to call them again. After the call on a Friday evening, they were out on Saturday morning, ready to go. After two days, the destroyed carpeting was gone, drywall and framing removed and broken cabinets removed. They showed extreme care in not causing any further issues with the property. I have and will continue to recommend J & A Hauling for any light-to-medium demolition and hauling of debris.

I found this guy on Craigslist at 10pm in the evening and he was on-site the next morning by 6:50am eager and ready to work. He is a very hard worker, punctual, professional, and friendly. For the second job we contacted him on "Superbowl Sunday" when we were in a bind (from a mover who never showed up), because we needed a bedroom suit picked up and delivered to our home that day. He eagerly made the trip (and brought a friend to help) to the north side of town to pick up the furniture and delivered it (upstairs) to our home in Canal Winchester. We plan to use him for future jobs. :-)
