I was amazed at the professionals that came to do the treatment today. They were actually early. They were polite, friendly, helpful, and patient. They answered all my questions (I had many!). They brought a problem to my attention in the basement--black widow spiders--that I didn't even know about. Ack! As Mike was telling me about the black widows, my brain is thinking "oh no" this is going to be one of those things where they try to add on service. But no, it was totally part of what they do, and they simply added the correct product to take care of it. At the end of the service, Mike took his time explaining what would happen next. I have never had a pest control company, and I'm thankful I chose Insight. They really made me feel comfortable with their service.

Insight was great. They arrived on time, very professional, took time to explain what they were using, how they would apply product and recommendations to help prevent further infestations. Did a very thorough job. They come back at no charge if ants returned and they did. They came out a second time quickly. Set a few extra traps and did another sweep of exterior to take care of the problem. Their tech Joy Pagan was very professional and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure we were okay with the service.

My technician, Justin Van Meter, was very professional and courteous. He patiently listened to my concerns and then talked me through the process he was going to use to address my problems. He made several different treatments to address different pests and then met with me to review his work and to let me know how to contact him if there are any issues or problems that arise before my next scheduled treatment. As far as I am concerned, Insight and Justin rate an A+++ in customer service.

Service is wonderful. highly recommend this company. Service tech let me know a couple of days ahead of time that he was coming and asked if there were any particular issues I wanted addressed in addition to the quarterly visits I have set up.

It's too soon to know how effective the treatment is; however, I've been in contract with a competitor to this company for $10 more per month and have never received such thorough service. The technician was here for two hours and explained everything he was doing. He also gave me tips for managing my landscaping to avoid insect problems.

Our technician, Isaìas, came to the house within the window that was given. He inspected the exterior if the house to see if there were any trouble spots that could provide easy access to bugs entering the house. He asked what our problem pests were and where we mostly found them to ensure he could take more action in those areas. He took his time through each area of the house that we were told would be treated. He even sprayed areas around the windows and ceilings where he noticed spider webs. We were very happy with our service. It's early to tell if the treatments have worked, but will hopefully be pest free soon!

Everytthing went very well. The technician was quick and knew what he was doing. After each room he explained what he was doing and asked for questions.

Rep (Isaias) arrived in the morning and was ready to work. Isaias was very professional and friendly and explained all of the services he was performing. Very detailed in his work. Left contact name and number in case any issues may come up.

After two missed appointments, the third went very well. The technician showed up on time, and did a thorough job. He was polite and competent. No complaints

I watched the technician pour over every detail of my home as well as answering all of my questions. He was thorough and respectful of my home and items and in and outside the property. It didn't feel like they were just doing a job. They had a sense of pride in their work and and knew and wanted it to more than a one time deal. They were looking for a long customer service relationship and was willing to go the distance to provide excellent care and service.

While my husband and I were sitting on our porch, one of their salesmen came by our door the other day and asked if we would like to try their services. He informed us that our neighbors were in some way using them and he used their first name. I let him know that I was already in contract with an Angie's List provider. He probed a little more but I again let him know that I wasn't interested. When he left, he asked me and my husband for our first names and then quickly gave us his. That got me to thinking... was he going to use our names to tell other neighbor's that we chose to do work with them? THEN, I went down to our neighbor's house of the names that he mentioned. And as I suspected, they informed me that they had told him no they didn't need services but that he could contact them in 6 weeks. So, he tried to mislead me into believing that my neighbor's had already chosen to work with them. NOT an HONEST SALES TACTIC. Will not even try them in the future. If I can't trust them at my front door, how can I trust them IN my home?

The technician explain every step of his process. Explained the purpose and function of the equipment and products and carried out a thorough application inside and outside the house. We have not seen any more ants. We are really happy with the service provided.

Insight Pest Solutions has been a very good experience for us. They rid our home of pests, and provide professional service at a reasonable cost. Our technician Justin Van Meter was very courteous, professional, and answered any questions cheerfully. We couldn't have asked for better service. We highly recommend this company.

Our technician was Isaias Cintron who did a fantastic and thorough job. He was very conscientious in providing top notch, quality service. His disposition for customer service was to treat our house as if it were his own. He was very receptive to any special requests that I had, and gave clear explanations about the process, what he was doing, and even provided good tips on how to keep our house pest free. I highly recommend him for his outstanding attitude and work ethic.

We've been using Insight for about 2 years now. Justin has been our technician for both years. We use them quarterly to treat our wood siding house for carpenter bees, termites, spiders, carpenter ants, etc. You name it, we've got those insects! Since using Insight, we've noticed that the spider activity has diminished. We've also had them come back in between services (at no additional cost) for any intermediate activity between our quarterly service. Scheduling is easy and I love knowing the face that shows up to my door. Justin is always friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and our services. It's great knowing we're working with a company that treats their employees and customers well and provide pet and kid friendly pest services.

I was told by salesman that they used a powder not a spray. I believe they used a powder the first application but not subsequent ones. I also asked that the interior of my home be treated every time, and salesman agreed - there was no additional charge for this. They treated the interior the first time but just came out the 2nd time and treated only the exterior . I believe I called them after this 2nd application and had them come back out and treat the interior. For the 3rd and 4th application, they just came out and treated the exterior. Had I not been under a 1-year contract, I would have cancelled after the 3rd treatment but had to wait until I fulfilled my end of the contract (4 treatments). I know I should have called after the 3rd and 4th times but figured if they couldn't keep it straight after 2 treatments why should I take my time to remind them - plenty of other services out there. I did not have a huge bug problem in the first place - just occasional insects, spiders etc. in the house. I did not see any significant decrease after treatments began - probably because it wasn't a huge problem in the first place. When I called to cancel, the woman was very polite and professional. I called on my lunch hour on a work day. But I received a return call a few hours later. The gentleman started to "chat me up" to get me to not cancel, I told him I was at work and could he cut to the chase. He replied that they gave me the courtesy of their time when I called earlier so I should give them the same courtesy. I listened quietly but even after he offered to reduce the price, I declined to continue the service. In hindsight, when he said I needed to extend them the same courtesy, I should have reminded him that I was the customer and when I called (on my own time) I was calling a business - when he returned the call (and I was on my employer's time) he was not calling a business but an individual who was at work. It probably was best I didn't mention that - not sure he would have reacted kindly and I know I would not have responded kindly after that. All in all, service was fine (except for the final phone call!), price was no better or worse than comparable services but I just felt it wasn't worth the expense.

The Tech arrived early after calling me to let me know he was available early. He assessed our issues and treated the problem, and a few issues of which we were unaware. He explained the products he was using at our home clearly. He directed us on what to do/ expect for the following 48-72 hours. Was very pleasant and personal.

He found the ants and followed their trail to an electrical outlet. He took off the cover put some kind of bait/poison in it and then put the cover back on. He also treated some other places where we didn't see any ants but just to be safe. He was very thorough.

Insight Pest Solutions has been fantastic to work with. I have used them just over one year and am a quarterly treatment customer. They rid our house of ants where numerous other companies were unsuccessful. They also treated my swingset that was getting overtaken by carpenter bees without question. Each person that we have worked with from the office team to the techs have been friendly and above all very helpful. Our technician, Joy, spent plenty of time with us to be sure to understand and adequately treat every concern we had (keep in mind we've been happy customers for over a year - this is how they treat everyone - not just potential or new customers). They are very thorough and do not take short cuts. I can not say enough great things about this company and would highly recommend Insight Pest Solutions to anyone.

I have been with them for over 6 months. I have had to call about bugs etc. the whole Idea about having a pest control was that I wouldnt have pests but I did I called etc. However now it is ant season and I called and they sprayed 2 x and I had to call again and it was 3 days out and they didn't show up. Now the soonest visit 3 days out so I am still having to deal with and take care of alot of it myself. So after this next payment I will def drop them.

Job well done. I noticed Justin treating my house while I was finishing up dinner with my family. I headed outside to introduce myself and ask a question about stink bugs. Justin was running late for his next appointment but took the time to answer my questions and come into my home and spray the room that we have had problems with. He was very professional and polite.

Awesome customer service. Responsive if there are issues with pests in between service appointments. Helpful in addressing concerns during the quarterly treatments, and provide information in walking around perimeter with them. We live on a densely wooded lot, and they have provided service that pretty much eliminated insects in the home.

I'm impressed by the people I've dealt with. The company is responsive to customer needs. The treatments have been effective. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in pest control.
