Personable and professional, they did a great job. I had them do a deep clean of my house right before I put it on the market, and this has made upkeep so much easier.

They are truly a class act! Della and the girls have worked for me for 10 years and they go over and above what other services provide. Whether it's special events, home watch or helping me get ready for a business meeting.. they are truly remarkable! No one touches my office or home but Helping Hands!

While the customer service was nice, I was a little disappointed that there was not much attention to detail. I hired them for a move in service, cleaning inside and out of cabinets, appliances, and I felt as though some things were overlooked.

The young ladies that arrived were very professional and personable. I appreciated the hard work and attention to detail, asking if there was anything in particular that needed their attention. Very nice! An initial miscommunication on the arrival day and time was handled in a courteous and professional manner which is rare in the service industry. My hats off that customer service is at the forefront of this business.

Kitchen floor needed more attention.

I recently moved to Columbus and was concerned that I would not be able to find a great cleaning service; I was spoiled by the wonderful team I had in North Carolina. I had a terrible experience with another company a few weeks prior to my appointment with Helping Hands; I was worried this would be the norm. The ladies from Helping Hands were prompt (precisely on time!), professional, thorough, and pleasant. They also finished cleaning in less time than initially quoted and charged me accordingly.

The service Helping Hands provided (a one-time service) was wonderful. They were able to meet my (last minute!) scheduling needs and did a beautiful job. I will definitely contact this business again.

The cleaning folks that came to my home did a wonderful job. They took great attention to details and really worked hard to make sure I got the services I requested. It took a longer than we anticipated - but, they took it in their stride. They were very nice ladies to have around.

Three of them came into our home and did a great Job. They showed up a few minutes early to get instructions on what needed to be done and they went right to it. They were fast and detailed, I will certainly be having them back.
