He was very good. He came back to inspect again once. He was just very knowledgeable, and his price was very competitive. He did extra work for us; he took care of some ants and other things in the basement. He actually came out and did an inspection. Other companies just gave me a rate by phone.

Gas Leak Repair
Satisfactory. GICO came out a few days after the call (which was a bit slow given the gas smell, but since it was outdoors and not in I was not too worried). They determined the leak was at the meter and gave me instructions w/phone # to call Columbia Gas, as it was their meter and GICO could not touch it. Columbia Gas came right out, confirmed GICO's diagnosis and replaced the meter on the spot.
