Our outside trim finally got painted. Due to the weather the job took longer than normal. Mark was very professional and always kept be posted to when he would begin to have one of his staff start painting. The painter was very good, professional and did an excellent job cleaning up after the painting was completed. I would definitely use them again. And I would like the same painter.

There was a slight glitch in scheduling as they were supposed to start on May 6, 2014 but another job took longer than anticipated and they did not start until May 7, 2014. Mark was good about communicating about the issue as soon as he was aware and the painters arrived promptly at 8 am on May 7th. They were there all day on the 7th - until 6:30 pm - and a few hours on the 8th. There was a crew of three painters. They were very nice and professional. The painting job was excellent and they did a great job of patching the ceiling and covering the insulation holes so they were not visible through the paint. After they were done painting, the crew leader walked me through all the painted areas to make sure I was satisfied. I also received an email from Mark Tabor, the owner, to make sure everything was satisfactory before he invoiced me. Fresh Touch was extremely professional, easy to work with and did a great job. I would definitely use their services again.

Estimate was provided by Mark during a short visit. Unforeseen circumstances necessitated delay in starting the project. Mark was very cooperative in rescheduling work twice. John arrived at scheduled time, preformed tasks in timely and professional manner. Wall paper removal proved to be more difficult and time-consuming than expected, so the project required a couple of hours more than planned. Extra fee was expected and fair. The appearance of the newly painted bathroom exceeded our expectation.

After having Mark and his team paint the inside of our home it was a no brainer to have him come back for some outside work now that the weather is nice. He took our ratty old shutters and have the entire house a face lift by painting them. Once again, the work is top notch. We love the new look of our exterior.

This company deserves ever bit of an A rating and more! Mark is professional and excellent to work with. Ismael and his crew perform top notch work and I am consistently impressed with their skill and finishing. The most professional, punctual crew I've worked with! I highly recommend Fresh Touch Custom Painting (and already have to several neighbors/friends!). They showed up each day at exactly the time they said they would (I've worked with MANY contractors and believe it or not punctuality can be a problem). The crew was personable and professional. I was very impressed with how organized they were and how well they cleaned up after their work (even between days on the job). If you're considering interior and/or exterior painting services you should absolutely call these guys. Not only are they easy and pleasant to work with but they're a great value!

The power wash was performed as scheduled. The entire house was washed including a small wooden landing that looked like new after the wash. The painters arrived as scheduled a few days later. There were 6 of them. They prepped the surfaces and got the matching paint color. They worked quietly and diligently to complete the job in one day. They asked questions as needed and discussed the results with a tour of their work after completion. They did a very nice job and cleaned up everything afterwards. It was a very professional job and we are satisfied with the results.

They helped me find the least expensive way to do the job well the workers were fabulous. The owner is an honest and fair man. I am buying a house soon and I will use them again.

I contacted Mark in the mid-Fall of 2013 regarding the work that needed to be done on my parent's house. We met to discuss the project and he let me know at the time that due to the size of the project and the potential for bad weather that they may not be able to start the project until the spring of 2014. They still had other jobs scheduled that needed to get done before bad weather arrived. This was not an issue, and I appreciated being made aware of this upfront. In late fall, Mark sent an email stating that they were finished with outdoor work for the season. Fresh Touch did some interior painting during the winter and we were very pleased with the results. As nicer weather rolled around, Mark proactively contacted me regarding the schedule. I provided him with the paint and stain colors, and his crew did the rest. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up when they finished at the end of the day. The entire project took approximately two days. The work was completed to our satisfaction and with little to no mess. Once they were finished, the crew leader took me around to look at the work that was done. He told me that if there are any issues or if a touch up would need to be done in the future to contact Mark. I have had to deal with a number and variety of contractors over the past six months, and I can easily say that this was one of the best experiences - no worries, no hassle and no mess. For the scope of the project, I found the quote to be very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Fresh Touch to friends and family or to use their services when my house needs painted.

Greg did an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC job power washing my home. My house looks gorgeous. The aluminum siding and white trim looks brand new! I will definitely use them again! Excellent job!

Couldn't be more satisfied with the end result. Mark came out and did the quote in the winter, and had a crew out as soon as the weather cleared. The house was power washed a few days prior, and the paint job was completed in one day. Had some issues choosing colors because their color consult expert was out on leave. Mark stepped up and gave us advice on what colors we should consider and it came out wonderful. Chose FTC from a few quotes because of price and the owner seemed much more personable. They also had a rep follow up the following morning to ensure everything came out the way I liked, and even pointed out some very minor things that I would have not noticed, and offered to correct. I believe most companies would have not mentioned anything. Overall, I'd use FTC again and plan to recommend to others.

Work was completed quickly and with care. The house and fence look amazing! I wish I had some before and after pics to share, but can tell you I noticed a difference in how my home and fence looked immediately. Mark's communication throughout the project was great. This is particularly important because he is in a 'weather-permitting' business. He was clear about the timeline up front and provided updates on his workload throughout the project. His crew took extra care with landscapping and plants near and around the house.

Mark kept me in the loop on the rescheduling due to unpredictable rain and snow in Ohio. I discussed my concern about water intrusion through missing siding in the back of the house with him. He made a note for his crew to be careful. I also had my handyman tape the area with Lowes Tyvek tape. I saw the house after the work was done. No water leak inside of the house. It smells clean. It looks nice and the gutter is white. I will use them again.

Fresh touch was proactive in rescheduling service due to weather. They showed up on the agreed upon day and the house and patio look great. He gave me advice on how to repair prior patio wear and tear. Overall a good experience.

The service turned out good. I did not pay anything above $195 of the big deal. The impression of the people was good, and I thought they did a good job. The people who did the work did fine.

I was very happy with the process and the job they performed. It was easy to schedule and the painter did a wonderful job. He was very conscientious and called me in to look at a few things while he was painting to make sure I was ok with how it looked. He also replaced all the receptacle covers before leaving. I am so pleased and would hire this company again.

The whole process went very well from inital estimate to completion of the work. Mark was very prompt in returning my initial call to discuss the work I wanted done and scheduled a time that same week to provide me with an estimate. Estimate was provided by e-mail later that day and all follow up quesitons I had about the estimate, which were minimal, were promptly answered. The work was scheduled in a timely manor after I selected the wall color. The crew arrived on time the moring the work was to begin. The crew leader met with with to reconfirm the work to be done and the color. Work began promptly and was completed the next day. The crew was very courtious and professional at all times. When I would need to pass through the area where the crew was working the crew leader always took the time to speak with me and make sure I was happy with the work that had been completed so far. I am very happy with the work that was completed. Looks Great!

Communication was excellent. Scheduling was easy. Very professional. No complaints at all. My house has white vinyl siding, it really needed washed. It looked GREAT after the power wash. The worker was professional and very kind. I recommend this company! A+

They did a great job: I was very impressed with the results. I have had my home pressure washed before by other firms, but Fresh Touch Painting did by far the best job of getting my siding and gutters clean, They were very thorough and took the time to do the job right. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend them to others.

We were so pleased with the painting that Fresh Touch did at our home. Every one was polite and courteous. John, the supervisor of the group, was outstanding. They moved furniture and when finished, returned all furniture to it's proper p[lace. They even removed all the hangers from our paintings and put them back up with the correct location in its original position. We even changed a paint color in the middle of the process, and John was completely fine with the changes. We would highly recommend Fresh Touch and some our neighbors are eager to use this company. OUTSTANDING PAINTING SERVICES. They did such a good job we have contracted with them to paint our metal roof on a farm house located in different county.
