They are a very professional company with excellent staff. Mark, the owner, arrived on-time to give an estimate. His crew arrived on-time and painted the interior of our three story office during work hours. Due to their professional manner, they did not interrupt our work day. You didn't know they were here. They did an amazing job! Highly recommend them for home or office painting.

Mark Tabor was prompt and provided an estimate to paint the interior entry to our home. The entryway is high (maybe 20 feet) and I did not want to tackle the job. Mark noticed the old water stain on our ceiling and I asked him if he could fix it. Mark said he can try using a stain blocker but warned that the white color may not match and it may be brighter than the surrounding area. He gave us the option after the stain was covered to either keep it as is or to repaint the whole ceiling so it would match. I gave Mark the color sample for the walls and he said he'd send an estimate via e-mail. About a day later we received an estimate and agreed on a date to start work. Mark's three employees arrived on the date and immediately got to work. The stain blocker was applied and, as Mark stated, it did not match the surrounding paint. I advised the crew to repaint the ceiling. The painting crew did a great job and I am very satisfied to their attention to detail. This is the second time we hired Fresh Touch Custom Painting and it will not be the last. Mark and his crew are very attentive and made sure that the work was performed to our satisfaction.

It went very well. I actually had four estimates to do the painting. One was extremely low and one extremely high. Fresh Touch was one of the middle two and I actually had good vibes from the estimator and they answered my follow-up questions promptly so I went with them. Mark Tabor gave me an estimated time, about six weeks out, that the job would be done...depending on weather, of course. I was in no hurry as long as it was done before winter came. They kept me informed on the progress of the schedule and rain delayed it a little bit but that was understandable. They gave me a heads up on when the power washing was going to be done and the actual painting came about a week later. Again, Mark stayed in touch and quickly answered my questions via e-mail. They arrived for the painting on time and worked extremely hard, and long hours, and did a great job. They were the hardest workers I have ever seen!!!! The head painter also answered any questions I had. Other than the prep that I stated above, they covered all of my windows, with plastic to protect them, and showed great care for my many foundation plantings. They removed the gutters, painted behind them, and then replaced them with care. My front door and sidelight panels were stained previously and rather than have them re-stained, I decided to have them painted. They took great care around the leaded glass in the doors and the work was done perfectly and looks beautiful! The whole house looks great and we are very happy we chose them. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Estimate was very competiive. Mark's team of 5 did an outstanding job - completing all of the work in one long day. The team was great to work with and even did extra work to make sure that everything looked great. Will do business with them again.

The service worked out really well. They were very flexible. I scheduled with them through the Angie’s List email and they were really busy due to the deal. They did have to reschedule once due to rain. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

He did the job twice. He’s not satisfied with the job. He was an honest man, it just didn’t help the cement at all.

It was fine. It took them a while to show up about a month and a half. We had to keep following up with them. They did a fair job. They provided a small rebate check for the problems we had.

Good communication, work ethic, cleanliness, and courteous. Painted exterior cedar siding and trim. Masked appropriately as not to paint brick or water spigot openings. Clean lines. Used top quality Sherwin Williams paint.

I purchased the big deal for exterior power washing. Due to the rainy weather it took a few weeks for them to come out, which was not an issue for me. They were in contact with me weekly to keep me updated on when the job would be complete. The job was done this past Friday and the house looks great! It's so bright and clean! Thanks!

Fresh Touch Custom Painting was very easy to work with, and quick to give an detailed estimate. After signing a contract with them, work started in just a few days. The crew knocked out all the prep, work, and clean up all in one day. They matched the paint perfectly. It has made such an improvement to the look of the back. I will probably have them do the rest of the house in the near future since it is such a quick a reasonable fix to touch up the appearance of the house.

The gentleman performing the work was courteous and professional. He explained which areas presented challenges and then proceeded to clean the home. He did a nice job at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Fresh Touch for that reason. My one small complaint would involve the scheduling of the appointment. When I purchased the Big Deal I was told they would be able to do my job in 2 to 3 weeks depending on the weather. I was later updated that the work would be completed during a particular week. I didn't know the day the job was going to be performed until the morning they actually planned to perform the job. They ended up there at the exact same time I had carpet cleaners at my home performing another job. The timing wasn't ideal. With a little more advance notice I probably could have avoided that scheduling problem. In all though I was pretty satisfied with the experience.

Ryan arrived on schedule and worked very efficiently. There was much to be done and they got it all completed in a quick two days. They were well organized and left everything perfectly clean.

Our house was in bad need of a pressure wash. We were gone the day they came but the job was performed very well. The house looks great! There was some delay in getting the job done which was a little frustrating but the provider kept me informed via Angie's list message. I gave them a 6 on punctuality anyway because the provider explained the rainier than normal Spring had caused many delays. I don't think the wait was typical and in the long run it didn't affect the job at all.

Job started with top notch estimate that was significantly better than other painters on Angie's list with an A rating. They were in constant contact and sent out an color expert from sherwin Williams. Painting crew was very polite and responsive when I had to make a last minute change after I didn't like a color on a portion of the trim. I had numerous contacts w actual owner of company who came out twice and could always easily be reached. I would definitely use them again and plan to have them do some interior work in the future.

They performed minor repairs on the wood decking. I had two coats of paint applied to the deck and they also painted a garage entry door. They did an awesome job. The work was done in a timely manner but he was swamped with the number of deals that were purchased.

The positive experience started with the initial person who came to evaluate the job. He arrived at the agreed upon time and answered all questions. He emphasized quality during the initial contact and as the job is now done, I can see why. The work started at the agreed upon time. The workers were all professional and considerate of the home owners. They were in our home 4 days and completed all work above our expectations! They repaired defects in plaster that have been on the walls for many years. ( Our home was built in the 1920's.) I would highly recommend this company for any painting and repair of old homes. If they can do old homes, I know they can do new ones!! We also plan to use this company for another painting job and also exterior power washing of the home. K. Bowen

They kept in good communication with me after I purchased the deal. I thought that the price for the service was excellent. They were able to get the exterior clean more than I had expected. They even cleaned up a patio table on the back that had tree soot on it. My experience with them was fine and it worked out real well. I do have to call them back because it appears that they tapped into my water because my neighbor had found a flood in the yard. When the technician had hooked the hose back up, it must not have been done properly. I was surprised that they used my water supply without discussing it with me first. The work was okay and I have no complaints with the job that was done.

Met with and received a detailed estimate from the owner who also answered all the questions I had about the work. Work was delayed by unusually rainy weather, but I did receive periodic scheduling updates by email. When the weather broke, the painting was completed in an extremely professional manner over a holiday weekend. Friends and relatives have commented about how good the garage now looks. Although the cost was slightly higher than other estimates I received, the quality, responsiveness and professionalism was in my opinion worth the difference.
