I contacted Fresh Touch and was able to set up a time for a free estimate a couple of days later. Brian, who came out to give the estimate, was on time and very professional. He handed me a packet of papers that included their certificate of liability insurance and workers com information along with facts, frequently asked questions and reviews. We went over what I wanted done and Brian was very thorough in his explanations and helpful with his suggestions. He told me I would have the written estimate from Mark within 48 hours. The next morning I had the estimate in my mailbox. The price was comparable to other estimates, actually a little better with a seasonal discount. I decided to use Fresh Touch because of the professionalism shown in our first communications, quick responses to inquiries, and they gave me the impression they would do a good job. The job was scheduled about a week later and confirmed the day before. That morning, two painters showed up a little before 8 a.m. We went over exactly what was to be done again and they got started. The job took 2 days. The first day was mostly prep and painting of the trim. I was very impressed with the prep work. They were very thorough in making sure the walls were ready for paint the next day. Their attention to details is the reason the paint job looks so great! Both days, Brian stopped by to check on their work and see if I had any issues and there were none. After they painters finished on the second day, they cleaned up everything and even ran the sweeper throughout before leaving. Shortly after they left, I received a call from Brian checking to make sure that I was happy with the job. I couldn't have been more pleased! By the way, no money was paid until they were finished with the job and Brian had contacted me. A couple of days later I received an invoice by email from Mark and happily mailed off the check. I am already planning my next painting job and I will be using Fresh Touch Custom Painting!

We hired Fresh Touch Custom Painting to paint the interior of our home. We also used them during the summer of 2015 to paint the exterior. They did an excellent job both times. Our recent experience was outstanding.. The process took nearly 2 1/2 weeks and would have been longer had they not been able to have a large enough crew. At times during the job they had 8 people working. The crew size varied depending on the painting requirements for that day. They took extremely good care of our home and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. As expected there were a few paint drips on the floor and they took great care removing those each day. They used lots of plastic and tarps to keep paint away from furniture and floors. They moved and replaced all furniture as required. They were very careful and there were no damages to our home or furnishings. We periodically made a visual inspection looking for drips and marked them with blue painters' tape. They cleaned up all of them. At the end of the job, we did a walk through with the supervisor and found a few minor items. All of these were corrected immediately. They have another supervisor who periodically visited the job to make sure that everything was going well and that we were satisfied. They also have a quality control person who visited the job a few times. So their work was excellent and the crew members were very polite and accommodated any requests we had. The crew supervisor asked us daily if we had any questions or concerns. We made a few minor requests and they were addressed promptly. They also left us several partial cans of paint labeled with the colors so we would have a supply of touch-up paint. The end result is that the interior of our home looks better than it ever has during the 8 years we have lived in it. If you are looking for an excellent company to paint the interior or exterior of your home, we would most certainly recommend you consider Fresh Touch Custom Painting.

These guys are great. They communicated well, were clean and professional, and arrived always on time. The master was done with two coats in a single day with a crew of 4-5. After the powder room was done, I changed my mind on the color I picked and asked them to come back to change it. All that work was included in the price I noted. This was a lot of work overall with the powder room project, so the price was very reasonable. I plan to hire them again for another pending project. Because of the season, we did get a discount on their regular prices which is prorated according the total amount of the job.

The Fresh Touch team was absolutely fantastic! They were very respectful of our home and the things in it and were quite pleasant and fun to have around. The woman on the team even taught my grandson a little Spanish. When I saw them taking photos of some of the things on the walls so they could put them back, I knew we had a company that really cares about the quality of their work, and I was certainly provien correct. They went out of their way to find a unique color that we requested and to help us match paint with some curatains that proved a little tricky. If you are looking for someone to paint, call them. You will be glad you did!

We are extremely happy with the results of the work but were even more impressed with the professionalism of the management team and the painters. So much so that we've hired them again for another project we have coming up. Great company to work with and I would highly recommend them.

We contacted Mark through email and set up time for an estimate. We received the estimate within a day and after agreeing we were put on the schedule within a couple weeks. We could not be any happier about the work done in our ceilings. We also had them paint the exterior of our house several years ago and had the same experience. The team at Fresh Touch Painting provided us with a professional, reasonably-priced drywall and painting job that looks amazing. They have completed two separate jobs for us and both jobs exceeded our expectations. Mark and Brian are wonderful to work with from initial job quote to final walk through. Their team is punctual, clean, and flexible ? exactly what we needed for a master bathroom remodel. Last minute requests for additional work throughout the house were accommodated with a smile. In addition to their impeccable work, they are extremely trustworthy. We had absolutely no concerns about leaving a key under the doormat so they could complete the job while we were at work. It looks great, my walls are a beautiful white. It was an 8 hour deal, but he painted only one 12x15 room in that time. My husband was very upset. We were hoping to have two rooms painted in that time. I have painted 2 rooms myself, in 8 hours, and he was only able to do one. He didn't include the ceiling either, because he claimed it wasn't included in the deal. I had to pay some else to paint the ceiling. I am giving them a C overall because the work was just okay. I'm giving them a C for pricing, because I had to pay someone else to paint the ceiling. I would use this company again, but not a Big Deal offer.

Awesome!! Worker was punctual, courteous, professional, and willing to put up with me changing my mind a few times! He went straight to work with all of his own tools and supplies - there was no dawdling or playing around - he stayed focused and completed the jobs very well. And then he cleaned up after himself - vacuuming and taking out the trash. I wanted to add something else - I was asking about some specialized painting jobs in the future with him and his boss. They were honest and told me that they did not have that expertise - they did not try to take advantage of me in accepting a job they could not complete well. And they told me ways to find what I needed on Angie's List. I was very impressed with their work ethic.

This is the second time we have used Fresh Touch Custom Painting. The first time was for exterior painting and they did a great job. This time it was for interior painting and again they did a fantastic job. Armando and Jose were very professional, detailed, cleaned up through out the process not just at the end and were very polite and nice to our dogs which is very important to us. They did a great job of patching and sanding the walls too in areas where there were blemishes. They had a lot of wall space to cover and I didn't think they could get it all done in one day but they worked really well together and got 2 coats of paint on all the walls and went back and did any touch ups that were needed. The owner even stopped by to check in on them and make sure I was happy. I would definitely use them again for both exterior and interior painting. I highly recommend them.

the workers were professional . The work looks good. They were punctual and cleaned up afterwards. Since I had purchased an Angies list special from this company before I could not use it totally this time. I was charged 491 total . The deal that was purchased was for 199$ for 8 hrs work . My job was finished in one day, with three workers. I felt the price I was charged was expensive.

Jeff did everything I asked and was great. He spackled and sanded many nail holes and several larger holes. He painted two coats in the entire room and closet. He used 3 different colors and the paint lines look perfect. The ceiling and trim don't have any paint on them. The room looks great and I am very happy with their work.

The entire process was smooth and easy. The were very punctual and professional. Loved Lorenzo's crew. Will use again!

I had used Fresh Touch in the past to paint my deck with excellent results. It was no brainer for me to contact them again for my next paint job. The painters showed on time each day (Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday) & cleaned up & took their equipment with them at the end of each day. Lorenzo was the lead painter & he took care of filling nail holes & other imperfections in the walls prior to painting while 2 other painters were painting. They were very efficient . Brian & Jeff (management) were totally involved by either calling or stopping by to make sure that everything passed their high standards. The total bill came in at the estimated amount even though they had to use more paint than planned & they painted a short adjoining wall that was not in the plan. With the great results that we have had with Fresh Touch we are going to have them paint the exterior house trim in the spring.

Outstanding job. This is the second time we have used Fresh Touch and will definetly use the again Armando was again a pleasure to have in our home and real pro. Courteous and neat , not a smudge or a drop of paint after he finished. What I really liked was how careful he was removing tape and making sure there were no misses or paint on base board wood. The whole job went very well from start to finish with only three minor issues. They were very responsive from my first call for an estimate through the final walkthrough. They called before the powerwashing began and before painting began (on time). The crew was respectful of my property and very skilled. One of the issues was that the crew began painting my porch with the trim color (it was supposed to be white and this did not get communicated to them). I arrived home from work to see this and they immediately remedied it. They also forgot to caulk the seems on the porch (it was a brand new build). Again, they remedied it immediately by caulking everything and touching up the paint. The final problem was that I wanted satin finish and they used flat. This problem occurred because they did not ask, and I did not think to tell them. I wish paint color and finish was part of the contract. They offered to repaint in a satin finish, but I declined. Seemed like too much work for such a little thing. Overall, very happy and would use them again. (note that they were also my lowest estimate)

His workers showed up on time and did a nice job with skimy and drywall repair. The painting initially looked professionally done. Unfortunately I realized a flat paint was used which is awful for scuffs and not a semigloss. We have since have to fix it ourselves

This is the second time we came to Mark to do work for us. Couple years back he painted the outside of our house and that went very well. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Say what they will do and do what they say. We are extremely pleased with how the job went. Loved the crew that was here. They were laughing a lot and could tell they really enjoyed what they do. They well beyond my expectations especially in the half bath. We had some drywall damage underneath wallpaper we removed and the lead on the job spent some extra time making sure it was just right. Even came to me the next day saying he was not happy with it and was going to spend a little more time on it. Came out perfect just like the rest of the job. I was so pleased with their inside work we decided to do our downstairs and that lined up to happen in a couple of weeks. You will not be disappointed going with Fresh Touch, Mark earns your business and your repeat business.

The crew of four men arrived right on time. They were courteous. Removed their shoes upon entering my home. The prep work was the most detailed I have seen & I have had two different companies in the past. Jeff, the quality control person, checked in twice a day to see progress & confirm we were happy with the project. He was so patient with me when I changed my mind about the accent color. The refinished windows look fabulous. We have already scheduled a return in January 2016 to refinish several more windows. The job was very professionally done. Proper drying time was allowed between coats-no rushing.

This is the second job Fresh Touch has done for us and we've been completely satisfied. On this job the contract called for a single coat of stain on a few replacement sheets of plywood on a porch ceiling, but the painters voluntarily applied two more coats, at no added cost, to produce a perfect match with the rest of the ceiling.

Great job. On time and got all the work done I needed to list my house. Painting was done in the promised time and price was fair and very reasonable. Would definitely use again. As soon as we sell our current house, I'll have them paint some rooms in our new house where we are moving!
